Let $F$ be a set of distributions on R with the topology of weak convergence, and let $A$ be the $\sigma$-field generated by the open sets. We denote by $F_1^\infty$ the space consisting of all infinite sequence $(F_1, F_2, \cdots), F_n \in F and R_1^\infty$ the space consisting of all infinite sequences $(x_1, x_2, \cdots)$ of real numbers. Take the $\sigma$-field $F_1^\infty$ to be the smallest $\sigma$-field of subsets of $F_1^\infty$ containing all finite-dimensional rectangles and take $B_1^\infty$ to be the Borel $\sigma$-field $R_1^\infty$.

In this Paper, We look at 3 Simple function L assigning to an integer n the smallest positive integer n such that any product of n consecutive numbers is divisible by n. Investigated are the interesting properties of the function. The function L(n) is completely determined by L(p$\^$k/), where p$\^$k/ is a factor of n, and satisfies L(m$.$n) $\leq$ L(m)+L(n), where the equality holds for infinitely many cases.

Let A be an n$\times$n (0,1) matrix. Let f(A) denote the smallest nonnegative integer k such that per A[$\alpha$｜$\beta$]>0 and A($\alpha$｜$\beta$) is permutation equivalent to a lower triangular matrix for some $\alpha$, $\beta$$\in$Q\ulcorner,\ulcorner. In this case f(A) is called the feedback number of A. In this paper, feedback numbers of some maximal convertible (0,1) matrices are studied.

The equitable total chromatic number ${\chi}_{et}(G)$ of a graph G is the smallest integer ${\kappa}$ for which G has a total ${\kappa}$-coloring such that the number of vertices and edges in any two color classes differ by at most one. In this paper, we determine the equitable total chromatic number of one class of the graphs.

In this paper we develop a method for calculating a probability that a particular generalized variance is the smallest of all the K multivariate normal generalized variances. The method gives a way of comparing K multivariate populations in terms of their dispersion or spread, because the generalized variance is a scalar measure of the overall multivariate scatter. Fully parametric frequentist approach for the probability is intractable and thus a Bayesian method is pursued using a variant of weighted Monte Carlo (WMC) sampling based approach. Necessary theory involved in the method and computation is provided.

In this paper, we first propose a modified OS CFAR detector called the order statistics cell averaging(OSCA) CFAR detector and anlyze its performance for a Rayleigh target in homogeneous backgrounds, clutter edges, and satistics smallest of(OSSO) CFAR detectors for a Rayleigh target to nonhomogeneous environments. Computer simulation results show that the OSCA CFAR detector has superior performance to OS, OSGO, and OSSO CFAR detectors in homogeneous and multiple target environments. And the proposed detector shows its robustness for fast detection because it requires falf the processing time of the OS CFAR detector.

In this paper, we describe a modified fixed-threshold sequential minimal optimization (FSMO) for 1-slack structural support vector machine (SVM) problems. Because the modified FSMO uses the fact that the formulation of 1-slack structural SVMs has no bias, it breaks down the quadratic programming (QP) problems of 1-slack structural SVMs into a series of smallest QP problems, each involving only one variable. For various test sets, the modified FSMO is as accurate as existing structural SVM implementations (n-slack and 1-slack SVM-struct) but is faster on large data sets.

The role of principles of minimum uncertainty in dealing with the reconstruction problem of systems with dynamic properties is discussed. The aim of the reconstruction problem, one of two problems addressed by reconstruct ability analysis, is to determine the smallest possible sub-systems by which a given overall system can be adequately represented.

We are studied the improvement syllabus of subjects in demtal technological curriculum that those are Tooth Morphology, Science of Dental Materials, Inlay Technology, Occlusal Anatomy and Dental Orthodontic Technology. Those improvement syllabus will be contributed to the achievement of national educational standards and arrangement to the technical performance of medical imaging procedure with the smallest exposure dose and the personal attributes of compassion, courtesy and concern in meeting the needs of the patients, and have a good knowledge of the dental technician professional competence.

This paper presents an experimental study on the performance of the active damper device by feedback variables. The damper is a mass-typed active device, which exerts the inertia control force on the building by AC servo motor. The control performance is experimentally analyzed considering the building response and the control force. It is found that the building response is greatly reduced by mass-typed device under the resonant and earthquake loading. Also, the experimental results show that the velocity feedback reduces the building responses with the smallest amount of control force than any other feedback variables.
