The cement industry is a major source of carbon dioxide emissions. Reduction in emissions in this sector is an important issue. Calcium silicate cement is a type of alternative to ordinary Portland cements which contributes to the reduction in carbon dioxide emissions. However, because the type of cement is a non-hydraulic material, there are limitations to its application in the field. The effects of pre-curing periods on the physical characteristics of ordinary Portland cement pastes with calcium silicate cement in the present study were investigated. The Independent variable is the pre-curing period. The pre-curing period varied from 0 to 5 hrs, considering the hydration characteristics of ordinary Portland cement. The carbonation curing of the ordinary Portland cement pastes with the calcium silicate cement after pre-curing was conducted. The concentration of gaseous CO₂ was fixed at 20 %. The test results showed that the pre-curing period led to the pore structural change of the pastes, which in turn could affect the further reaction under the long-term curing condition.

In the 1960s, planned cities were developed to solve urban issues aroused from rapid urbanization and industrialization. But as time goes by, planned cities are not playing their existed role. As the paradigm of the city has changed over the years from quantitative expansion to qualitative growth, it is resulted to focus more on urban regeneration rather than development. However, most urban regeneration took place mainly in the self-generated old cities. The purpose of this study is to reveal the validity of a project for urban regeneration in old planned city by examining its necessity and possibility. Focusing on the case of Ansan as representative planned city and Wolpi-dong as area of new deal project for urban regeneration, this study examines the historical background and analyzes the current state of Ansan to identify core strategies of project for urban regeneration.

Based on the theory of network governance, this study aims to establish a n'work governance model and present strategic measures for the use of return donor zones. In a network society, it is difficult for the government to handle complex problems alone, so close cooperation between related agencies has become important. After the return of the USFK base, most of the policies established by the government have not been carried out smoothly, so it is necessary to introduce cooperative network governance.Accordingly, technical statistics were analyzed for camp market business institutions to examine the centrality and structure of network relations (information sharing relationship, idea exchange relationship, civil complaint sharing relationship). As a result of the analysis, the Camp Market Division of Incheon City had the most central role and great influence in the camp market, which was maintained even when the time changed. Currently, it is in the form of a vertical network centered on local governments, but in the future, a horizontal network is suitable to strengthen cooperative relations and must be systematically managed around managers.

Recently increasing in marketing or policy decision is the trend of reflecting big data, which, however, has yet to be used directly for the location analysis of public facilities in terms of urban planning. This study examined how the local currency big data, issued often recently by municipalities throughout the country, can be used for the decision-making to select the location of public facilities more rationally. It is such an interesting attempt to acquire the big data of local currency payments by local residents and directly apply it to analyzing the location analysis of public facilities they use. The big data of local currencies which are issued by most municipalities now in Korea will continue to extend its role as the public data. Relatively easily available for municipalities with low cost, it is expected to be used for various policy decisions in future. Although the analysis of big data can make more accurate results than conventional survey methods, however, local residents' participation should not be scaled down in policy decisions. Rather, they should be given the findings of this kind of scientific survey so as to extend the citizen-participatory decision-making model.

2020년 국내 첫 COVID-19 확진자 발생 이후 감염으로 인한 사회적 불안감이 조성되고 외출을 기피함에 따라 골목상권에도 경제적 피해가 발생하였다. 하지만 같은 골목상권이라도 골목상권의 특성에 따라 경제적 영향은 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 서울시 지역생활권을 중심으로 COVID-19 이후 골목상권 매출 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 기존 선행연구 검토를 통해 매출 영향요인이라 도출된 6개의 특성을 가진 총 42개의 변수를 구성하였으며, 주성분분석을 통해 기존 혼재되어 사용되고 있던 변수의 차원을 축소하였다. 최종적으로 매출 영향요인은 12개의 변수로 축소되었으며 7개의 특성으로 재분류할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존에 혼재되어 사용되던 상권 매출 영향 요인들을 표준화하였으며 이를 활용하여 추후 매출 차이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
