In this paper the concept of fuzzy nearly C-compactness is introduced in Generalized fuzzy topological spaces. Several characterizations and some interesting properties of these spaces in Generalized fuzzy topological spaces are discussed. The properties of fuzzy almost continuous and fuzzy almost open functions in Generalized fuzzy topological spaces are also studied.

We provide a local convergence analysis for Secant-like algorithm for solving nonsmooth variational inclusions in Banach spaces. An existence-convergence theorem and an improvement of the ratio of convergence of this algorithm are given under center-conditioned divided difference and Aubin's continuity concept. Our result compare favorably with related obtained in [16].

In this paper we define the concept of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ function algebras on hemicompact spaces. So we show that under certain condition they can be represented as a projective limit of Banach function algebras. Then the class of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ Lipschitz algebras on hemicompact metric spaces are defined and their relations with the class of lipschitz algebras on compact metric spaces are studied.

In this paper, we apply the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets to theory of semigroups. We give some properties of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals, and characterize which is left [right] simple, left [right] duo and a semilattice of left [right] simple semigroups or another type of semigroups in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals.

By using a set ${\Omega}$, we introduce the concept of ${\Omega}$-fuzzy subsemigroups and study some of it's properties. Also, we show that the homomorphic images and preimages of ${\Omega}$-fuzzy subsemigroups become ${\Omega}$-fuzzy subsemigroups.

In this study, we have generalized pseudo-Finsler map by introducing the concept of semi-Riemannian map and have found pseudo-Finsler eikonal equations using pseudo-Finsler map. After that, we have obtained some sufficient theorems on pseudo-Finsler manifolds for the existence of solutions to the eikonal equation. At the same time, we have introduced a natural definition for the affine maps between pseudo-Finsler manifolds and have reached the affine solutions of them.

After the derivation was defined in [19] by Posner a lot of researchers studied the derivations in ring theory in different manners such as in [2], [4], [5], ..., etc. Furthermore, many researches followed the definition of the generalized derivation([3], [6], [7], ..., etc.). Finally, Maksa defined a symmetric bi-derivation and many researches have been done in ring theory by using this definition. In this work, defining a symmetric bi-$\alpha$-derivation, we study the mentioned researches above in the light of this new concept.

In this paper, the concept of *-prime ideals in non-associative near-rings is introduced and then will be studied. For this purpose, first we introduce the notions of *-operation, *-prime ideal and *-system in a near-ring. Next, we will define the *-sequence, *-strongly nilpotent *-prime radical of near-rings, and then obtain some characterizations of *-prime ideal and *-prime radical $r_s$(I) of an ideal I of near-ring N.
