  • 본 논문에서 제시하는 통합 관리 지능형 에이전트 기술은 개인정보보호 사고의 원인분석을 통해 도출된 요구기능을 통합 구현하는 기술이다. 본 기술은 PC 및 인터넷 이용자들의 개인정보 침해에 따른 경제적 피해를 줄이고, 안전한 인터넷 문화를 정착하여 인터넷 이용자들의 인터넷 경제활동 활성화에 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 개인정보 노출방지 등을 통해 명의도용 등의 사고를 예방하여 실물경제활동도 촉진하는 효과가 있다. 먼저, 피싱 파밍 등의 개인정보 침해에 대응한 상황인식 기반 피싱 파밍 자동분석 기술을 적용함으로써 인터넷 사이트를 통한 경제활동의 신뢰가 확보되어 인터넷 금융, 온라인 쇼핑몰 등의 인터넷 경제활동을 촉진하게 되며, 개인정보 노출에 따른 피해를 줄임으로써 다양한 형태의 명의도용 사고를 방지할 수 있다.

A Study on Intelligent Edge Computing Network Technology for Road Danger Context Aware and Notification

  • The general Wi-Fi network connection structure is that a number of IoT (Internet of Things) sensor nodes are directly connected to one AP (Access Point) node. In this structure, the range of the network that can be established within the specified specifications such as the range of signal strength (RSSI) to which the AP node can connect and the maximum connection capacity is limited. To overcome these limitations, multiple middleware bridge technologies for dynamic scalability and load balancing were studied. However, these network expansion technologies have difficulties in terms of the rules and conditions of AP nodes installed during the initial network deployment phase In this paper, an intelligent edge computing IoT device is developed for constructing an intelligent autonomous cluster edge computing network and applying it to real-time road danger context aware and notification system through an intelligent risk situation recognition algorithm.

  • This study examines and analyzes view hindrance factors of high-storied apartment houses at small town like 'Eup' where county office locates and it is found that hindrance factors include designation of residential area and height, length and form of main building. On recognition of view, most subjects of research considered high-storied apartment houses hindered urban view and its regulation is needed. Apartment houses at small cities become main factors of hindering urban view because they were located randomly regardless of scale of city and surrounding situation, but there is no measure to control it. Accordingly, view control through enaction of regulations is urgently needed with establishment of guidelines such as height of large buildings including high-storied apartment houses, length of main building, location and regulation of exterior design.

  • In global society, the role and function of sports deserves higher value with the development of media and commercial marketing which proceeds to be recognized as international competitiveness. Particularly in case of golf, in which a large number of talented players of international recognition produced in Korea, developing golfwear design holds great consequence accordingly. At the same time in domestic situation, golf which once was considered as sports of people of wealth now has gained immense popularity which practically expanded the golfwear market.

  • The goal of our research is to build a textindependent speaker identification system that can be used in mobile devices without any additional adaptation process. In this paper, we show that exploiting the advantages of both PCA(Principle Component Analysis) and LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis) can increase the performance in the situation. The proposed method reduced the relative recognition error by 13.5%

  • 가상환경을 구축하는 있어 상황은 동적인 형태로 존재한다. 즉, 어떤 객체의 등장이나 소멸, 변화 혹은 서로 다른 두 객체간의 관계에서 상황은 형성된다. 또한, 이런 상황은 시간의 흐름에 따라서 구성하는 에이전트의 행동에 의해 바꾸어 질 수 있는데, 이러한 상황은 어떠한 형태로 가상세계를 구성하며, 에이전트에 인식되어 질 것이다. 만약 에이전트의 행동에 의해 만들어지는 상황이 다른 어떤 객체에게 있어 예측할 수 없었던 상황이라면, 기존의 스크립트 기반 시스템에서는 어떻게 될 것인가\ulcorner 본 연구에서는 이런 각각의 상황을 이벤트의 구성으로 표현함과 동시에 등장 에이전트의 구성된 상황에 대한 인식과 에이전트의 내부환경요소 즉 감정요소를 도입함으로써 발생 상황에 능동적으로 대처하는 시스템에 대한 환경을 제안하고자 한다.

  • IEC 60300 series, the international standards on dependability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. This requires for us to prepare in advance for the introduction of the certification system of IEC 60300. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, recognition of the certification body and training of specialists etc. This paper addresses the first step for the Introduction of IEC 60300. It includes the necessity of introduction of the system, general requirements and procedures for the certification of the industries, sampling methods design and establishment of the dependability assurance system of the materials.

  • In order to extract some important information of a person from text, an extracting model was proposed. The person's name is recognized based on the maximal entropy statistic model and the training corpus. The sentences surrounding the person's name are analyzed according to the conceptual knowledge base. The three main elements of events, domain, situation and background, are also extracted from the sentences to construct the structure of events about the person.

  • A high impedance fault(HIF) in a power system could be due to a downed conductor, and is a dangerous situation because the current may be too small to be detected by conventional means. In this paper, HIF(High impedance fault) and LIF(Low impedance fault) detection methods were reviewed. No single defection method can detect all electrical conditions resulting from downed conductor faults, because high impedance fault have arc phenomena, asymmetry and randomness. Neural network are well-suited for solving difficult signal processing and pattern recognition problem. This paper presents the application of artificial neural network(ANN) to detect the HIF and LIF. Test results show that the neural network was able to identify the high impedance fault by real-time operation. Furthermore, neural network was able to discriminate the HIF from the LIF.

  • The purpose of the study is to develop an integrated knowledge structuring system for the domain of engineering, in which ontology-based literature mining, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, and knowledge retrieval are combined using XML-based tag information and ontology management. The system supports combining different types of databases (papers and patents, technologies and innovations) and retrieving different types of knowledge simultaneously. The main objective of the system is to facilitate knowledge acquisition and knowledge retrieval from documents through an ontology-based dynamic similarity calculation and a visualization of automatically structured knowledge. Through experimentations we conducted using 100,000 words economic documents reported in the "Go! Japan" project for analyzing Japanese industrial situation, and 100,000 words molecular biology Papers, we show the system is Practical enough for accelerating knowledge acquisition and knowledge discovery from the information sea.
