In school facilities, space is the basic framework. The structure and arrangement of space will provide the form and feel of school facilities. In order to become a high-quality school facility, it is necessary to focus on the educational, human and ecological aspects of the instructor and learner until the space is conceived, designed and completed. However, even when public education was introduced in the past, it did not become a school space considering this aspect. The school space, which focuses on efficiency and labor production, is a school space that reflects the characteristics of a factory-type school, which has been occupied by a large number until recently. Although efforts to improve the quality of school facilities have been attempted in recent years, there is also a need to pursue more active changes. Future-oriented and progressive school spaces include flexibility, connectivity, individualization, diversity(creativity). In other words, space should be flexible so that it can be used faithfully according to the educational situation, not the fixed and limited school space as in the past. In the future, the school space should be open and securely linked to the place where it is essential to complete community relations with the community. In addition, space should be flexible so that the school can meet the needs of each student as much as possible. And the school space should be transformed from the space design of the past fixed pattern to reflect the close relationship between spatial, psychological, physiological, and behavioral areas. When school space needs to shift away from the past and change in a new future-oriented direction, the remaining tasks should be presented with specific characteristics and content of the direction. And the function of the consignment should be handled by related research. Although the text of this study reveals the characteristics of future-oriented school space, more concrete and empirical research results should be presented by subsequent research at home and abroad. It is necessary to reduce trial and error in creating a future-oriented school space where both professors and learners can be satisfied by analyzing the common points and differences between the results of the study. In order to do this, it is necessary to make efforts to approach such research based on the participation of the subjects who teach and learn directly at the school site.

School Crime Prevention Throgh Environmental Design (CPTED) is in the process of building a design guide through a lot of research. However, it is common practice to conduct consulting through existing cases and utilize internal self-evaluation through similar projects, as the self-evaluation criteria are not open to public or unlike other certifications. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of a more quantitative and objective practical manual by analyzing the evaluation elements of school crime prevention environment design provided by guidelines and guidelines of various organizations and local autonomous bodies involved in school design. As a result of quantifying the school facilities CPTED indicators so far and incorporating the current guidelines, 'Surveillance and access control' of 'Entrance space and parking space' is found to be main. If the various indicators presented above are applied in consideration of the specificity of the school facilities in the application of the school CPTED technique, in addition to the CPTED for physically preventing offenses committed by outsiders, it can be expected to prevent violence among students or social crimes in school education.

Concrete wedge anchor is one of structural components to transfer load of an object attached to a primary structure. Recently, as retrofitting concrete structure is becoming a main issue, mechanical capacity of the anchor should be secured enough. In spite of the structural safety of Cast-in-place anchor, Post-installed anchor is more widely used with ease of placement or change of construction method. However, the post-installed anchors domestically produced have excessive coefficient of variation over 15% of ultimate tensile strength, which yields deteriorated quality in tensile strength. In this research, tensile strength test of anchors, which have improved sleeve and header and produced by a domestic company, was conducted for two variables, concrete strength and effective embedment depth. As a result, enough coefficients of variations were secured in all specimens. Also, in comparison to foreign products, the domestic ones have equal or higher performance.

Recently the architectural paradigm have been changing into eco-friendly architecture as an sustainable architecture. This social background encourages the development of various methods of building applicable for eco-friendly buildings in architectural design. Among them, passive architecture is an design approach for eco-friendly design that contrasts with technology-based methods through MEP for renewable energy. This study researches the Passive Architectural Design methodology with two points of view; Passive Architectural Design Techniques as a guideline, which defines the elements to consider for passive architecture, and the project of Sejong Municipal Public Library as a case, which is to analysis the architectural design process. The purpose of this study is to propose an eco-friendly public building based on the methodology which is suitable for passive architectural design. Finally, this study suggests that the eco-friendly public building design for passive architecture should consider from the early step of design process, such as concept and building form etc. What is important for the passive architecture is not how much building can produce the natural energy but how less building consumes it to maintain.
