서울시 지속가능발전과 환경교육 활성화를 위한 환경교육 정책 개선 방안 (A Study on the Improvement of Environmental Education Policy for Activating Sustainable Development and Environmental Education in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve environmental education policy through analysing environmental education policy in Seoul. According to the results, it should be considered in suggesting improvement of Environmental Education policy in Seoul as follows. First, according to the analyses of paradigm of environmental education policy, it does not in part depend on implication of education for sustainable development. Second, according to the analyses of driving force on the environmental education policy, The state of integration between formal education and non formal education has not been mature yet. Third, according to the current state on the environmental education policy, it is urgent to strategic approach to activate school environmental education. Consequently, It is necessary to indicate a new paradigm shifts for review and revisions of policy and practice in support of sustainable regional development in Seoul. It is also desirable to provide new infra structure which included basic framework, guideline, practical programme so as to enhance environmental education. Thus it would be possible to contribute to activating education for sustainable development.

  • This paper consider the Jacobian variety of a hyperelliptic curve over a finite field with the formal structure of the mixed type. We present the Newton polygon of the characteristic polynomial of the Frobenius endomorphism of the Jacobian variety. It gives an useful tool for finding the local decomposition of the Jacobian variety into isotypic components.

응급실 폭력예방에 대한 효율적인 교육방안 (Effective education for the prevention of violence in the emergency room)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational satisfaction of trainees in implementing violence prevention education by workers in the emergency room and insufficient education. Methods: The participants of the study were 65 emergency room employees in S area. Results: First, education was helpful if you actively participated in education, and if you did not actively participate in education, education was shown to be of little or no help (χ2(p)= .000 p-value<.05). Second, formal education (53.3%) was identified as the problem of preventive education currently in place of education, and statistics show that the biggest problem with applying emergency room violence prevention education at worksites is a lack of active support (41.7%) from the police and hospitals. Third, 48.3 percent of the respondents thought that the education methods invited experts were appropriate for emergency room violence prevention education. Conclusion: The problem with the current emergency room violence prevention education is that it is necessary to establish a connection program between hospitals and police stations and give lectures by experts in violence prevention education to apply the contents of the educational curriculum in the workplace with one time and formal education.

자연수 나눗셈에 관한 비형식적 지식과 형식적 지식의 연결 방안 (The Connection between Informal Knowledge and Formal Knowledge on Division)

  • Interviews with 24 pupils in grade 1-2 were used to investigate awareness of the relation between situation and computation in simple quotitive and partitive division problems as informally experienced. Then it was suggested how to connect children's informal knowledge and formal knowledge of division. Most subjects counted cubes or made drawing, and related these methods to the situation described in the problems. In result, quotitive division was experienced as a dealing situation, where the number of items represented by the divisor was repeatedly taken from the whole number. And estimate-adjust was the most frequently displayed way of experiencing partitive division. Therefore, partitive division with its two measurement variables can be related to a measurement model. And children should be taught column algorithms for division with estimated-adjust which pupils used for partitive division problems.

전형식적 증명의 의미와 교육학적 의의에 관한 연구 (A Study on the meaning of preformal proof and its didactical significance)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the meaning of preformal proof and its didactical significance in mathematics education. A preformal proof plays a more important role in mathematics education, because nowadays in mathematics a proof is considered as an important fact from a sociological point of view. A preformal proof was classified into four categories: a) action proof, b) geometric-intuitive proof, c) reality oriented proof, d) proof by generalization from paradiam. An educational significance of a preformal proof are followings: a) A proof is not identified with a formal proof. b) A proof is not only considered from a symbolic level, but also from enactive and iconic level. c) A preformal proof generates a formal proof and convinces pupils of a formal proof d) A preformal proof is psychologically natural. e) A preformal proof changes a conception of what is a proof. Therefore a preformal proof is expected to teach in school mathematics from the elementary school to the secondary school.

  • In this study, we conceptualized the ‘preformal proof’, which is a transitive level of proof from the experimental and inductive justification to the formalized mathematical proof. We investigated concrete features of the preformal proof in the historico-genetic and the didactical situations. The preformal proof can get the generality of the contents of proof, which makes a distinction from the experimental proof. And we can draw a distinction between the preformal and formal proof, in point that the preformal proof heads for the reality-oriented objects and does not use the formal language.

  • From 1995, the WTO(World Trade Organization) system will be activated in the world market. Therefore more liberalization in agricultural are expected. Korean farmers should be trained to overcome the difficulty due to trade liberalization. The non-formal education for farmers is carried out by various forms but does not fit need of farmers mostly. The moor part of non formal training was focused on agricultural skills so there must be more emphasis on non-agricultural skills. There are some lacks in linkage between training and government support for trainees. So more support for farmers trainees such as aspects(for example cure finanical support) and non economic support(for example the raising of farmers morale) are needed.

  • 본 연구는 학교 수학에서 추론 지도의 수준을 보다 상세히 구분해 보고자 한 것이다. 수학의 특징으로부터, 대상에서 분리된 순수한 형식적 관점은 새로운 지식의 창안에서 한계를 지닌다는 점을 알 수 있으며, 수학교육에서도 이를 반영할 필요가 있다고 본다. 이런 점에서 귀납 추론과 형식적 연역 추론의 매개 단계로서 구체적 조작이나 감각 경험과 관련된 직관적 증명의 수준을 설정하는 것이 적절할 것으로 생각되며, 이 수준의 핵심적인 활동은 경험으로부터 일반성을 통찰하는 것이다. 이 수준은 낮은 수준의 귀납 추론보다는 대상과 분리되며 보다 형식적인 논리의 개입을 필요로 하는 과정에 있다. 이와 같이 보다 점진적으로 대상으로부터 분리되고 형식적 논리를 학습할 수 있도록 추론 지도 수준을 구분하고, 이에 따라 수학적 추론을 지도하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

환경교육의 네트워크 구축을 위한 기초 연구 : 민간환경단체의 사회환경교육 중심으로 (A basic study for establishing a network of environmental education : focusing on the nonformal environmental education of civil environmental organizations)

  • Restricted by time and space, formal environmental education has a limit in accommodating fast changing socal phenomena and quickly spreading environmental problems. Therefore, to carry out more efficiently the environmental education for middle and high school students, this study is intended to search for a way to establish a network of formal and nonformal environmental education. More than 80% of civil environmental organizations replied they agree to establish a network of environmental education. As for the establishment of a network, they preferred the establishment in which middle and high school, civil environmental organizations, government, the environment-related departments of the universities. They preferred ‘civil environmental organizations’ for the operator, ‘local municipal or provincial level for the scale, ‘direct personal relations’ for the interchange method. To establish a network, they replied that ‘funding’, ‘specialists in environmental education’, ‘staff to proceed educations’, ‘reform of law and systems’ are required. They also preferred ‘funding from government budget’ for a way to fund a network. We can draw the following conclusions from the survey, We need a training program for environmental education staff not to make those educational programs by civil environmental organizations temporary Also, more studies should be done to establish more organized network of environmental education and nonformal environmental education by civil environmental organizations. Environmental problem varies depending on the local characteristics, and thus environmental education should be carried out locally at the network center for environmental education. Besides, local self-governing bodies should support it administratively and financially.

  • 본 연구는 미래의 교육 환경과 방법의 변화를 고려하여, 학교에서 이루어지는 형식 교육과 학교 밖에서 이루어지는 비형식 학습 경험의 통합과 각종 스마트 기기의 활용을 기반으로 한 프로젝트 활동을 개발하고, 전문가의 검토를 받아 수정한 후 이를 현장에 적용하여 적용 가능성을 타진하였다. 효과적인 학습을 위해 스마트 테크놀로지를 이용한 프로젝트 과정, 과정별 교수 학습 활동 및 관련 지원 자료들을 개발하고 이를 패키지로 구성하였다. 개발한 프로젝트학습 활동과 지원 자료는 서울시 소재 한 초등학교 5학년 학생 18명을 대상으로 시범적용을 하였다. 시범적용 결과는 관찰, 면담, 학습 과정 및 결과물 평가를 통하여 분석되었고, '프로젝트 활동 전반', '학습 자료와 도구' 그리고 '비형식 학습 경험'과 같은 측면에서 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 종합하여, 통합적 경험을 위한 프로젝트 활동을 도입할 때 고려할 사항들을 제안하였다.
