기혼여성 학습자의 학습에 대한 갈등과 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Conflict and Satisfaction on Learning of Married Woman Learners)

  • This study was aimed at analyzing married woman learners' types of learning desire, factors of conflict and satisfaction of learning. The subjects were 165 married women who were in attendance at general graduate schools located in Busan city and Gyeongnam province. The results were as follows. Firstly, Married woman learners preferred schools of natural sciences to schools of liberal arts, and entered graduate schools mainly according to their wishes. Secondly, Their learning desire type was followed by purpose-oriented, learning-oriented, and activity-oriented types. Thirdly, internal factor in their conflict factor was higher than external factor. Lastly, positive aspect in learning satisfaction was higher than negative aspect.

집단적 요인과 개인적 요인이 갈등관리유형 선호에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of the Group and Personal Factors on the Preference of the Conflict Handling Styles)

  • This study is to categorize five types of conflict handling styles that employees can take when conflict occurs. The five types are integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising. I found these factors that explain conflicts handling styles divided them into organizational structure, task group functioning and need styles and how certain factors explain different kinds of conflict handling styles without other factors. To measure conflict handling styles, this study used the scale of conflict style devised Rahim. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In addition, in order to prove my hypothesis, I used hierarchical regression analysis method to find the pure explanation that each factors have without multicollinearity. According to the study's result, in a person's type of needs, if the need for achievement is high, they prefer integrating style. In contrast, if the need for achievement is low, they prefer avoiding style. Also, if the need for affiliation is high, the employees prefer compromising style. But if the need for affiliation is low and the need for dominance is high, the employees favor dominating style. However, in task group functioning, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, or the confidence in peers and management is high, the employees prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. As well as if group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, it was found that they prefer compromising style. Also, if the role conflict that is related to organizational structure is serious, employees prefer obliging style, but they have weakenss in explanation. To sum up these results, if the employees have obliging style that shows lack of concerns over themselves and at the same time, have high concerns to others, is affected by task group or organization. And we can infer that the other conflicts handling styles are effected by personal characteristic.

문화적응 유형화를 중심으로한 국제결혼이주여성의 부부갈등과 가족상담자의 문화적 역량에 대한 기대 (Marital Conflicts and Expectations to Family Counselors' Cultural Competence Among Immigrated Women Focusing on Typology of Cultural Adaptation)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate on characteristics of sociological and demographic population, marital conflicts and expectations to family counselors' cultural competence surrounding factors of cultural adaptation among immigrated women. This study conducted a survey of 236 immigrated women in Kyonggi province, Seoul metropolitan cities, Cholla and Chunchung provinces and Incheon. The results of this study are as follows: First, a relatively few marital conflicts were found, as a whole, while they had the high levels of expectation to family counselors' cultural competence. Second, immigrated women can be clustered as three different types: 'multiplicity type', 'undifferentiated type' and 'adaptation type'. Third, sociological and demographic population characteristics which were subdivided and clustered according to cultural adaptation made the significant difference between each population. Population with multiplicity type out of the above-stated three types accounted for the highest conflict rates, while population with 'adaptation' type accounted for the lowest conflict rates. Lastly, expectations to family counselors' cultural competence made the significant difference among each population. Population with multiplicity type showed the highest expectation levels on expectations to family counselors' cultural competence, while population with undifferentiated type showed the lowest levels.

과학 학습에서 학습자 성격유형과 불일치 상황 제시 방법에 따른 인지갈등 정도 (Degree of Cognitive Conflict by Learner Personality and the Method of Presenting Anomalous Data in Science Learning)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 학습자의 성격유형과 불일치 상황 제시 방법에 따라 유발된 인지갈등 정도를 비교해 보는 것이다. 학습자의 성격유형검사 도구는 MBTI를 사용하였고, 검사 결과를 이용하여 학습자의 성격유형은 선호지표별 선호 경향과 성격 기능 유형의 두 가지 측면에서 다루었다. 불일치 상황 제시는 시범실험을 통한 현상제시와 논리문을 읽게 하는 논리제시, 두 가지 방법을 사용하였으며, CCLT를 사용하여 인지갈등 정도를 측정하였다. 연구대상은 고등학생 461명이며, 개념검사 문항은 용수철저울의 양쪽 무게가 2N인 추를 매달았을 때, 저울의 눈금이 어떻게 나타날지를 묻는 문항이었다. 연구 결과, 학습자의 성격유형에 따라서 인지갈등의 정도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성격유형을 선호지표로 나누었을 때, 사고형(T) 판단을 하는 학습자는 감정형(F) 판단을 하는 학습자에 비해 인지갈등이 크게 일어났으며, 성격유형을 성격 기능유형으로 나누었을 때는 감각감정형(SF)인 학습자가 인지갈등이 가장 작게 일어나고, 직관사고형(NT)인 학습자가 인지갈등이 가장 크게 일어났다. 또한 불일치 상황의 제시 방법에 따른 인지갈등 정도는 학습자의 성격유형에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다. 성격 유형에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다. 전체적으로는 현상을 제시하여 인지갈등을 유발한 경우가 논리를 제시한 경우데 비해서 더 클 인지갈등을 유발시켰다. 하지만 J.P 선호지표가 판단형(J)인 학습자는 논리제시와 현상제시에서 인지갈등 정도가 비슷했으며나, 인식형(P)인 학습자는 현상제시를 사용했을 때가 논리제시를 사용했을 때보다 인지 갈등이 효과적으로 일어났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 학습자의 성격특성은 인지 갈등의 유발에 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 학습자의 성격유형에 따라서 인지갈등을 보다 효과적으로 일어나게 하는 불일치 상황 제시 방법이 있음을 확인하였다.

장애인근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Disabled Workers)

  • This paper examined the relationship between job stressor and job satisfaction according to the general property of disabled workers. Role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were cast as the factors of job satisfaction to explore their relationship with the general property and type of disabled workers. The results revealed that role ambiguity had the strongest meaningful relationships with job satisfaction and role conflict, role overload had not shown the meaningful relationships with their Job satisfaction. The reason of this results seemed to be from the fact that the work type available or not available to disabled worker was determined beforehand according to their disability type. Finally, these findings provide a guidelines of efficiency human resource management and strategic development program for the disabled workers.

외식 프랜차이즈 본부의 갈등해결행동이 절차와 행동의 질 및 해지의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Food Service Franchisors' Conflict Resolution Activities on Procedure Quality, Behaviour Quality and Dissolution Intention)

  • Purpose - In recent years, research has been conducted on the conflict resolution strategies of the franchise headquarters and the franchisees, but there is a lack of research on the factors of conflict due to the intrinsic structure, such as interdependence or hierarchical relationship, and behavioral analysis to reduce the conflict. In this study, we analyze the relationship between satisfaction and trust formed in the process and result of the business, and the result of action to dissolution intention. Research design, data, methodology - For these purposes, the author developed the proposed model and several hypotheses. In this model, conflict resolution strategies consist of five dimensions such as avoiding, forcing, cooperating, obliging, and compromising strategy. And, this model proposed that onflict resolution strategies are antecedents of procedure quality, behaviour quality and dissolution intention are consequences of conflict resolution strategies. The data were collected from April 1 to April 15, 2013. Because this study examined franchise industries from the franchisee perspective, we contacted franchisee store owner and managers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Interviewers trained contacted a total of 483 franchisees, and 400 franchisees responded. Out of 400 respondents, 2 respondents were deleted due to missing information. Thus, a total of 398 franchisee were used for this study. he data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and Amos 23.0 statistical program. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, franchisor conflict resolution activities have significant effects on procedure quality. Second, procedure quality has a significant effect on behavior quality. Finally, behavior quality has a significant effect on dissolution intention. Conclusions - In this study, we investigated the relationship between conflict resolution behavior, procedural quality, behavior quality and dissolution intention. As a result, the franchisers should strive to resolve conflicts not only in solving simple problems with franchisees, but also in a longer term perspective. We also found that the procedural aspects of resolving conflicts should not be ignored. If the trust and satisfaction of each other increase during the process of resolving the conflict, it will positively affect the satisfaction and trust in resolving the conflict. This is also because it serves to lower the intention of termination. However, there is a limitation that it is targeted only to the restaurant franchise, and it is necessary to study the conflict resolution behavior depending on the type of conflict.

사회적 유능성에 형제유무와 정서지능이 미치는 영향 : 갈등해결전략의 매개효과 검증 (The Influences of Siblings and Emotional Intelligence on Social Competence : Conflict Solving Strategies as Mediators)

  • This study examined the effects of siblings, emotional intelligence (E.I.), and conflict solving strategies (integrating-compromising strategy/ dominating strategy) on children's social competence. The subjects were 421 6th graders (231 boys, 190 girls) in Seoul. The children filled out questionnaires on their siblings, E.I., and conflict solving strategies. Their teachers were asked to rate the children's social competence. Mediational analyses were conducted using structural equation modeling. Both integrating-compromising strategies and dominating strategies mediated the relationship between E.I. and social competence. Children with higher E.I. reported that they used more integrating-compromising strategies, which in turn was related to higher social competence. Those who scored low on E.I. reported that they used more dominating strategies, which in turn was related to lower social competence. Although the effects of siblings did not have any direct effects on social competence, it was found to be related to the type of conflict solving strategies most frequently used. Compared to the children with siblings, the children without siblings used more dominating strategies, which in turn contributed to lower social competence.

한국과 미국의 습지 갈등 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Wetland Conflict between Korea and United States)

  • 이 연구는 심각한 사회 및 환경문제를 일으키고 있는 미국과 한국의 습지갈등에 대한 특성을 파악하였다. 비교연구를 위해 동일한 개방적 인터뷰형, 리커트 형 및 순위측정 형 설문지가 미국의 12 곳, 한국의 5 곳에 사용되어 갈등의 특성과 그 영향을 파악하였다. 미국에서는 53명, 한국에서는 258명이 개방적 인터뷰에 응답하였고, 여타 설문지에 응답한 전체 응답자수는 567명이다. 설문분석 결과, 습지 갈등에 관련된 이해당사자들은 각각 다른 갈등프레임을 가지고 있었으며, 그 프레임은 갈등시의 역할에 따라 크게 다르게 나타났다. 갈등해결의 열쇠로 이해당사자의 재프레임이 갈등해결에 중요한 단서가 되는 사실을 규명하였고, 이를 유발하기 위해, 공적중재자를 통한 갈등해결 방안을 대안으로 제시하였다.

Fuzzy AHP를 이용한 프로젝트 특성과 공공갈등 특성 간의 영향 관계 중요도 분석 (Analyzing Relationships Between Project Characteristic and Public Conflict Characteristic in Public Construction Using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP))

  • 국내에서 발생하는 공공갈등은 증가 추세이며, 갈등으로 인한 직·간접 피해가 크기 때문에 이를 줄이고자 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 기존 연구들은 갈등자체에 보다 중점을 두고 있어 갈등으로 인한 건설사업에 대한 영향에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 또한, 대부분의 공공갈등은 대형 SOC 사업과정에서 발생하기에, 프로젝트 특성을 고려한 갈등연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 특성과 공공갈등 특성 간 영향 관계의 중요도를 파악하였다. 문헌고찰과 전문가 자문을 통해 프로젝트와 공공갈등의 대표 특성을 4개씩 선정하였고, 두 집답의 특성 간 영향 관계 중요도를 Fuzzy AHP를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 프로젝트 특성 중 SOC 건설사업 유형이 전반적 갈등특성에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 갈등특성 중 특히 갈등요인과 갈등단계가 건설사업 유형과의 영향 관계 중요도가 높게 나왔다. 본 연구결과를 통해, 프로젝트 특성에 따라 달라지는 갈등의 특성들을 고려한 갈등관리방안 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
