소상공인을 위한 라이브 커머스 방송은 정말 가능할까?: 쇼호스트 유형 및 관여도에 관한 실험 연구

  • 최근 정보기술의 발달과 COVID-19으로 인해, 많은 유통의 판도가 바뀌었다. 비대면의 급증으로 배달문화와 온라인 쇼핑과 온라인 회의 등이 성행하며 익숙해지고 이로 인해 디지털 전환이 더욱 빠르게 가속화 되었다. 중국에서 시작되었던 라이브 커머스도 이 시기를 틈타 한국으로 들어왔고 라이브 커머스의 발전이 시작되었다. 이에 따라 라이브 커머스에 관한 연구도 많이 나오고 있는데 연구들이 라이브커머스의 특성만을 다루는 것에 한계점을 느꼈다. 이에 본 연구는 라이브 커머스의 특성에서 나아가 이 특성으로 인하여 진정으로 혜택을 볼 수 있는 소상공인들에 초점을 맞추기로 하였다. 소상공인들이야말로 라이브커머스를 이용하는 80%를 넘는 비중을 차지하고 있는 사용자이자 판매자이다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지도 많은 판매자들이 라이브커머스를 어렵게 생각하고 전문 방송인을 고용하거나 대행사를 고용하여야만 라이브커머스 방송이 가능하다고 생각하여 시작을 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실험을 설계하여 판매자가 직접 라이브 커머스 방송을 진행하여도 충분히 소비자에게 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있고 매출액과 유입수에도 영향을 끼칠 것이란 가설을 설정하였다. 쇼호스트와 관여도라는 변수를 설정하여 2 by 2 실험을 설계하였다. 쇼호스트는 방송전문가인 일반적인 대행사를 섭외하여 방송을 능숙하게 하고 중간에 재미적인 요소를 집어 넣는 쇼호스트와 제품 전문가인 판매자를 직접 방송하게 하여 제품에 대한 전문성을 넣어 소비자의 반응을 살펴 보았다. 관여도는 고관여 제품과 저관여 제품을 식품군으로 비교하는 것으로 설계하는 것으로 연구를 진행하였다.

Evaluations of Chinese Brand Name by Different Translation Types: Focusing on The Moderating Role of Brand Concept (영문 브랜드네임의 중문 브랜드네임 전환 방식에 대한 중화권 소비자들의 브랜드 평가에 관한 연구 -브랜드컨셉의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • Brand names are often considered as a part of product and important extrinsic cues of product evaluation, when consumers make purchasing decisions. For a company, brand names are also important assets. Building a strong brand name in the Chinese commonwealth is a main challenge for many global companies. One of the first problem global company has to face is how to translate English brand name into Chinese brand name. It is very difficult decision because of cultural and linguistic differences. Western languages are based on an alphabet phonetic system, whereas Chinese are based on ideogram. Chinese speakers are more likely to recall stimuli presented as brand names in visual rather than spoken recall, whereas English speakers are more likely to recall the names in spoken rather than in visual recall. We interpret these findings in terms of the fact that mental representations of verbal information in Chinese are coded primarily in a visual manner, whereas verbal information in English is coded by primarily in a phonological manner. A key linguistic differences that would affect the decision to standardize or localize when transferring English brand name to Chinese brand name is the writing system. Prior Chinese brand naming research suggests that popular Chinese naming translations foreign companies adopt are phonetic, semantic, and phonosemantic translation. The phonetic translation refers to the speech sound that is produced, such as the pronunciation of the brand name. The semantic translation involves the actual meaning of and association made with the brand name. The phonosemantic translation preserves the sound of the brand name and brand meaning. Prior brand naming research has dealt with word-level analysis in examining English brand name that are desirable for improving memorability. We predict Chinese brand name suggestiveness with different translation methods lead to different levels of consumers' evaluations. This research investigates the structural linguistic characteristics of the Chinese language and its impact on the brand name evaluation. Otherwise purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand concept on the evaluation of brand name. We also want to examine whether the evaluation is moderated by Chinese translation types. 178 Taiwanese participants were recruited for the research. The following findings are from the empirical analysis on the hypotheses established in this study. In the functional brand concept, participants in Chinese translation by semantic were likely to evaluate positively than Chinese translation by phonetic. On the contrary, in the symbolic brand concept condition, participants in Chinese translation by phonetic evaluated positively than by semantic. And then, we found Chinese translation by phonosemantic was most favorable evaluations regardless of brand concept. The implications of these findings are discussed for Chinese commonwealth marketers with respect to brand name strategies. The proposed model helps companies to effectively select brand name, making it highly applicable for academia and practitioner. name and brand meaning. Effects of Ease of Use and Usefulness of Smart Phones on Switching Barrier, Customer Loyalty (스마트폰의 사용 용이성과 유용성이 전환장벽과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on analyzing the effects of ease of use, usefulness on switching barrier and loyalty in the Korean telecommunication market. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which ease of use was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which usefulness, switching barrier were included as intermediate variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study 6 hypotheses had been formulated, on which this research model was based, in order to test the significance of structured paths, suggested, in the previous articles, that having high interactive effects. This study collected the effective questionnaires of 452 respondents who had jobs nationwide and who used the telecommunication terminals and then analyzed with AMOS19 and SPSS19 to test the hypotheses. As a result, the conclusions are as follows: First, the ease of use and usefulness had significant effects on the switching barrier. Secondly, ease of use had a significant effect on the usefulness of customers, by which customers' satisfaction was influenced at low significant level. After all, the effects of ease of use and usefulness on switching barrier and satisfaction of the users of smart phones had been shown at the highest level.

Screening for Ginseng-Fermenting Microorganisms Capable of Biotransforming Ginsenosides (Ginsenoside 전환이 가능한 인삼 발효 미생물의 선별)

  • Panax ginseng has been drawing world-wide attention since it was used for medicinal purposes and its effects was discovered in scientific manners. However, it is necessary to develope new ginseng products as functional foods to compete with western ginseng. Fermented ginseng could be an excellent solution, where useful probiotics are provided and ginsenosides are specifically transformed to functional forms. In this study, we investigated the growth and ginsenoside biotransformation by 21 Bacillus strains isolated from Chongkukjang and 12 lactic acid bacteria. 2.5% (w/v) and 1% (w/v) of ginseng were used in culture media containing only ginseng powder as a sole nutrient source, and their biotransformation abilities were tested after the growths were checked. All used Bacillus strains and lactic acid bacteria were able to grow well in ginseng powder media at higher levels than $10^{7}\;CFU/ml$. Most of Bacillus strains displayed ginsenoside transformation in a strain-specific manner. Therefore, the results of this study demonstrated that the strains tested in this study could be used as potential starters for the ginseng fermentation.

  • In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.

Perceived Differences in Brands of Jeans; Classification and Characteristics of Brand-Switching (청바지제품의 지각된 상표간 차이에 따른 상표전환의 유형과 특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to categorize brand-switching behaviors into subdivided groups by variety seeking and perceived differences between brands and to compare and to analyze brand-switching motive perceived differences between brands clothing-involvement and buying price among the subdivided groups. The subjects were 343 female and male to have jean pants-buying experience in their age of 20-29 living in Seoul and Kyunggi province. For the analysis of the data mean frequency t-test $\chi^2$-Test Factor analysis MANOVA Duncan-test were conducted and the cronbach's $\alpha$ has been calculated to measure the reliability The results are as follows: 1. brand-switching behaviors are categorized into 4 groups by strength of variety-seeking and perceived differences between brands that are small or large which are habitual brand switchers internal derived brand-switchers external derived brand-switchers and combined derived brand-switchers. 2. Among the 4 sub-groups there were significant difference in brand-switching motive according to factors such as change-seeking needs and price & promotion. And there were significant differences in perceived differences between brands according to factors such as apparel design clothing -symbolism fitness except apparel shop. 3. According to strength of variety-seeking levels of clothing-involvement and buying price have increased Combined derived brand-switchers have totally the strongest variety-seeking and the highest clothin-involvement and they purchase the highest priced jean-pants of the other types of consumers.

  • 정보 가전 분야에 있어서 급속한 기술 발전으로 인해 하루가 다르게 새로운 기능이 추가됨에 따라 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 크기 및 복잡도 또한 함께 증가하고 있고 이를 개발하고 유지보수 하는데 있어서도 막대한 비용과 노력이 요구된다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 높이기 위한 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스 방식 기반의 OS를 적용한 소프트웨어를 스레드 방식의 OS 기반의 소프트웨어로 전환하여 임베디드 시스템을 구현하였으며 소프트웨어 방법론으로는 스레드 방식의 OS 기반 소프트웨어에 수정된 DARTS(Design Approach to Real- Time Systems) 방법론을 적용하여 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 구현된 시스템에서 재사용성을 측정하여 표로 제시하며 그 측정 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 스레드 방식의 OS 기반 소프트웨어에 수정된 DARTS 방법론을 적응하여 코드만 재사용이 아니라 설계방법도 재사용이 가능함을 CE 제품에 보이고자 한다.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 최근 가업의 제품수명주기는 점점 짧아지고, 성장산업과 사양산업의 전환도 급격해졌다. 급변하는 정쟁 환경 속에서 기업의 가치사슬을 전략적으로 통 합하고, 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위해서 c- Commerce, RTE, 협업 등의 가상기업 관련 개념이 부상하고 있다. Ubiquitous 환경에서 기업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 목표로서 협업 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 가상기업으로의 전환이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되었던 가상기업의 정의 및 개념에 대해 문헌연구 및 사례조사를 통해 가상기업의 확장된 범주를 알아보고, 가상기업 연구에 대한 포괄적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 가상조직, 협업 네트워크 등의 가상기업 관련 문헌연구를 통해 u- Business 환경의 가상기업 연구의 참조모델을 제시하고, 연구방법론을 적용하여 분석, 연구하여 가상기업의 연구를 이해하고 흐름을 분류하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 Ubiquitous 환경에 민첩하게 대응하고자 하는 기업들에게 환경 변화에 따른 전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 수정에도 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

The Effect of Consumer’s Switching Barrier Perception on Store Loyalty in Apparel Product Purchasing (의류제품 구매시 소비자의 전환장벽지각이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of switching barrier perception on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing to classify the factors of switching barrier perception, and additionally ot identify differences of store loyalty and switching barrier perception according to demographic characteristics. The questionnaire was administered to 300 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju city during February 10-23, 2001. Data collected from 261 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, regression analysis by SPSS for windows PC program. The results were as follows; 1. The consumer’s perceived switching barrier was composed of three factors; economic psychological, time factor. 2. There was significant difference in store loyalty according to consumer’s age, occupation, education level. and income. 3. There was significant differences in economic. time switching barrier perception according to consumers’age, occupation education level, and income. There was significant difference in psychological switching barrier perception according to consumers’ occupation education level, and income. 4. The swiching barrier perception significantly infulenced on the store loyalty.

Estimating Willingness to Switch to MVNO for Activation of Mobile Data Services (무선데이터서비스 활성화를 위한 MVNO 전환의사비용 추정)

  • This study uses the contingent valuation method to estimate the switching cost for adopting the MVNO service. The findings are as follows.: First, Willingness To Switch(WTS) increases as users' using pattern and perceived degree of MVNO service, but satisfaction with current service provider does not play a significant role in predicting Switching Cost. This means that as amount of money users can save exceeds a certain level, users decide to willingly change their service provider to MVNO regardless of their level of satisfaction with current service provider. Second, there are differences in WTS among service subscribers in SKT, KT and LGU+. It means that there will be a difference in the tendency to switch to MVNO among subscribers of service providers. This study suggest the following mangerial perspective to effectively promote the MVNO and boost the MVNO market for activation of mobile data services.: First, MVNOs are better off applying differentiated pricing scheme at attractive rates than using a differentiation of service product and quality. Second, regulators should consider how to implement an MVNO regulatory policy when there is an asymmetric customer loyalty among MNOs. This research will be used to set the MVNO's pricing strategy and to build up a successful regulatory policies.
