전해정련공정에서 발생한 우라늄전착물에 잔류하는 공융염을 진공증류에 의해 분리하는 염증류공정의 효율 향상을 위하여 도가니 교체 시간이 단축되는 증류장치를 제안하였다. 제안된 장치의 조업 순서에 따른 동작을 설정하고 검토 결과 적절함을 확인하였다.

전처리 공정장치 구축에 앞서 정확한 설계와 검증이 선행되어야 한다. 우선 디지털 목업 기술을 통해 설계검증을 철저히 함으로써 공정의 품질을 높이고 공정하자를 최소화 할 수 있다. 전처리 공정 중 집합체해체 핵심장치의 유지보수를 쉽게 하고, 원격 제어 효율을 높이기 위한 모듈화와 그에 대한 사전 검증을 수행하였다. 이를 위해해 전처리 디지털 목업 시스템 검증 대상과 집합체 해체핵심장치 주요모듈을 선정하였으며, 주요 모듈의 모듈화 방안 과 모듈 탈착 시간 검증하였다. 그 결과, 집합체해체 핵심장치에서는 5개의 주요 모듈로 구성되었으며, 모듈 탈착 시간 검증에서 작업시간은 클램프모듈이 약 130초, 언볼팅, 드릴링 모듈이 140초 소요될 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 전처리장치별 모듈 분석과 LAYOUT 운영을 포함해서 MSM 시뮬레이터의 디바이스 및 시뮬레이터 시스템 구축을 수행할 것이다.

국내 최초로 가연성 해체폐기물 부피감용을 위해 안전하게 시설을 운영하고 있어 소각에 대한 국민인식 재고에 기여할 수 있으며, 우라늄변환시설의 가연성 해체 폐기물 소각을 통해 U 핵종오염 폐기물 소각기술을 확보하여 원자력시설 운영 효율향상, 처분비용 절감 뿐만 아니라 유해물질의 무해화로 최종처분장의 안전성 관리 최적화에 기여하고, 향후 원자력시설의 해체 및 해체 폐기물 처리/처분사업에 기술을 적극 활용할 예정이다.

In this study, different amount of (fe(0)) were dissolve into different strength of phosphoric (
$H_3PO_4$ ) acid and the optimum solubility was observed at 0.89M Fe(0) into 4M of$H_3PO_4$ acid. Different concentration of oxalic acid was added to determine the optimum precipitated condition. The dissolution kinetics of Fe(0) into$H_3PO_4$ acid was investigated at$40-50^{\circ}C$ . The optimum Fe-oxalate precipitate was dried and thermal decomposition using DSC-TG was conducted. Approximately 52 wt(%) of oxalic acid was removed at$300^{\circ}C$ . Iron oxides such as magnetite and hematite that may be formed on the surface of nuclear waste were also dissolved into the$H_3PO_4$ acid and the optimum solubility for magnetite is 0.005M while that for hematite is 0.02M in 8M$H_3PO_4$ acid, respectively. -
