The HwaSungSungYouk is one of the construction project in viewpoint of today's construction management and various information how to build the HwaSung at the last of the eighteen century had been recorded in HwaSungSungYoukEuGye. The purpose of this study is to analyse the data in HwaSungSungYoukEuGye in viewpoint of today's construction management for estimating the resources of PalDal-mun construction. In the record, there are a 10t of information relate to time management, cost management and human resource management, and the concept of modern construction management will be also use to figure out the construction data of the HwaSungSungYoukEuGye.

The number of apartment houses has accounted for more than 50% of all domestic residential types in Korea since 1980s. So, this paper investigates the demands on construction fields at the ready mixed concrete plants on the 4 cities, the characteristics of the products like the maximum size of coarse aggregate and slump, and the extension of market on the high strength and flow ability concrete in 2000 and 2008. Moreover, this study would like to propose the investigation about diversification of construction materials for the fine construction cultures and development of the ready mixed concrete to the engineers at the construction fields.

It was investigated fire resistance properties and mechanical properties of high strength concrete column using ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composites) permanent form by KS F 2257 Methods of fire resistance test for elements of building construction and compression test for application of precast concrete column method of high rise building in this study. As a test result, it was appeared that ECC permanent form is available as fire resistance method of high strength concrete and new precast concrete construction method for facilitating construction of high rise building.

As landscaping building roofs and concrete structures increase gradually for low carbon green growth policy of government, But waterproofing membranes of those structures are effecting by root penetration of landscape plant. 80, we progressed study about test method for fast evaluating root resistance of waterproofing materials jointly with Tokyo Institute of Technology. The result of the study is as follows: (1) The penetrating load of the needle at the displacement speed of 1mm/min was measured for various membrane to basis and lap joints of membrane, the load force was $3{\sim}50$ N by material variously. (2) According to the test method of deriving rhizomes of bamboo grass to basis and lap joints of membrane, there were no penetrated membrane until present, but need persistent observation. (3) Test method of deriving rhizomes of bamboo grass to basis and lap joints of membrane can shorten from period of 2 years to 1 year for testing. Because rhizomes of bamboo grass can grow from May to September, test is possible in same period.

This paper is to present the performance data for pressure setting method using some tile bonds for application on the Ondol-Heating floor system. For this purpose, powder and liquid tile bonds(Organic.Inorganic mixed tile bonds) were compared with the conventional tile cement for pressure setting method in the sight of the adhesive stability of porcelain tile. It tested for tiles after 14, 28days under standard condition and severe conditions. The severe conditions were water immersion and heat ageing($70^{\circ}C$). Another experimental factors concerned tile bond properties such as mixing ratio(in case of using liquid admixture), open time, which are supposed to affect the tensile strength of tile, were studied and discussed through the experiments.

This technology is able to construct with hardening UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet simultaneously using automatic equipments. the benefit of this construction method is that The layer of waterproofing is uniform and defect of construction would be reduced because of no construction joints between UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet. Furthermore, this new method could accomplish shortening of construction period, quality control and saving of labor costs. Also the non-exposure waterproofing method would be protected from fire and safe for workers without using a torch.
