Korean mobile communications industry has been a main locomotive of the drastic development of Korean IT industry and became one of core industries in national economy. To secure strong competitiveness of mobile communications industry, smooth cooperation should be reconsidered among government, universities, research institutions, and private companies. Future mobile communications technology will be evolved from IMT-2000 to system upgrade, 3.5G and 4G. And the goals of technology development are provision of mobile multimedia services based on better mobility and higher data speed rates. Therefore, Korea's technology development strategies of mobile communications should be focused on intensifying bondage of international cooperation, strengthening standardization activities, and enhancing core technology development capability to secure IPR.

The main purpose of this study is to design the port maketing strategies for strengthening the competitive power of container terminal. So far many attempts have been to analyze the international competitiveness of the terminal. As a results, Six factors hypothesized by this study come from previous research analysis about customers preference for port selection. Those are Cost, Centrality, and Intermediacy, Free trade port, Inland transportation connections, Political and Economic institution, and Port facilities. This study analyze the most important factor about hub port, and transhipment port separately, though questionnaire analysis about users(shipper, shipping company, and freight forwarder) influenced on port selection. When the Trans-Korea Railway (Gyeong-eui Line and Dong-hae Line) initiative is completed, Korea will become one of the major trading partners of Russia through the Trans-Siberian Railway (TSR). This will be an opportunity for Korea to take-off to a 'Traffic and Logistics Center in 21st Century. The opening of the Eurasia Continental Railway will provideKorea with the opportunity to develop into the logistics center of Asia-Pacific area and the benefit of reduced cost of unification by improving the correlation between South and North Korea through the cooperation in railway business. However, there exist the uncertainties for its demand and innovative reduction in transportation time and cost, due to the practical problems including economic efficiency and transportation technology. In this paper, the practical problems of TSR are discussed in the economic and social perspectives to develop the methodology for the Korea-Russia railway cooperation and for the improvement of the competitive power of TSR.

Due to improve form accuracy and surface roughness of a aspheric lens core that is made of Ni, the study is carried out on localization about a Subminiature Optics of Proximity and Wide Field of View. The required form accuracy P-V $0.2{\mu}m$ and surface roughness is Ra 10 nm. The design of experiment(DOE) is adopted to find a optimal cutting conditions which are spindle speed, depth of cut, feedrate. Finally, the effects of this study are replacing importation and strengthening competitiveness through the localization of the Subminiature Optics of Proximity and Wide Field of View.

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of certified organic cosmetics market and the certification standards and regulations they are under, compare one of the most commonly used COSMOS-standard AISBL with the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) organic cosmetic standard regulation. And then examining their differences and any potential issues is to present suggestions to be made as data for certification standard for natural & organic cosmetics in Korea regulation. This contents of study will be used as good research and development to promote the sustainable growth of the natural & organic cosmetic ingredients which have been grown by organic farmers certified. Also certified organic ingredients may help to growth the organic industry. I believe these are actual comparative for application to develop of natural and organic cosmetics in Korea as well the strengthening of the competitiveness of organic cosmetics certified in the world.

This research identified approachable management innovation technique from SCM point of view, and analyzed sales/logistics, integrated production planning, phenomenon of cooperation and suggested an innovation model over this for strengthening competitiveness of a case company. Process innovation model with an enterprise viewpoint is designed and suggested to solve the previous ares for improvement, and suggested various models of an ordering management model, available delivery management model, logistics operation model based on planning and S&OP model.

An objective of the 100PPM Quality Renovation, which is settled as the Korea quality renovation activity as well as the form of customer-oriented management renovation climate, is strengthening an enterprise competitiveness by worldwide quality insurance. In long-term, the 21 century's quality problem would not be effective without synthetic approach from the view point of management strategy. Another method to obtain the quality ascendancy could be an strategic application of, manufacturing function. In this research, the progressive direction for an effective approach to the 100PPM Quality Renovation is examined through the interpretation of process capability index. Finally, the deployment direction of quality renovation activity is searched.

This study aims at strengthening the national competitiveness of Korea's clothing industry as it provides substantial information on type characteristics and body types for Chinese women and improves the fitness of clothing, considering human proportion in the production of clothing products for export to China. This study measured for 1,381 women between 19 and 50 aged residing in Beijing and Shanghai, China from June 23 to August 7, 2004 by the simple random sampling. Data was analyzed by used SPSS/WIN 10.0 Program. As for the of method of this study, the technical statistical analysis, F-test, and Duncan-test were made. The results of this study are as follows. As age increases, the shoulders seem higher with less curvature on waist, while the front has turned into the straight silhouette with the side turned into the flat silhouette without curvature, and waist and belly turn into the body type of short and thick.

The construction liability type CM has been introduced in the form of a pilot project through public institutions since 2017 since it was introduced in the term of construction responsibility type construction project management in the Basic Law of Construction Industry in 2011 with the aim of improving the constitution of the Korean construction industry and strengthening global competitiveness. Through the introduction of construction-responsible CM, the government intends to change the paradigm of the overall construction industry, including design and construction, construction costs, disputes between stakeholders, and transparency of business. In this regard, the study aims to compare and analyze the evaluation methods on the bidding guide that public institutions (LH) are currently using to select companies in order to lay the foundations for successful construction of construction-responsible CM ordering methods.

e-R&D 활동이란 가상공간에서 인터넷 등의 네트워크나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 이용하여 R&D 활동을 전개해 나가는 것을 의미한다. 최근 빠른 속도의 기술변화와 다양해진 고객의 수요로 인해 기업은 생산성 향상의 문제에 직면하면서 e-R&D 필요성을 절감하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-R&D의 동향, 적용 사례 및 e-R&D 활성화를 위한 전략적 시사점을 살펴보고, 이를 통하여 미래기업의 e-R&D 모델과 디지털산업 육성 및 기술경쟁력 확보를 위한 e-R&D 정책을 제시하였다.
