본 연구의 목적은 2018년 2월 개최된 평창동계올림픽 사후관리를 위한 기록화전략을 제안하는 데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 평창동계올림픽 사후관리 기록의 가치와 기록의 유형을 파악하고 국내와 국외에서 진행된 메가 스포츠이벤트 사후관리 사례를 선정하여 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 평창동계올림픽 사후관리를 위한 기록화전략으로서 3가지를 제안할 수 있다. 첫째, 기록화 대상과 주체, 주제별, 계층별 범위를 명확하게 설정한 후 사후관리를 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 제한적인 문헌기록의 보완을 위해 구술기록을 통한 사후관리를 실시한다. 셋째, 홈페이지와 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 서비스시스템을 구축하여 사후관리에 활용해야 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 평창동계올림픽기념관 건립과 국내 메가 스포츠이벤트의 사후관리를 위한 기록화 전략 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - This study estimated the value of the post-use of Alpine stadium in Jeongseon as a tourist attraction, which is one of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics facilities, and identified determinant factors on the willingness to pay (WTP). Design/methodology/approach - A dichotomous-choice model of contingent valuation method (CVM) that is known for an effective tool was used to calculate the value. The questionnaire was conducted on 650 visitors to major tourist destinations in Jeongseon and 629 copies of the valid samples were analyzed. Findings - The results shows that determinate factors on the WTP are; suggestion cost, need (application of Ecotourism Program to the Restoration Process), agree(agree to Ecotourism Program in the Restoration Process) and age. Also, the WTP on the facility is 16,296 won per person. Research implications or Originality - This study estimates the value of the post-utilization of Alpine Stadium of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics facilities, which have been experiencing conflict in recent years. For this reason, the findings of the paper will provide meaningful information for tourism development and management policies of the region.

This paper introduces the design, casting, and sound evaluation results of the Great Bell of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. The Olympic Bell was manufactured to announce the opening of the successful Winter Olympics in the world with a grand sound. The bell was designed to the dynamic shape to give a grand and harmonious sound in consideration of the global sports festival. In this study, the performance of the beat making the sound magnificent and the harmony of the bell sound were quantitatively evaluated using acoustical factors. Beat maps were investigated to understand the directivity of the beating sound. The purpose of the research is to present the production technique of a traditional Korean bell that has a dynamic shape and a grand and harmonious sound.

동계올림픽의 통합 아이덴티티 디자인 정립을 위해 영향을 미치는 시각적 구성요소의 특성을 알아보고자 사례연구를 실시하였다. 조사 대상은 2010년 이후 열린 밴쿠버, 소치, 평창 동계올림픽으로 한정하였다. 1차 조사에서는 시각적 구성요소의 특징을 살펴보고, 2차 조사에서는 디자인의 특성인 일관성, 가변성, 확장성, 연계성을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 동계올림픽의 통합 아이덴티티는 시각적 구성요소들의 통합적인 인식을 주는 일관성을 유지하고 있었으며, 사용에 따라 가변성을 보였다. 또한 서로간의 연계적인 이미지를 유지하였다. 그러나 다양한 변화 속에서도 적용매체에 따라 유연하게 활용되는 확장성은 엠블럼과 슬로건에서 미비한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들이 향후 올림픽 엠블럼 디자인 제작에 효과적인 통합 아이덴티티 전략수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 되기를 바란다.

국제행사에 있어서 테러단체에 의한 테러 대상이 점차 특정인물이 아닌 불특정 다수라는 점에서 행사 관람객이나 참가국들의 불안감이 가중되고 있어 주최국에서는 많은 비용을 감수하면서 안전 및 위기관리에 만전을 기하여 주최국으로서 위상을 높이기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 이에 각종 국제 행사를 많이 개최해 온 우리나라지만 국제행사에 테러 위협이 항상 존재하고 가능성이 점차 높아지고 있기 때문에 이번 평창 동계올림픽을 진행함에 있어서 안전 및 위기관리 부분에 많은 부담으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 동계올림픽의 성공적인 개최를 위하여 우리나라도 테러에 대하여 더 이상 안전한 국가라는 인식을 버리고 동계올림픽 중에 일어날 수 있는 각종 범죄와 테러에 대하여 대응 방안을 강구해야 한다. 그 대응방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 대테러 전략의 변화가 필요하며, 둘째, 평창올림픽 안전주체 및 안전대책이 수립되어야하고, 셋째, 민간 경호 경비업체를 적극적으로 활용해야 한다는 것이며, 넷째, 민간 경비인력 및 안전요원에 대한 안전관리 교육 강화를 해야 한다. 마지막으로 신속하고 유기적인 사전안전관리 시스템을 구축하여 평창동계 올림픽뿐만 아니라 지속적으로 개최될 국제행사에 안전 및 위기에 대하여 효과적으로 대처해나가야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This is a study on the planning of temporary housing for post application of Mega Sports facilities. The subject of the study is 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which is to suggest building an alternative temporary housing using shipping containers(high cube), which solve the lack of accommodations and recycle temporary housing after Olympics, save money and be eco-friendly in Olympics. Method: This study includes this ; research on the a fact-finding survey about Mega sports facilities post application and demand survey on 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics accomodations and an analysis about temporary housing plan. Furthermore we decided temporary housing building plan by analyzing residents' needs and traits of the housing etc. Through this, we made a schematic design for household units. Result: As a result, this study is a plan of making space, forms, and structure. The planned size is $38.4m^2$(L:12m, W:3.2m) except balcony, and indoor height is 2.5m. The space consists of entrance, bathroom, bedroom and living room with folding furniture system. Also there's a detailed floor plan of the ceiling, wall, and floor we drew up. The ceiling and wall consist of dampproof film, noncombustible board, fire proof urethane form, and color-designed sheet. The floor is composed of floor tile, cement mortar, light concrete(with heat coil), insulation, and dampproof film. Additionally, this study is a plan of interior dry wall with detail using modular construction method for work efficiency and quality improvement.

본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

본 연구는 2018년부터 2023년까지 약 5년간 2018평창동계올림픽 이후 스노보드와 관련된 국내 KCI 등재지에서 발행된 국내 선행문헌 21편을 연구대상으로 선정하여 특성, 참여형태, 연구분과, 연구방법에 대해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에서는 남성 및 남성과 여성을 대상으로 한 논문이 대부분을 차지하였으며 연령은 20~50대까지 다양하게 분포되었다. 피험자 수의 경우 50명 미만의 논문이 대부분을 차지하였다. 둘째, 참여형태에서는 등록선수와 스키장 이용객이 대부분을 차지하였으며 유소년 선수, 지도자, 심사위원 순으로 논문이 형성되었다. 셋째, 연구방법에 대해서는 양적연구와 실험연구가 대부분이었으며 질적연구와 통합연구 순으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 연구분과로는 스포츠 사회학, 운동역학이 주를 이루었으며 스포츠 심리학, 운동생리학, 스포츠 측정평가, 스포츠 경영학, 체육사학 순으로 분석되었다.

Today the Olympics are considered representative of a culture that symbolizes the country's image and cultural specificity, and important colors act as effective means of Olympics marketing. Each color is unique to the natural environment and cultural heritage is one of the languages of each country, region or community and it symbolizes. Hence, the purpose of this study was to examine the color and to view the color image displayed on Olympic uniforms based on the national color sensibility. After analyzing the color image of the Olympic athletes, including six kinds of uniforms and operational personnel, a cool casual/casual image is created more frequently, followed by a modern, gorgeous, dynamic, elegant/chic, dandy/classic image. The uniform color is consistent with the national image and the theme of the Pyeongchang Olympics is to enhance the country's competitiveness by widely promoting the national image of Korea around the world. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide the empirical basis for creating the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic uniforms.

Recently, various types of information and communication technology (ICT) such as cloud computing, big data, and virtual reality have been progressed in the world. Also, it is expected that there are many domestic and foreign visitors in Gangwon-do due to the Pyeongchang winter olympic games in 2018. In this environment, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of Gangwon-do in winter sports areas exploiting both existing IT infrastructure and application technologies. In this paper, for sustainable development of Gangwon-do winter sports IT industry after the Olympics, we propose efficient implementation methods of 3 winter sports IT convergence services and Gangwon-do ICT activation strategy. The proposed 3 winter sports IT service areas are as follows. 1) Realistic winter sports IT service, 2) Winter sports medical IT service 3) Winter sports record analysis IT service.
