  • Park, Park and Kwun[6] is defined the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space in which it is a little revised from Park[5]. According to this paper, Park, Kwun and Park[11] Park and Kwun[10], Park, Park and Kwun[7] are established some fixed point theorems in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space. Furthermore, Park, Park and Kwun[6] obtained common fixed point theorem in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space, and also, Park, Park and Kwun[8] proved common fixed points of maps on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. We prove a fixed point for pair of maps with another method from Park, Park and Kwun[7] in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space defined by Park, Park and Kwun[6]. Our research are an extension of Vijayaraju and Marudai's result[14] and generalization of Park, Park and Kwun[7], Park and Kwun[10].

  • In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for three-point boundary value problem of nonlinear fractional q-difference equation. Some existence and uniqueness results are obtained by applying some standard fixed point theorems. As applications, two examples are presented to illustrate the main results.

  • The purpose of this paper is to establish discrete versions of the well-known Lyapunov's stability theorem and LaSalle's invariance theorem for a non-autonomous discrete dynamical system. Our proofs for these theorems are constructive in the sense that they are made by explicitly building a Lyapunov function for the system. A comparison between non-autonomous discrete dynamical systems and continuous dynamical systems is conducted.

  • S. Z. Wang, B. Y. Li, Z. M. Gao and K. Iseki proved some fixed point theorems on expansion mappings, which correspond some contractive mappings. In a recent paper, B. E. Rhoades generalized the results for in of mappings. In this paper, we obtain the following theorem, which generalizes the result of B. E. Rhoades. THEOREM. Let A, B, S and T be mappings from a complete metric space (X, d) into itself satisfying the following conditions: (1) ${\Phi}$(d(A$\chi$, By))$\geq$d(Sx, Ty) holds for all x and y in X, where ${\Phi}$ : R$\^$+/ \longrightarrowR$\^$+/ is non-decreasing, uppersemicontinuous and ${\Phi}$(t) < t for each t > 0, (2) A and B are surjective, (3) one of A, B, S and T is continuous, and (4) the pairs A, S and B, T are compatible. Then A, B, S and T have a unique common fixed point in X.

  • In this paper, we give sufficient conditions to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the zero solution to a kind of nonlinear fractional dynamic equations of order ${\alpha}$ (1 < ${\alpha}$ < 2). By using the Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem in a weighted Banach space, we establish new results on the asymptotic stability of the zero solution provided f (t, 0) = 0, which include and improve some related results in the literature.

  • The aim of this paper is to obtain the general solution of the 2-variable radical functional equations $f({\sqrt[k]{x^k+z^k}},\;{\sqrt[{\ell}]{y^{\ell}+w^{\ell}}})=f(x,y)+f(z,w)$, x, y, z, w ∈ ℝ, for f a mapping from the set of all real numbers ℝ into a vector space, where k and ℓ are fixed positive integers. Also using the fixed point result of Brzdęk and Ciepliński [11, Theorem 1] in (2, 𝛽)-Banach spaces, we prove the generalized hyperstability results of the 2-variable radical functional equations. In the end of this paper we derive some consequences from our main results.

  • In this work, we will generalize the notion of multivalued (ν, 𝒞)-contraction mapping in 𝑏-Menger spaces and we shall give a new fixed point result of this type of mappings. As a consequence of our main result, we obtained the corresponding fixed point theorem in fuzzy 𝑏-metric spaces. Also, an example will be given to illustrate the main theorem in ordinary 𝑏-metric spaces.

  • We introduce a new iterative algorithm for equilibrium and fixed point problems of three hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings by the CQ hybrid method in Banach spaces, Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by Xiaolong Qin, Yeol Je Cho, Shin Min Kang [Xiaolong Qin, Yeol Je Cho, Shin Min Kang, Convergence theorems of common elements for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Banach spaces, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics 225 (2009) 20-30], P.
