The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

본 연구의 목적은 부·울·경 지역대학을 대상으로 대학현장에서 계획되고 실행되는 교육혁신의 양상과 특징을 분석하고 그 한계와 과제를 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 부·울·경 지역 대학 17개교의 대학혁신지원사업의 2020년 사업계획 중 혁신 전략 프로그램을 질적 내용 분석하였다. 분석의 기준은 투입, 프로세스, 인프라, 기타 요인으로 프로세스 요인은 교육영역, 연구영역, 산학협력영역으로 나누어 혁신의 양상과 특징을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 부·울·경 지역 대학의 대학혁신의 양상이 교육과 연구, 산학협력 영역에서 분석되었으며 그 특징으로는 융복합 교육 강조, 역량개발, 스마트기반, 학습자중심 교수법, 학생맞춤형 지원, 지역연계로 나타났다. 연구를 통하여 나타난 대학혁신의 한계와 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역대학이 맥락을 고려한 특성화된 대학혁신의 사업구조가 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 수립된 혁신성이 높은 전략들이 실행되고 지속될 수 있어야 하며 이를 위해서는 구성원들의 합의가 필요하다. 셋째, 대학의 혁신이 학문의 편중화를 의미해서는 안되고 연구기관으로서 대학의 역할 제고와 노력이 필요하다. 넷째, 대학혁신의 가시적인 혁신전략보다 더 중요한 것이 교육의 효과로 대학혁신은 궁극적으로 학생들에게 직접적으로 발생하는 교육의 혁신이라는 점이 간과되어서는 안된다.

본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 계획단계에서 프로젝트 관리자가 수행해야 할 프로젝트에 대하여 규모, 범위, 기간, 성격 등의 측면에서 가장 유사한 과거의 사례를 찾아주고 이를 참조하여 WBS를 설계할 수 있도록 규칙과 사례기반 추론에 근거한 프로젝트 계획수립 지원모듈(PPSM: Project Planning Support Module)개발 방법을 제안한다.

The Korean government has been focusing on supporting technology startups to solve social and economic problems such as low growth, declining economic growth rate, rising youth unemployment rate and lack of new growth engine. Although the failure rate of young technology startups is very high, relevant researches are still scant. On the basis of previous researches, this study has identified four growth factors of technology startups: characteristics of entrepreneurs, technical superiority and originality of business items, focused marketing strategy, and follow-up government support projects. Five young technology startup cases were selected and analyzed in the cosmetics industry which were supported by the Six-month Challenge Platform project of Chungbuk Creation Economic Innovation Center. The main findings of the case study were as follows: First, product development through inhouse R&D rather than external contracted R&D was beneficial to acquiring follow-up government support projects and external investment. Second, choosing a small niche market and concentrating marketing efforts on the target market had a positive effect on firm performance. And, third, relevance of entrepreneurs' college major and technological originality of business items were confirmed to influence firm performance positively in the early stage. The results are expected to help young technology startups survive successfully and establish a foothold for growth in their early stage.

본 연구는 창업자들의 기업가정신과 창업환경인식이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 특히 정부의 창업지원사업 참여정도를 조절변수로 하여 각 독립변수들이 종속변수에 미치는 영향의 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 기업가정신에 해당하는 변수들을 도출하고 창업환경인식에 해당하는 변수를 도출하였다. 기업가정신에 해당하는 변수로는 혁신성과 위험감수성을 선정하였고, 창업환경인식에 해당하는 변수로는 시장환경과 제품환경을 선정하였다. 위 변수와 조절효과로 정부의 창업지원사업 참여정도를 포함하여 연구모형을 완성하였다. 실증분석을 위한 데이터는 2018년에 대구지역의 7년 미만 창업기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 총 데이터는 601부의 설문을 취합하였고 이중 불성실한 답변을 제거한 후 399부의 데이터가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 분석결과 혁신성은 경영성과에 부정적인 영향이 나타났고 위험감수성, 시장환경, 제품환경은 경영성과에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 조절효과 측면에서는 혁신성의 경우 정부창업지원사업 참여가 높을수록 부정적인 효과가 완화 되었고, 위험감수성과 제품환경은 정부창업지원사업을 많이 하는 기업에서 시장환경은 정부지원사업을 작게 참여하는 집단에서 강한 영향을 보여 주었다. 본 연구는 창업기업들의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 기업가정신과 창업환경인식의 중요성과 필요성을 확인하였고 정부의 창업지원사업이 창업성과에 미치는 실질적인 효과를 다루었다는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

대학은 교육 및 연구 활동을 통하여 민주시민으로서의 소양과 자질을 구비한 전문 인력을 양성하고 지식을 축적·창출하여 국가와 사회발전에 기여한다. 이를 위하여 정부는 대학재정지원사업을 통하여 대학의 기본 역량을 향상시키고 자율적 혁신을 지원하고 있다. 재정지원사업은 공정한 평가를 통하여 비교 우위에 있는 대학에 한정된 정부의 재정을 차등 지원하므로 대학의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 교육과 연구를 지원하는 교육기본시설이자 핵심기관인 대학도서관의 역할과 기능이 중요하다. 하지만 대학도서관은 재정 및 인력 부족, 시설·설비·공간 등의 열악한 환경, 학생들의 참여율 저조 등의 이유로 정부의 재정지원사업에 적극적으로 참여하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ACE 사업(2010-2016)에 선정된 45개 대학 가운데 도서관이 참여한 18개 대학도서관의 프로그램 운영사례를 조사·분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하고 담당 사서를 대상으로 대학도서관의 역할과 성과 등을 설문 조사하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 정부의 대학재정지원사업에 대비하여 대학도서관이 고려해야 할 전략과 방안을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 공학교육 개선을 위하여 재정지원 사업을 수행한 대학의 사업성과 분석을 통해 지방 공과대학의 교육방향을 모색하고 개선점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 공학교육혁신지원사업을 수행한 대학의 3년간의 사업 만족도 조사를 통해 성과분석을 진행하였다. 사업에 참여한 이해관계자를 대상으로 지원사업의 교육프로그램과 운영에 따른 성과 등 통계적 분석을 진행한 결과 지원사업의 종합만족도 평점은 73.8%에서 83.4%로 상승하고 있으나, 산업체 만족도는 상대적으로 감소하고 있다. 조사 결과 신입사원들의 업무수행의 창의성 및 문제해결 능력의 만족도가 낮아 사업의 종합 만족도가 감소한 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 공학교육 혁신을 위한 교육프로그램 설계를 통해 창의적 문제해결 능력이 배양될 수 있는 공학교육 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop quality innovation techniques specialized for the small and medium-sized businesses. which account for the majority of Korean companies, were having a hard time utilizing the widely recognized quality innovation techniques due to resource constraints. Methods: First, we do review the existing Single PPM and 6 Sigma. And investigate the utilization of these methods including Toyota Production System. Second, we devised a four-step problem-solving methodology based on recent trends in quality innovation such as Simple, Speedy, and Smart. Third, we do survey on frequently used tools for quality innovation. Many opinion leaders including quality consultants and professors answered and gave us valuable comments about our selected quality tools. Finally, we do specify and map tools to each step of PASS. Results: In 2017, 167 companies participated in the quality innovation support business for small businesses according to the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry. We conducted performance checks on 167 companies that had completed the "PASS" projects. For the purpose of evaluating improvement performance, the survey was carried out using a structured questionnaire during the field visit of these companies mentioned above. For the reference, 165 out of 167 companies (98.8 % response rate) responded to the questionnaire and conducted performance analysis based on it. According to the survey, 97.6 percent of the respondents were very satisfied with their overall satisfaction with the quality innovation support projects for small and medium sized enterprises in 2017. Also, 93.3 % of the respondents were satisfied with the results of level of the target achievement. As a result, 160 companies (97.0 % of the participating companies) hope to partic ipate in the quality improvement project using "PASS" once again. Conclusion: In this paper, we introduce the new quality innovation methodology, which is named as 'PASS', It could support the long-range business plan of the small and medium-sized businesses to achieve total customer satisfaction resulting in increased market share and improved profit margin. The most small companies can use this "PASS" technique more easily, quickly and most efficiently than their existing known quality innovation techniques such as Six Sigma and Single PPM, etc.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트팜 사업 참여 기업 자료를 이용하여 기업의 혁신 활동이 기업 혁신 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석 하였다. 기업의 혁신활동을 기획역량, R&D역량과 사업화 역량으로 구분하고 각 혁신 활동이 기업의 매출 및 특허 창출에 미치는 영향을 추정하였으며, 정부의 기술정책지원이 기업의 혁신활동과 성과와의 관계에서 미치는 조절효과도 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 회귀분석을 진행하였으며 분석 결과, 기업 내 혁신과 관련된 기획역량, R&D역량, 사업화 역량은 기업 성과 창출에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타으며 정부의 기술정책 지원도 기업 성과를 더 높이는 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 기술사업화 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 기획, R&D역량과함께 정부의 기술정책지원이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
