This paper described the dynamic characteristics of 20-story apartment buildings from the results of full-scale measurements and analysis. The natural frequencies and mode shapes are quantified by measuring and analyzing ambient vibrations of the structure and compared with the results from dynamic analysis. Comparison with computed mode shapes and frequencies shows good agreement with the experimental results. It proved that it is important to estimate coupling beam and soil parameters through a comparison of the measured results with calculated results.

Coplanar-type MIS transmission lines have been simulated using FDTD method and compared with the measured results and the simulated results of the reference paper［3］. We can confirm that our simulation results are similar to measured results compared to the previous simulated results of the reference paper. Moreover, variations of characteristic impedance by insulator thickness are calculated for the insulator thickness of 0.0,0.5 and 1.0$\mu\textrm{m}$.

This paper presents the effect of air gap insertion on the results in measuring the transmission loss of sound barrier by using APAMAT. The measured results show that air gap insertion improves transmission loss as by two-room method or intensity method. The measured results are compared with the predicted transmission loss using MATLAB GUI program based on the transfer matrix method. Predicted results were found to be in reasonable agreement with measured results.

In this study, the method of deciding simulation test conditions is developed by computer program compared to actual vehicle test as accurately as possible. These results of analytical test conditions are conformed by simulation test using the brake dynamometer by comparison with test results of actual vehicle. Results of simulation test by these analytical results show good agreement with the vehicle test results. The analytical simulation test conditions provide the input data to brake dynamometer which follows : - each test inertia corresponding to braking deceleration - test condition of input control : brake line pressure - test condition of output control : braking torque

This manuscript is divided into three segments. In the first segment, we prove a unique common fixed point theorem satisfying generalized weak contraction on partially ordered metric spaces and also give an example to support our results presented here. In the second segment of the article, some common coupled fixed point results are derived from our main results. In the last segment, we investigate the solution of integral equation as an application. Our results generalize, extend and improve several well-known results of the existing literature.

In this paper a general class of analytic functions involving a convolution structure is introduced. Among the results investigated are the various results depicting useful properties and characteristics of this function class by employing the techniques of differential subordination. Relevances of the main results with some known results are also mentioned briefly.

In the present manuscript, we employ the concepts of Θ-map and Φ-map to define a strong (𝜃, 𝜙)s-contraction of a map f in a b-metric space (M, d_b). Then we prove and derive many fixed point theorems as well as we provide an example to support our main result. Moreover, we utilize our results to obtain many results in the settings of metric and G-metric spaces. Our results improve and modify many results in the literature.

In this paper, we establish some common fixed point theorems satisfying contraction mapping principle on partially ordered non-Archimedean fuzzy metric spaces and also derive some coupled fixed point results with the help of established results. We investigate the solution of integral equation and also give an example to show the applicability of our results. These results generalize, improve and fuzzify several well-known results in the recent literature.

In this paper, we provide comparison results of several types of the preconditioned Gauss-Seidel methods for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is a Z-matrix. Lastly, numerical results are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.

조직의 환경이 불확실성이 높고 동태적인 상황에서는 유형 자산 보다는 지식 기반의 무형 자신을 확보하여 차별적인 경쟁 우위를 먼저 확보하고 이를 유지할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. 특히 서비스 산업에서의 인적 자원 관리는 매우 중요하다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 IT 기반의 정보 시스템으로서의 e-HRM 시스템에 대해서 도입 요인과 조직의 성과를 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 정보 기술 요인 중 IS 성숙도는 조직 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, IS/IT 기반 구조는 재무적 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 요인 중 경쟁 정도, 정보화 정도, 환경 불확실성 요인들은 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 비 재무적 성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직의 규모는 정보 기술 요인 및 환경 요인과 조직성과 간에 부분적으로 조절적 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 서비스 산업에서는 조직의 규모가 큰 경우에는 e-HRM 시스템을 도입하는 것이 조직의 재무적 성과의 향상에 효과적이라는 결론을 조심스럽게 내릴 수 있었다.
