  • It is true that internet provides consumers with an efficient way to search information with minimal effort and cost, which facilitates better decision making. Especially, previous studies revealed that the online word-of-mouth marketing is widely used as a source of consumers' information seeking and purchase decision making. Even with this importance of the online word-of-mouth communication on internet few researches have systematically addressed the issue. This study investigates the effect of consumers' motives on perceived usefulness of word-of-mouth marketing in online shopping mall contents. The results are as follows: First, choice uncertainty, perceived sacrifice, and social pressure play an important role for perceived usefulness of word-of-mouth marketing. Second, perceived usefulness has directly affected consumers' quality perception. Thus, it is essential for internet companies to find ways to encourage their customers to engage in word-of-mouth communication on their websites.

  • Developing cultural contents in cultural creativity industry is very practical process recently. Research about Jeju's legend and myth should be the basic theory for cultural contents development based on local cultures. Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings are unique colored pictures, appointed as Jeju folklore material No.7 and national important folklore material No. 240. Jeju-Do is remained the springhead of absorbed into unique culture for a long time because of Jeju's geographical environment condition. Jeju Musindo could be related with the symbol of Jeju's myth images and the springhead of emotions of our typical country people. It would be analysed by Wucius Wong's design style theory for approaching visual image and symbolic meaning. This research about Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings could provide design analysis methodology for further theoretical studies about Jeju's legend and myth for Jeju's unique cultural contents.

  • Website localization not only means to transliterate the content and text of the original language web pages, but also adjust it according to the culture and demand of the target language market, so as to improve the acceptance of the local market. From the perspective of localization, this paper analyzes localization strategies and shortcomings of Chinese pages of Jeju official tourist website 'visit Jeju'. First, by comparing the differences between the Chinese web pages and the Korean web pages in the content and text, the localization of the website is summed up, and then the differences are compared with the local tourism website 'Mafeongwo' in China. Not only offering and suggestions for improving the translation quality in the Chinese web pages of 'Visit Jeju'. but also the making some further suggestions for the other Korean websites.

A Study on Platform Design Factors to Raise Public Awareness of the Horse Industry (말 산업의 대중인식 제고를 위한 플랫폼 설계요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines which factors will act as important factors for the public in designing a platform in the future to raise public awareness of the horse industry, and through this, a study on platform design factors of the horse industry to present insights on optimal platform design. For this study, structured questionnaires were distributed to 300 domestic adults who were interested in the horse industry to collect data, and the research questions set by using the statistical processing program SPSS 22.0 Ver were verified. As a result of the study, the usefulness of information in the central route and the playfulness of the information source among the peripheral routes were the most influential factors for consumer attitudes, and the up-to-dateness of information in the central route on consumer behavioral intentions. It was found that the attractiveness of the information source among the surrounding routes was the most influential factor. In addition, it was found that the positive attitude of consumers toward the horse industry platform is a factor that has a positive effect on the purchase intention and positive word of mouth intention for the horse industry in the future. Based on these results, this researcher needs to design content that can unravel useful information related to the horse industry in an interesting way to raise public awareness of the horse industry, and to provide the latest trends related to the horse industry at all times to draw real demand It should be possible and suggested that a design configuration that can make the platform feel more attractive is needed.

The Effects of Game Properties and Gratifications on Continuance Intention of Location-Based Augmented Reality Game (게임 속성과 충족 변수가 위치 기반 증강현실 게임의 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Since the launch of Pokémon GO in 2016, the game has been loved for many users. Although the number of Pokémon GO users has declined, lots of users still enjoy the location-based augmented reality game. From the perspective of game properties and Use & Gratifications theory, this paper investigated the antecedents of continuance intention of Pokémon GO. A total of 258 responses from Pokémon Go users was collected by an online survey. The result of regression analysis showed that attitude toward game characters, attitude toward random game elements, social interaction, competition, and physical activity increased continuance intention. Perceived cost, however, decreased continuance intention. Implications for researchers and practitioners were discussed.

  • Information on and knowledge of science and technology in the knowledge-based society can be a valuable natural resource and a source of competitive advantage for a country. In addition, in conducting research and developing technologies, information on and knowledge of science and technology is becoming increasingly important and customer's needs are becoming more diverse. This study thus aims to propose appropriate strategies for effectively coping with needs of those customers who use such knowledge and information by actively reflecting a broad diversity of customer' needs and comments. Using such strategies, we developed a standardized and integrated helpdesk system to enhance the quality of customer support and other services, customer monitoring service, and customer satisfaction.

  • User interface technology has applied to various fields. it is considered as the powerful tool to interact between users and devices efficiently. also. before the actual study, many companies are examining a patent. In this paper, we classified the UI technologies into seven categories and perform quantitative analysis. We can understand domestic technical level and research trends of advanced countries by in this research. We provided objective patent information and we proposed the direction of the development and the way of the securing patent.

  • To achieve this study, this study divide success factors of ERP implementation into organizational, environmental and information and group system information characteristics into form, content, source and supply frequency of information and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance(user satisfaction). After selecting 250 SMBs in sample, this study use 79 questionaires for analysis. And all SMBs which was sampled in this study are manufacturing companies and don't consider respondent's position. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of a fit between organizational factors and system information characteristics on system performance. Second, there is a positive effect of a fit between environmental factors and system information characteristics on system performance. and third, there is positive effect of a fit between information factors and system information characteristics on system performance.

  • Recently, according to the development of computer technology, a large amount of customer data have been stored in database. Using such data, decision makers extract the useful information to make a valuable plan with data mining. In this paper, we design a forecasting model that classifies the exiting customers in the telecommunication industries using the classification rule, one of the data mining technologies. In other words, this paper builds a model of customer loyalty detection and analyzes customer patterns in mobile communication service market with data mining using neural network and regression methods. This model improves the relationship of customers and enterprises. As a result, the enterprise creates the profits from many customers and the customer receives more benefits from the enterprise.

  • Culture is an element of showing the quality of life as the factor that a human can become a human being. Furthermore, culture plays a role to make something new and a source for a higher value-added business. In 21C, the term of cultural contents to combine art with digital technology was derived. In this paper, we reconstruct a 3D Mongudowondo which is improved a plain appreciation into a 3D experience of traditional picture to make better user's convenience and approach. It is a device of restoration for cultural contents and a graft on virtual reality after reinterpreting 15C pictures and analyzing text and image.
