This study was carried out to investigate the water quality of agricutural reservoirs in Chonbuk Province. The water quality of 189 agricultural reservoirs was surveyed in the environmental standard phase of pH, EC, DO, BOD, COD, T-N, T-P, etc. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows ; 1. The levels of mean reservoir storage were very low as 26.9% in January and February, 29.4% in June, 16.0% in August, and 25.4% as a whole. 2. The water qualities of agricultural reservoirs were shown to be in the average of 6.8in pH, 0.2l0mmhos/cm in EC, 49.Oppm in turbidity, 28.5mg/$\ell$in SS, 3.79mg/$\ell$ in DO, 9. 9mg/$\ell$ in COD, 5.Smg/$\ell$ in BOD, 0.179mg/ $\ell$ in T-P, 4.O9mg/$\ell$ in T-N, 0.416meq/$\ell$ in Na, 0.154meq/$\ell$ in K, 0.320meq/$\ell$ in Ca, 0.166meq/$\ell$ in Mg, respectively. 3. In the analyzed results, the proper counterplan is desirable to be considered because the levels of water quality in most items except DO were comparatively higher than the limit points of agricultural water quality standard.

The formulas for estimating the constants of storage function model including K and TL for runoff analysis and a distributed storage function model are discussed in this study. First, the relations between parameters of the storage function model and the kinematic runoff model are theoretically examined, and then optimum constants of storage function model are obtained by the Standardized Davidson-Fletcher-Powell (SDFP) method. Through this analysis, theoretical formulas were obtained as $K = 0.63 {\alpha} KsB{^0.6}$ and $T_{L}=0.11 {\alpha} KsB{^0.6} r{^0.4} {_e}$, which are difficult to use practically because of the unclarified definition of shape factors. From a practical point of view, empirical formula were derived as $K=15.6{^0.3} {_m}$ and $T_{L}=2.1B{^0.36} {_m} {_e}/r{^0.4} {_e}$ for applied watersheds. The proposed formulas are verified for several recoded floods at a few points of watersheds. It is also found that the distributed storage function. can be applied to flood runoff analysis using the new formulas aboved mentioned.

General concepts and overall procedures of APMAG-Agricultural Products Marketing Analysis Model using GIS(Geographic Information System) techniques for appropriate allocation and management of agricultural products marketing facilities are introduced. In this study, modeling techniques and visual reporting skills are both emphasized. The APMAG enables to analyze the temporal and spatial flow of agricultural products marketing by the flow function that is proposed in this study. Results analyzed by proposed model for rice are displayed many different ways and show the use of the given model.

This study was performed to derive the formula of sediment yield and predict the sediment elevation for fresh desalted reservoirs. Data analyzed was from 3 fresh desalted reservoirs of Sapkyo, Asan, and Namyang. Average sediment yield calculated from the sediment survey data was $279m^3/km^2/$ year for Sapkyo lake, $523m^3/km^2/$ year for Namyang lake, and $190m^3/km^2/$ year for Asan lake. The trap efficiency for Sapkyo lake was 63%. The formula of sediment yield was derived as $Q_s=6,461{\times}A{^-0.44}$ for fresh desalted reservoir. Sediment yield in fresh desalted reservoirs was much higher than that in inland reservoirs located in the same watershed, because of long trap time in fresh desalted reservoirs.

This study was to introduced estimation model for optimum probabilistic rainfall intensity on hydrological area. Originally, probabilistic rainfall intensity formula have been characterized different coefficient of formula and model following watersheds. But recently in korea rainfall intensity formula does not use unionize applyment standard between administration and district. And mingle use planning formula with not assumption model. Following the number of year hydrological duration adjust areal index. But, with adjusting formula applyment was without systematic conduct. This study perceive the point as following : 1) Use method of excess probability of Iwai to calculate survey rainfall intensity value. 2) And, use method of least squares to calculate areal coefficient for a unit of 157 rain gauge station. And, use areal coefficient was introduced new probabilistic rainfall intensity formula for each rain gauge station. 3) And, use new probabilistic rainfall intensity formula to adjust a unit of fourteen duration-a unit of fifteen year probabilistic rainfall intensity. 4) The above survey value compared with adjustment value. And use three theory of error(absolute mean error, squares mean error, relative error ratio) to choice optimum probabilistic rainfall intensity formula for a unit of 157 rain gauge station.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the reflectance of soil and plant in order to extract the soil and vegetation informations using the satellite remote sensing data. The influence of soil moisture content and vegetation cover rate on the soil reflectance, and the relationship between vegetation reflectence and its vitality were discussed. The results obtained in this study were summarized as follows; I) The soil reflectance($R_{0.65}$) of wavelength ($0.65{\mu}m$) was closely related to the reflectance((($IR_{0.85}$) of wavelength $0.85{\mu}m$. This relationship could be expressed by soil line. 2) A point on the soil line was affected by the soil moisture ratio and the organic matter content. 3) The vegetation cover rate was formulated in terms of soil and vegetation reflectance at wavelengths pf $0.65{\mu}m$($R_{0.65}$) and ($0.85{\mu}m$) (($IR_{0.85}$). 4) The vegetation reflectence was strongly influenced by its vitality, which was related to the moisture content and the chlorophy [[-a concentration.

To get accurate results, the realistic stress-strain relationships of soils are dependent on a number of factors such as soil types, density, stress levels and stress path. Such attempts are continuously being made by the developement of analytical models for soils incorporating all such factors. Isotropic compression-expansion test and a series of drained conventional triaxial tests with several stress path for Baekma river sand were performed to investigate parameters characteristics of Lade's single work hardening model dependant on the stress path. Using the computer program based on the regression analysis, the values of parameters for the model were determined. In conclusion, the parameters of Lade's model are little influenced by the stress paths. Though yield criterion parameters ( h, ${\alpha}$a) are much influenced by stress level and stress path, the parameters don't have influence on stress-strain behavior.

Wind force coefficients of multi-span arched greenhouses with respect to wind direction of $0^{\circ}$ and $30^{\circ}$ were estimated to give more reasonable coefficient. The conventional and subdivided division types of wind force coefficient distribution diagrams were constructed by using the wind tunnel experimental data. Bending moments on the greenhouses were determined through structural analysis using obtained wind force coefficients, and were analyzed. Because actual wind pressure values on a face of greenhouse varied with locations, the more divisions of wind force coefficient distribution were subdivided, the better distribution type was coincided with actual state. In order to calculate the more accurate section force occurred on the arched greenhouse by the wind loads, it was recommendable that the wind force coefficient distribution should take more subdivision type. The maximum bending moment at the multi-span greenhouse frame at wind direction of $30^{\circ}$ was greater than that at O。, therefore the wind force coefficient at inclined wind direction to the wall was needed to be considered for the multi-span greenhouse structural design.
