The computer has become an indispensable tool for animation works. However if you don't understand the characteristics of the computer and its software, you might not have the result satisfying your efforts. The incorrect understanding of image format sometimes causes it. Habitually image formats are selected usually for most of works but there is a distinct difference among those image formats while the efficient usages of them are different from each other. For your more efficient work therefore, you need to identify the characteristics of various kinds of image format used mostly for animation works. First I took a look at the theories of the lossy compression and lossless compression, which are two types of data compression widely used in the whole parts of computer world and the difference between bitmap method and vector method, which are respectably different in terms of the way of expressing images and finally the 24 bit true color and 8 bits alpha channel. Based on those characteristics, I have analyzed the functional difference among image formats used between various types of animation works such as 2D, 3D, composing and editing and also the benefits and weakness of them. Additionally I've proved it is wrong that the JPEG files consume a small space in computer work. In conclusion, I suggest the TIF format as the most efficient format for whatever it is editing, composing, 3D and 2D in considering capacity, function and image quality and also I'd like to recommend PSD format which has compatibility and excellent function, since the Adobe educational programs are used a lot for the school education. I hope this treatise to contribute to your right choice of image format in school education and practical works.
The performing art is a genre which is integrated of various fields of arts, and Stage Make-up as well. Stage Make-up functions as an important means of communication which makes audience understand the characteristic facts by transforming an actor/actress into the character in the play and also, visually enlarging characters. Due to the creativeness of Stage Make-up, the conceptual study on Stage Make-up design for visual expression coincide with the intended character is needed. However, in Korea, the systematical approach for Stage Make-up design by character types has not developed, or studied yet, The result of this study is to present system model through theoretical study of psychological personality types. and to apply for the expression of characters in the play based on physiognomy(face-reading), The case study of visualizing according to an actor/actress's shape of face. is Specially focused on eyes and eyebrows. In designing Stage Make-up, eyes and eye brows are important elements as a tool for strong expression of the characters. This model of Stage Make-up design by personal type constructed in this study, is for applying methodically as professional approach on actual Stage Make-up design and educational teaching methods as well.
This research aimed at suggesting the implication of Korean unification education based on German unification education, which country achieved unification from the divided country as Korea. Germany named unification education as the political education. German political education includes democratic citizen education, peace education, and solidarity education between the peoples. Also, besides school unification education, civic organization and parties treat political education. German political education is conducted by being shared with role by main government and several organizations, when the federal government level suggests a big frame. Also, political education with proper content could be conducted suitable for the characteristic of main area and the color of the party and civic organizations. Of course, federal government supports administrative financial support enough on this. In such situation, German people have naturally accepted and developed political education without distance. This situation has lots of implication on Korea. First, systematic system of unification education. In Korea, unification education is conducted mainly by Ministry of Unification and Education Center for Unification. However, in order to naturally approach the people, systematic system synthesizing civic organization, local government, religious organization, and educational local government should be established. Second, 'integration within acknowledgement of diversity'. In Korea, also, diversity should be acknowledged by being suggested by the country with the big frame, and the detailed parts by various institutions and civic organizations as Germany. Third, conversion to integrated education of unification education. Germany is conducting comprehensive education naming unification education as the political education. We also should prepare for coming unification in the near future by complementing the content by converting the mere unification education to comprehensive and integrated education.
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a Children's Play Disposition Scale(CPDS) which could be used to evaluate children's play patterns and preferences. The participants of this study were parents of 437 5-7-year-old children (age range from 51months to 106months). Preliminary items were developed through a review of relevant research, multiple intelligence theory and scales, confirmation of item adequacy and content validity. After the content validity was confirmed by experts, these items were edited down to a final list of 27 items representing 6 factors identified by exploratory factor analysis. The 6 factors of the scale consists of initiative, linguistic activity, logical-mathematical activity, art and craft, physical activity, and sensitivity respectively. Concurrent validity was established by using correlations between each factor of the CPDS and sub-factors and the total scores of Multiple Intelligence Checklist for preschoolers (Multiple Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd, 2008) and Multiple Intelligence Checklist for elementary schoolers (Multiple Intelligence Institute Co., Ltd, 2007). In addition, the reliability of each factor, as measured by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ranged from .53 to .79. The CPDS provides the developmental and educational information for strengthening children's developmental forte and for supporting children's developmental weakness. This scale can be used on developing children's play contents and guiding play methods in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide basic data in order to systemize the management of demand and supply of radiologic technicians, to pursue a fair regional distribution of educational institutions, and furthermore to keep reasonable medical treatment and fee. This research was carried out through the investigation of radiologic equipments and technicians according to the distribution of the population. Materials and Methods: We compared and analyzed the correlation between regional population, the number of clinics and hospitals, the number of medical imaging devices, and the number of radiologists and radiologic technicians in 5 cities without "Gu" administrative units in 2008. Results: 27,317 radiologic technicians have been produced since the administration of the national qualifying exam for radiologic technicians. About 18,000 radiologic technicians are currently working. There are 39 colleges or universities with Departments of Radiology and the admission quota is 2,120 students excluding one college. The ratio of radiologic equipments to radiologic technicians is 2.6 to 1. Conclusion: There is a dilemma in which some radiologic technicians fail to find appropriate jobs while some clinics or hospitals are in need of radiologic technicians. This dilemma is due to unreasonable regional discrepancies in pay system and welfare situation, and excessive profit-oriented recruiting system of clinics and hospitals. The increase of students of Radiologic Departments and approval of additional departments will end up with producing superfluous high academic degree holders, which is on the contrary to the government policy to produce more job opportunities. So the policy of increasing Radiologic Departments should be reconsidered.
This is an exploratory study based on the literature reviews which examined the possibilities and necessities of multimodal writing curriculum for liberal education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing research results which utilized the teaching methods associating music and writing, and to find the educational implications, and finally in terms of writing education, to suggest the possibilities of writing classes' convergent forms with music extracted from the results of the existing studies. Those studies were categorized to four patterns: WAC, effects of therapy, materials for writing, and new literacy. Based on Meyrowitz's perspective, firstly music can be utilized as a circumstance, which means a teacher can indirectly take the emotional, reminding, and healing effects of background musics. Secondly, music can play an important role of materials in thinking and writing, which is the most generally utilized pattern today. The effects are found in all of affective, cognitive, and strategic domains by utilizing music as a sort of reading materials. Thirdly, the convergent writing of music and narrative is suggested. Music is an independent language that can interact with narrative and construct text meanings in this kind of writing classes. These three dimensions of convergence have different perspectives, but sometimes occur at a same time or as a connected pattern. This study proposes that writing teachers need to improve their competence in music as well and to have professional concerns and efforts to develop their convergent writing teaching skills with music for these classes. Finally, this study stresses that team teaching can be an alternative for them.
This study is a case study of STEAM education. We have developed teaching and learning materials, suggested teaching method, and analysed the result for exploring the potential and effect of STEAM. The content of this study is based on the history of mathematics. Science (S) is related to the 24 divisions of the year, the height of the sun, the movement of heavenly bodies. Technology (T) is related to the exploration with graphic calculators. Engineering (E) is related to design sundial and research on the design principles. Art (A) is related to literature review about mathematical history, the understanding of the value of the mathematics. Mathematics (M) is related to the trigonometric functions. We have considered that Project-Based Learning is proper teaching and learning for STEAM education, we have designed the STEAM PBL and analysed the results focused on the developing integrative knowledge, mathematical attitude including mathematical value, the competencies of 21 century. The result of this study is as follows. We find that STEAM education activates students' collaboration, communication skills and improves representation and critical thinking skills. Also STEAM education makes positive changes of students' mathematical attitudes including the values of the mathematics.
The Purpose of this study was to explore the methods of generalization and errors pattern generated by mathematically gifted students and non-gifted students in elementary school. In this research, 6 problems corresponding to the x+a, ax, ax+c, $ax^2$, $ax^2+c$, $a^x$ patterns were given to 156 students. Conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. First, both group were the best in symbolically generalizing ax pattern, whereas the number of students who generalized $a^x$ pattern symbolically was the least. Second, mathematically gifted students in elementary school were able to algebraically generalize more than 79% of in x+a, ax, ax+c, $ax^2$, $ax^2+c$, $a^x$ patterns. However, non-gifted students succeeded in algebraically generalizing more than 79% only in x+a, ax patterns. Third, students in both groups failed in finding commonness in phased numbers, so they solved problems arithmetically depending on to what extent it was increased when they failed in reaching generalization of formula. Fourth, as for the type of error that students make mistake, technical error was the highest with 10.9% among mathematically gifted students in elementary school, also technical error was the highest as 17.1% among non-gifted students. Fifth, as for the frequency of error against the types of all patterns, mathematically gifted students in elementary school marked 17.3% and non-gifted students were 31.2%, which means that a majority of mathematically gifted students in elementary school are able to do symbolic generalization to a certain degree, but many non-gifted students did not comprehend questions on patterns and failed in symbolic generalization.
The purpose of this study was to develop the workplace etiquette education program for strengthen of employment capability of specialized high school students. Basically the program was developed through three steps of preparation, development and improvement. In the preparation stage, needs of student, teacher, industry was surveyed and the topic of the workplace etiquette education program was selected. In the development stage, set up educational goals of the program and form the program classified into 4 parts: (1) work and etiquette, (2) understanding of organization in the workplace, (3) proper the workplace etiquette, (4) managing oneself. In the improvement stage, verified validity by experts, executed pilot test and field test by students, and corrected the program. The result of the study, the workplace etiquette education program for strengthen of employment capability of specialized high school students has features as fellows: First, the program was designed as a 8 hour, and can be applied flexibly according to situation. Second, the program consist of various cases that occur in the workplace. Third, the program consist of four contents of (1) work and etiquette, (2) understanding of organization in the workplace, (3) proper the workplace etiquette, (4) managing oneself. Fourth, the program basically consist of two parts for students and teacher. Fifth, the program would be used in the subject of 'Career and work' in high school and also applied to the career education such as creative hands-on activities, creative discretion activities, and extracurricular activities.

A variety of creative convergence education studies have been conducted around the world, but the study of creative convergence education based on problem-oriented learning is insignificant. STEAM education development research for engineering human resources also recognizes important factors like ethics awareness and consideration, cooperation, leadership, and communication skills. This study developed a model of interdisciplinary classes between marketing and commercial English classes as a way to effectively learn to cultivate the creative and fusion talents required by modern society. A model was developed for the process of convergence classes to be developed for evaluation after class by designing courses, selecting subjects, designing classes, drawing questions, and developing problems, as well as for discussion of pre-convergence courses, class performance, and class evaluation. The Mongolian university discussed in this paper plans to introduce a suitable educational environment by developing a problem for interdisciplinary classes in marketing and business English. Based on the need to nurture talent required by the rapidly changing knowledge-based society, Mongolian universities should continue the strategy of fostering creative convergence talent through the convergence of technology. This is because creativity is the most important thing in the current situation.
