놀이 활용 자기표현훈련 프로그램이 초등학생의 자기표현, 대인관계, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Play- using Assertion Training Program on Self-Expression, Interpersonal Relationship and Self-Efficacy of Elementary School Children)

  • The purpose of the study was to find the effect of play-using assertion training program on elementary school children's self-expression, interpersonal relationship and self-efficacy. For the purpose of the study, the researcher sets hypotheses as follows. Hypothesis I : The play-using assertion training program has significant effect in elementary school children's self-expression. Hypothesis II : The play-using assertion training program has significant effect on elementary school children's interpersonal relationship. Hypothesis III: The play-using assertion training program has significant effect on elementary school children's self-efficacy. To verify these hypotheses, the researcher selected 10 students of 4th grade in C elementary school as a experimental group, and 11 students of 4th grade in O elementary school as a controlled group. Both schools are located at Boryoung, Chungnam. In the experimental group, the researcher administered the play-using assertion training program once a week for ten weeks. The play-using assertion training program are made by the researcher based on Jeon(1985) and Byoun and Kim(1980). To measure self-expression, the scale of self-expression made by Byoun & Kim(1980) was used. To measure interpersonal relationship, the scale of relationship change made by Schlin and Guerney(1971) was used. The scale was translated by Lee and Moon(1980). To measure self-efficacy, the scale of self-efficacy made by Han(2002) was used. The scale is based on Kim and Cha(1996) and Kim(1997). The result of the study is that the play-using assertion training program gives positive effects on students' self-expression, especially in physical area. Second, the play-using assertion training program gives positive effects on students' interpersonal relationship, especially in satisfaction, communication and friendliness. Third, the play-using assertion training program generally does not give positive effects on students' self-efficacy, but give significant effects on confidence and self-control efficacy which are sub-areas of self-efficacy.

중환자실 간호사의 경력개발제도에 따른 경력개발제도의 인식, 전문직 자아개념, 자기효능감, 조직몰입 (Perception of Clinical Ladder System, Professional Self-Concept, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment by the Level of Clinical ladder among Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the clinical ladder system (CLS) by identifying the perception of the CLS, professional self-concept, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment among intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Methods : Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 173 nurses working in 11 ICUs at a tertiary hospital in Seoul. Results : The perception of the CLS, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment showed significant difference according to the CLS level. As a result of the partial Spearman correlation analysis after adjusting for demographic difference according to CLS (age, marital status, education, and clinical career), CLS positively correlated with the perception of the CLS (r=.16, p=.045), professional self-concept (r=.24, p=.001), and self-efficacy (r=.21, p=.007). On the contrary, organizational commitment negatively correlated with the perception of the CLS (r=-.43, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=-.32, p<.001). Conclusion : The CLS is effective for professional self-concept and self-efficacy. However, specialists 2 nurses, who had high professional self-concept and self-efficacy, showed low level of organizational commitment. Thus, it is necessary to examine the factors of work burden and career plateau that are imposed after promotion and improve experience and planning according to the growth needs. Moreover, regular evaluation of the CLS will require hospital support to ensure that ICU nurses appreciate and actively participate in the support.

간이식 수혜자의 불확실성, 자기효능감 및 사회적 지지와 자가간호 수행 간의 관계 (Relationship between Uncertainty, Self Efficacy, Social Support, and Self-Care Performance in Liver Transplant Recipients)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the correlation between uncertainty, self efficacy, social support, and self-care performance among liver transplant recipients. Methods: Participants comprised 111 liver transplant recipients who visited the outpatient clinic at the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery department of a hospital in D city. Data were collected from September to October 2021 using self-report questionnaires, and were analyzed by the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: Self-care performance was correlated with uncertainty (r=-.31, p=.001), self efficacy (r=.22, p=.023), and social support (r=.38, p<.001). Conclusion: To improve self-care performance in liver transplant recipients, it is necessary to develop nursing interventions that can reduce uncertainty and enhance self efficacy and social support.

과학분야 영재학생과 학업우수학생의 자기 효능감 -초등학교 학생을 중심으로- (The self-efficacy beliefs of gifted students in the area of sciences and High Achievers -Focused on Elementary School-)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 과학분야 영재학생의 자기 효능감을 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 교육대학교 영재교육센터에서 수학, 과학, 정보영재교육을 받고 있는 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 220명과 대전과 충남 지역에 소재한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 중에서 학업성적이 상위 5%에 속하는 학생 206명을 대상으로 자기 효능감 검사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 자기 효능감, 학업 효능감, 자기학습조절 효능감, 타인기대 일치 효능감에서는 영재학생과 학업우수아간에 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 국어 효능감에서는 학업우수학생, 과학 효능감에서는 과학 영재학생, 수학 효능감에서는 수학 영재학생, 그리고 컴퓨터 효능감에서는 정보 영재학생의 효능감이 높았다. 셋째, 사회성 효능감에서는 정보 영재학생이 학업우수학생, 수학 영재학생, 과학 영재 학생보다 효능감이 낮았다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 논의되고 영재학생의 교육과 연구에 대한 시사점이 제시되었다.

조직 내 기업가정신이 자기효능감과 기업성과에 미치는 영향 -경남지역 중소 제조업체를 대상으로- (The Effects of Corporate Entrepreneurship on Self-Efficacy and Firm Performance in Small and Medium-sized Firms of Gyeongnam Region)

  • The purpose of this study includes: the relationships between corporate entrepreneurship(innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) and firm performance(non-financial performance, financial performance) and the mediating effect of the self-efficacy on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 368 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Gyeongnam region to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship(except innovation) and the employee's self-efficacy is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the employee's self-efficacy and firm performance. Third, the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and the non-financial performance is positively related. The relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship(except innovation) and the financial performance is positively related. Finally, the employee's self-efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between risk-taking and firm performance. The employee's self-efficacy played as a fully mediator on the relationship between proactiveness and non-financial performance. The employee's self-efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between proactiveness and financial performance. However, there was no empirical evidence for the mediating effect of employee's self-efficacy on the relationship innovation and firm performance. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

지식자기효능감이 종업원의 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향: 개인성과기대 및 과업성과기대의 매개효과 검증 (The effect of knowledge self-efficacy on employee's knowledge sharing intention: Analysis of mediating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation)

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

중환자실 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직장 내 괴롭힘, 자기효능감이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress, Working Bullying, Self-Efficacy on the Professional Self-Concept of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose : The aims of this study was to provide basic data to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses in intensive care unit and identify the relationship between job stress, working bullying, self-efficacy and professional self-concept and identify the factors influencing professional self-concept in intensive care unit nurses. Methods : This study was conducted from June to August, 2018 at five general hospitals over 500 beds. Structured questionnaire were completed by 120 nurses who had agreed to understand and participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS win 24.0 program. Results : Factors affecting the professional self-concept of the subjects were self-efficacy, working bullying, unsatisfaction and satisfaction of nursing job satisfaction, age. The explanatory power of these variables on professional self-concept was 55.1%. Conclusion : The self-efficacy, working bullying, nursing job satisfaction, and age of the intensive care unit nurses were identified as the major factors influencing the professional self-concept. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational program to improve self-efficacy and nursing job satisfaction and reduce working bullying, which are influencing factors of professional self-concept of intensive care unit nurse.

가정환경과 아동의 자기-효능감간의 인과모형 탐색 (Investigation on Causal Relationships between Home Environment and Children's Self-efficacy)

  • This study investigated sex differences in children's self-efficacy and causal relationships between children's self-efficacy and home environment. The home environment factors included mother's efficacy, marital satisfaction, child rearing attitudes, and socio-economic status. The subjects were 491 fifth and sixth grade children and their mothers. The data were analyzed by t-test using the SAS $PC^+$ program and covariance structural analysis using the PC-LISREL VI. The results showed that there were no sex differences in children's global self-efficacy level, but there were sex differences in some subfactors. Furthermore, we found that the same causal model appears for both sexs in the relationship between home environment and children's self-efficacy. That is, socio-economic status of the home and mother's psychological factors influenced mother's attitudes for child rearing which had a direct impact on children's self-efficacy.

Study on the Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Calligraphy Program

  • This is a single-group pre-post study conducted to determine the effect of a calligraphy program on nursing students' career decision-making self-efficacy and self- leadership. The data collected from 231 second-year nursing students were analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0 to determine descriptive statistics, paired t-test to analyze the effect of calligraphy, and Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership. After the program, both career decision self-efficacy (t=7.23, p<.001) and self-leadership (t=6.81, p<.001) improved. The analysis of career decision self-efficacy and self-leadership after the program showed a strong correlation (r=.849, p<.001). The results of this study are significant in that they validate the effectiveness of a calligraphy program in promoting self-leadership and career decision-making self-efficacy among nursing students who do not have clear career goals. Students' overall satisfaction with the calligraphy program was 4/5 points, and they most highly evaluated the smooth interaction between fellow students through the program. At a time when the importance of cultural arts education is gradually increasing in social and educational fields around the world, calligraphy has the advantage of laying the foundation for the promotion of basic arts for the revitalization of cultural arts, so educational support is needed not only in terms of improving the quality of life and pursuing self-actualization of individuals with emotional expression and creative problem-solving skills, but also at the social level.

셀프리더십과 고객지향성의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과: 항공사 객실승무원 중심으로 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Self-leadership and Customer Orientation: Focusing on Airline Cabin Crew)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-leadership on self-efficacy and customer orientation and to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficy on the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation. Methods: To verify these research problems, the subjects of this study were a total of 300 Korean cabin crew members working for domestic and foreign airlines who received distributed questionnaires and 247 copies wee analysed using the SPSS 20.0 program. Results: First, it can be seen that the self-leadership of airline cabin crew has a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy, indicating that self-leadership has a positive effect on the self-efficacy of the members of the organization. Second, it was found that self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on the customer orientation of airline cabin crew, and it was analyzed that self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation. Third, it was found that self-leadership had a positive (+) effect on customer orientation, and it was proved that behavior-oriented strategy, constructive accident pattern, and natural compensation strategy, which are three sub-factors of self-leadership of cabin crew, have an influence on customer orientation. Conclusion: based on these findings, the theoretical and practical implications of this study and directions for future research were presented.
