Educational environments in rural areas have been slowly deteriorating due to the popular flow of people moving into the city from the countryside. It has been concluded that superannuated educational facilities have a negative influence towards students. This research has been conducted in order to give better mental or psychological influence to those around and comfort and relaxation to the students themselves through developing new ways to renovate the $fa\c{c}ade$ of the run down educational facility. This research develops several structural and ecological (environmental friendly) elements which are used as several segmental elements of the new $fa\c{c}ade$ design for the degraded educational facilities. A combination of these design elements can develop many viable alternatives of a new $fa\c{c}ade$ renovation. These new renovations can help students to maintain their educational and social lives in a safer and more ecological environment.

The aims of this study are to verify the relationships of evacuee speed and affections to the evacuation time according to the width of corridor and stairs in university education facilities. To achieve these purposes, the present conditions of university education facilities were analyzed, and the evacuation experiments were executed in relation to the width of corridor and stairs. The results of this study are as follows ; (1) The deviations of numbers of residents per stair is very high, and the number and width of stairs, corridors are only depend on the minimum guidelines of building code, not considering the residents' evacuation. (2) The width of corridor and stairs are affects on the evacuation speed and time. The rate of decreasing speed is large in stairs, and also the possibility of danger is increasing depend on the speed and density.

This study is the purpose of plan principle establishment of the class room for individualization, oriented information of education and various teaching, learning activity. Since the 1990's, school facilities also need to change the educational environment. The 1990's is the time to prepare for the change such as individualization, an information-oriented society, the world-oriented society. Open education is the new form of school and needs the change that individualization diversification, oriented information. For above the reasons, in order to satisfy the demand of change of the new educational environment deviating from uniform education of the past environment improvement of both school education and studying facilities is the emergency theme. The process of education of Korea studies the character that before modem times after modem times under the Japanese rule. The process of change of act in relation to education process and facilities of Korea arranges and studies after establishing government. The plan principle synthesize and analyses school building refering to plan standard and principle of books of various architecture plan, is general classroom in the educational process of the elementary schools.
