  • The purpose of this study is to identify acceptance factors and influencing factors of respondents' adoption of smart IoT technology to companion animal health based on the integrated technology acceptance model. Based on the previous studies, we constructed the hypotheses by defining the technical factors, social factors, control variables, and mediating variables (UTAUT), and set the hypotheses between the independent variables of each factor and the dependent intention. A research model was designed to verify the relationship between variables. We developed questionnaires on the items and verified them through data collected from 494 people. As a result, product design, quality of service, product performance, and quality service of technological factors had a significant effects on performance expectancy and effort expectancy. However, product safety, product function awareness, and product price did not significantly affect performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Social influence had significant effects on cognitive effect, welfare system, and welfare facilities. In conclusion, the comparative analysis of technical factors and social factors showed that social factors have more significant effects on welfare systems and facilities.

Subjects were 185 associate nursing students associate nursing students(3rd). The data were collected using self -report questionnaire from May 1 to June 14, 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Mean point of transition shock(4 point scale) was 2.32. Mean point of emotional intelligence(5 point scale) was 3.61, and adaptation on clinical practice(5 point scale) was 3.40. Transition shock were significantly negative correlation with emotional intelligence(r=-.26. p <.001) and adaptation on clinical practice(r=-.43. p <.001) in nursing students. Emotional intelligence were significantly positive correlation with adaptation on clinical practice(r=.36. p <.001). Emotional intelligence has been shown to modulate the relationship between transition shock shock and adaptation on clinical practice(${\Delta}R^2=0.21$, p <.001). Therefore, to decrease the transition shock and to increase the adaptation on clinical practice of nursing students, It is necessary to develop the program for increase emotional intelligence of nursing students.

  • This study was attempted to identify the difference between nursing competencies and major satisfaction before and after the first clinical practice of nursing college students and use it as basic data for efficient clinical practice education. Data collection by single group pre- and post-design was conducted from February 18 to April 23, 2019 for 201 nursing college students before and after clinical practice for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, paried t-test, and Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression using SPSS/Win 23.0. As a result of the study, Nursing competency increased after the first clinical practice than before, but it was not significant(t=-1.73, p=.084). Among the sub-factors of nursing competency, educational ability(t=-1.97, p=.050) and ethical practical ability(t=-209, p=.038) was found to increase significantly. Major satisfaction was significantly increased after clinical practice than before(t=-2.45, p=.015). After clinical practice, it was found that general satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and recognition satisfaction which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, had a positive correlation with nursing competency. As a result of analyzing the impact on nursing competency, it was found that recognition satisfaction explains nursing competency as 9.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the clinical practice curriculum that can improve nursing competency, develop a program that can improve major satisfaction, and verify the effectiveness.

  • This study was conducted to explore the acceptance behavior of undergraduate students toward telemedicine, which is temporarily allowed in the COVID-19. We applied social cognitive theory and technology acceptance model in order to reflect the convergence characteristics between medical service and digital technology of telemedicine. Based on these theoretical backgrounds, we investigated perception toward telemedicine and determinants of intention to accept telemedicine. To examine the research model and hypothesis, an online survey was conducted for college students who have not used telemedicine from September 8 to 10, 2021. A total of 184 data were collected, and multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS 28.0 program. The results showed that health technology self-efficacy, usefulness and convenience benefits, social norm, and trust in telemedicine providers had positive effects on intention to accept telemedicine. This study is meaningful in that it selected undergraduate students, who are digital natives, as new targets for telemedicine, and presented the basic direction of strategies to target them.
