차후 새로운 기술과 선박, 함정 장비를 연결 운용해 나가야 함으로 현재 사용되고 있는 선박의 항해 장비와 연동은 필수적이다. 주간/야간 카메라와 안정화 짐블 구조 그리고 user interface와 육상원격 조정시스템을 개발 해야 전세계 시장 경쟁력이 있다. 특히, 외국의 경쟁사의 경우는 장비 장비 개발 판매로 인해 경쟁력이 떨어지므로 기존의 선박용 항해 통신 장비 개발 납품의 노화후를 가지고 전체 시스템에 Integration 하는 부분도 개발을 같이 진행하였다.

Modern logistics significantly influences the globalization and internationalization processes. Logistics systems are becoming increasingly important in today's rapidly changing environment. On the other hand, the development of global economic integration, business globalization contributes to the creation and development of international logistics systems and global supply chains towards the international market. The aim of the article was to investigate the national logistics systems of developing countries in the context of their integration capabilities. The main methods used in this study are statistical analysis, index, graphical and analytical methods, methods for estimating structural dynamic shifts, comparisons. Commonly used methods of economic research, as well as statistical analysis and interstate comparisons, economic modelling (trend analysis to determine the forecast level of LPI for Ukraine), etc. were also involved. It is noted that the problem of development of logistics systems in developing countries was insufficiently covered in scientific research. The study suggests that the integration capabilities of national logistics systems are determined by the logistics performance of each country and the favourable logistics environment for integration transformations. This allowed analysing the state of the logistics systems of Poland, Bulgaria, India and Ukraine, and identifying the factors that determine it. The logistics environment of Poland, Bulgaria, India and Ukraine, as well as the factors of its formation are evaluated. The components of the logistic portrait of the country in the context of integration capabilities of the logistic system are offered. Trend analysis of LPI was carried out on the example of Ukraine, which showed positive trends in the logistics system and allowed drawing conclusions about increasing integration into international logistics channels based on its geopolitical location, improving the characteristics of the logistics environment, including customs regulation, and improving the efficiency of the national logistics system. Prospects for further research involve studies of the impact of pandemics, globalization, digitalization on logistics systems, including that of developing countries.

The purpose of study is to understand of china clothing brand to have them to be competitive position in global market. Also through this study people who are in a clothing industry market from China and overseas will be able to utilize it to have competitive brand power. Analyzing of the China clothing brand with a history and process of development is done to help understand of changes through years. With the rapid development of economy in China, the textiles & clothing industry, as one of the key industries, is showing a strong growing tendency, and brand in china have been expanding oversea market. Till 2002, China has already been the world's largest supplier of textile & clothing. Nowadays, "Made in China" is going to be "Created in China", lots of Chinese clothing brands appear, and many Chinese fashion designers step onto world stage. Chinese women's clothing, men's clothing, casual clothing, sports clothing and designer's brand are developing, popular brands are also promoted through convenient e-commerce. Clothing companies are going public, acquiring overseas brands, implementing internal mergers and integration, expanding overseas market. In such a diversity era, Chinese brands not only need to be localization, but also need to confirm with the trend of international management and globalized economy.

SMBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and TIPA (Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs) have operated the Business Innovation Platform for SME Informatization based on cloud computing technology with the cooperation of seven industry cooperatives since 2013. This project will evolve into the open market platform where service providers and users voluntarily participate and transact. This research conducts the literature review about the concept of open market and the empirical analysis through survey for the software providers and the future users regarding the future operation methods. The policy about how the open market strategy for the business innovation platform needs to be designed and implemented are organized as the three differentiated government support strategies. The first is to provide free IT services including specialized core operation support S/W which is developed only for the small or home office group of firms which lack minimal informatization capability and budget. The second is to augment IT platform service through incorporating ERP supplier initiated commercial S/W sales window for those firms having medium level informatization capability. This includes to provide IT support for customization and system integration with existing government subsidized S/W. The third is to provide upgrading services of existing S/W functions to facilitate better system utilization. The results provide useful insight for government role to enhance SME competitiveness using IT.

전통적으로 미디어 시장은 사업자수가 적고 특정 미디어의 영향력이 크기 때문에 시장집중을 엄격하게 규제하여 왔다. 하지만 미디어에 개방형 인터넷이 도입됨에 따라 미디어 규제의 근거인 희소성과 침투성 개념이 약해지고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 융합 환경에서 기존 시장집중 규제의 문제점을 비판적으로 평가한다. 개방형 콘텐츠 유통구조에서 시장성과는 시장구조보다 사업자행위에 더 영향을 받으며, 수직결합이 서비스 혁신의 수단으로 부각되고 있고, 시장획정이 끊임없이 변하기 때문에 시장집중 측정이 어려워지고 있다. 따라서 시장집중은 단순히 사업자의 시장점유율과 같은 구조적 요인으로만 규제할 것이 아니라 시장 비효율과 다양성을 저해하는 사업자 행위를 중심으로 규제하는 것이 더 적합하다는 결론이다.

본 연구는 독일이 통일 후 사회적 통합을 이루기 위해 노력한 여러 가지 방안 중에서 동독지역의 경제적 안정체제를 확립하기 위한 노동력 재생산을 어떻게 만들었는지, 그 교훈과 시사점을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 분석은 한국이 점진적으로 안정된 평화통일을 하든, 갑작스러운 북한의 붕괴로 인한 흡수든, 어떠한 통일 상황에서도 남 북 전체의 경제적 안정을 통한 사회통합이 이루어질 수 있도록 민족의 화합과 동질성 회복, 정체성 확립을 위해 무엇보다도 새로운 교육체제통합의 변화를 추구하는 것이 절대적으로 필요함을 강조하였다. 특별히 북한 주민과의 사회적 통합을 위한 북한지역 노동시장과 경제생활의 안정화를 위해 직업교육의 역할과 방향을 모색하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 우선 통일 후 동 서독의 사회통합과정에서 나타난 경험, 즉 사회적 안정과 경제생활을 위한 직업교육 정책의 추진과정에 대한 선험적인 사례를 살펴보았다. 동독과 서독지역의 직업교육의 차이와 통합 추진 체계 과정 분석은 물론, 통합을 위한 직업교육 정책의 성과와 문제점을 파악하였다. 동 서독 각자 직업교육의 특별한 여러 차이점 속에서도 이원화제도라는 유사한 하나의 체제를 공통점으로 찾아 협력하면서 노동시장의 통합과 경제적 안정화를 위한 새로운 직업교육정책을 이끌었다. 그러나 경제사회적 통합을 위한 서독의 지원에도 불구하고 동독지역이 이를 수용하기에는 역부족으로 나타나 정책실폐의 결과를 보기도 했다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 남 북 통일을 대비한 차원에서 진정한 내적통합을 이루기 위해 북한 주민들의 자립, 자활을 촉진시키고, 노동시장의 안정화와 경제생활을 이끌어갈 수 있는 직업교육의 효과적 방안들을 제안하고자 하였다.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

The current expanding mobile markets incessantly demands small form factor, low power consumption and high aggregate throughput for silicon-level integration such as memory to logic system. One of emerging solution for meeting this high market demand is 3D through silicon stacking (TSS) technology. Main challenges to bring 3D TSS technology to the volume production level are establishing a cost effective supply chain and building a reliable manufacturing processes. In addition, this technology inherently help increase number of IOs and shorten interconnect length. With those benefits, however, potential signal and power integrity risks are also elevated; increase in PDN inductance, channel loss on substrate, crosstalk and parasitic capacitance. This paper will report recent progress of wide IO memory to high count TSV logic device assembly development work. 28 nm node TSV test vehicles were fabricated by the foundry and assembled. Successful integration of memory wide IO chip with less than a millimeter package thickness form factor was achieved. For this successful integration, we discussed potential signal and power integrity challenges. This report demonstrated functional wide IO memory to 28 nm logic device assembly using 3D package architecture with such a thin form factor.

본 연구는 1996년 10월부터 2017년 4월까지의 건화물선, 컨테이너선, 유조선 가격과 운임 자료를 사용하여 선가의 합리적 거품 유무를 검정하였다. 기존의 연구와 달리, 컨테이너선, 유조선 가격으로 실증분석 범위를 확장하여 모형설정 오류에서 자유로운 안정성에 기초한 안정성 검정과 공적분 검정을 활용하였다. 안정성 검정 결과, 유조선 가격에 거품이 존재하였으며, 공적분 검정은 건화물선과 컨테이너선의 가격에 거품이 포함되었다는 결과를 나타내었다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 해운기업이 저선가 시기에 선박을 확보하는 선박투자 전략을 채택해야하며, 이를 촉진하기 위한 정부의 금융 지원과 안정적인 선복량 확보 정책 수립의 필요성을 시사한다.
