치위생과 학생의 구직효능감과 취업스트레스의 관련성 (Relationship between job searching efficacy and employment stress in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between job searching efficacy and employment stress in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 235 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from September to October 30, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (5 items), employment stress (22 items) and job searching self-efficacy (27 items). Data were analyzed by SPSS 20. program. Results: The lower grade students tended to have higher education service quality. Those who were dissatisfied with major had higher schoolwork stress. Poor economic status had a relation to family stress. The employment stress has an effect on job motivation, self-esteem, job skill, and human relation skill. Conclusions: It is necessary to reduce employment stress of the dental hygiene students. That should be provide support of education environment control, opportunity of self-development on improve the self esteem and human relation skill, from freshman to broaden understanding of the majors, for the employment stress coping skill.

웹과 도서관 시스템에서 이용자 정보탐색 비교연구 (A Comparison of web Searching and Library System Searching: Perceived Difficulty, Self-Efficacy, and Effort)

  • 본 연구는 왜 이용자들이 정보탐색에 많은 노력을 기울이지 않는가를 알아보기 위하여 교육심리학분야에서 개발된 정신적 노력에 관한 개념을 웹 검색엔진과 도서관시스템 정보탐색행위에 적용하여 보았다. 실험실 환경에서 학부학생 총 15명을 대상으로 탐색실험을 실시하여, 탐색전 설문조사, 탐색후 설문조사, 탐색후 인터뷰, 생각 소리내어 말하기(think-aloud), 로그데이터를 통하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 이용자들은 웹 검색엔진을 도서관시스템에 비하여 휠씬 쉽다고 인지하며 스스로 탐색에 대한 높은 자신감을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 이용자성향은 이용자들이 웹 탐색에 도서관 탐색때보다 더 적은 노력을 기기는 것과 깊은 연관성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자들의 정신적 노력에 관한 개념은 결과적으로 이용자들의 정보탐색 행위와 경험을 설명하는데 매우 유용한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

보건계열 학생의 구직효능감과 취업스트레스의 관련성 (Relationship between Job searching efficacy and employment stress of the allied health students)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열 학생들의 구직효능감과 취업스트레스와의 관련성을 파악하여 취업스트레스를 대처할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상은 경남지역 소재 M대학교 보건계열 3학년 학생으로 치위생과 90명, 안경광학과 50명, 물리치료과 80명, 작업치료과 60명 총 269명을 대상으로 하여 구조화된 설문지를 자기기입 방식으로 조사 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS ver. 20.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 보건계열 학생에서 남자인 경우, 경제수준이상 인 경우, 전공만족도가 불만족인 경우 구직효능감이 높게 나타났으며, 취업스트레스는 물리치료과 학생에서 높게 나타났다. 2. 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자아존중감이 높은 경우, 고용정보관리기술이 높은 경우, 남자의 경우, 경력유동화능력이 낮은 경우의 순으로 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 결과에서 보건계열 학생들의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 감소시키기 위해서는 신입생부터 효과적인 면접기술능력과 본인의 개인적 성향과 특성을 정확히 파악 할 수 있는 교육과정을 통해 자신에게 적합한 구직기술을 향상시켜야 한다. 이를 위해서는 혁신적인 교육과정개발과 현장실습 규정을 보완하여 현장실습 시 관찰시간 보다는 실습 양을 증가시켜 확고한 구직동기에 의한 취업부담감을 해결하고, 학교에서는 취업에서 비교우위에 있을 수 있는 자기개발의 기회제공 및 경제적 지원이 뒷받침 되어야 할 것이다.

뉴스 리터러시 자기 효능감의 뉴스콘텐츠 이용 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구: 20대 뉴스 소비자를 중심으로 (Exploratory Study on the Impact of News Literacy Self-Efficacy on News Content Usage: Based on News Consumers in 20s)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뉴스 교육을 평가할 수 있는 토대로서 '뉴스 리터러시' 개념을 제안하고 실증적 검증을 시도하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 뉴스리터러시를 뉴스리터러시 자기 효능감으로 개념적으로 정의를 하고 어떻게 이 변수가 뉴스 소비자의 뉴스 미디어 소비 형태, 뉴스 콘텐츠에 대한 지식체계, 그리고 뉴스처리 관여도를 포함한 관련 결정요인들과 관련되는지 온라인 서베이 데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 탐색하였다. 분석 결과, '검색/이해' 뉴스리터러시 자기 효능감은 뉴스 소비자의 뉴스 콘텐츠에 대한 지식 체계에 의해 긍정적으로 영향을 받고 뉴스 처리 관여도의 의해 부정적으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타난 반면에 '전달/표현' 뉴스리터러시 자기 효능감은 소비자의 뉴스 콘텐츠에 대한 지식 체계와 전통적인 뉴스미디어 사용에 의해 긍정적으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 뉴스 교육의 구성 요소가 뉴스 리터러시에 어떤 형태로 연관되고 이렇게 확립된 뉴스 리터러시가 실질적으로 뉴스 소비에 어떤 방식으로 연관 되는지를 하나의 틀로 제시했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

패션전공 대학생의 전공인식과 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향 - 경기권 2년제 대학생을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Understanding their Major and Career Self-Efficacy on Career Indecision for College Students majoring in Fashion - Focus on the Community College Students in Gyeongido -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine in influence on the effect of understanding their major and career self-efficacy on career indecision of the community college students majoring in fashion and is intended to provide useful resources on career education and guidance of students through this research. In order to achieve the objective of study, 349 college students in Gyeonggido were selected for the questionnaires for the understanding major, career self-efficacy, and career indecisions survey. The survey data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 12.0 and this was followed by the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows; First, career indecision factors of the college students majoring in fashion were extracted 5 valuables that were 'insufficiencies vocational information', 'an undeceivable character', 'the lack of self well-defined', 'the lack of needs for job' and 'external barrier for the career'. Second, the subordinate valuables of understanding major which is 'social cognition for the major', 'satisfaction on the major course', and 'satisfaction on the major skill', had positive effect on career self-efficacy. Third, understanding of major and the subordinate valuables of career self-efficacy which is 'making goal for the career', 'career information', 'career plan for the future', 'alternative searching', and 'overcoming difficulties' had negative effect on career indecision. Forth, understanding major and career self-efficacy had medicated in career indecision.

치기공과 학생의 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기효능감의 연관성 (A Study on the Relationship Between Job Seeking Stress and career decision-making self-efficacy in students of Department of Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: This study is to analyse the job seeking stress, to see the relationship Between Job Seeking Stress and career decision-making self-efficacy in students of department of dental technology. Method: For this, the students of department of dental technology in daegu and daejeon and wonkwang university selected at May 2016. A question investigation was used in a entry method of self-estimation. Furthermore a total of 151 person was used as final analysis data. Statical analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0. An analysis of frequency, two sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Multiple regression was used. Results: Firstly, personal expenses affected beneficially statistically the Job Seeking Stress(p<.05). Secondly, sex, Score, Major satisfaction, personal expenses affected beneficially statistically the career decision-making self-efficacy(p<.05). Thirdly, University environment and academic stress in the Job Seeking Stress affected beneficially statistically the career decision-making self-efficacy(choice target). Conclusion: The study found out that there was significant effect when increased to university environment and academic stress in Job Seeking Stress, the career decision-making self-efficacy was decreased. So the study proved that when helping students facing difficulties due to the career decision-making self-efficacy, it is important to decreased their university environment and academic stress.

The Effects of Social Support Perceived by Career-interrupted Women On Career Preparation Behavior: Focus on Mediating Effects of Career Decision Self-efficacy

  • 본 연구는 경력단절여성들의 인식을 바탕으로 진로에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 여성취업지원기관에서 직업훈련에 참여하고 있거나 구직등록을 한 경력단절여성 227명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절여성들이 인식한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 유의미한 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 정서적 지지가 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 목표설정과 직업정보는 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 경력단절여성들을 대상으로 진로지도 시 기술적인 측면보다 심리적 측면을 더 중요하게 다루어야 함을 시사해 준다.

The Effects of E-Brochure Functions and Attitudes to E-Brochures on Self-Efficacy and Salespeople Job Satisfaction in Pharmaceutical Companies

  • Today, companies are making efforts to improve the performance of workers by utilizing various IT-based mobile and internet devices. In pharmaceutical companies, salespeople are using the e-brochure to search for diverse expertise in real time. Through the e-brochure, pharmacists and doctors can be provided with the information they need, thereby increasing confidence in pharmaceuticals and salespeople. Salespeople can also use e-brochures to improve their work performance and to be more satisfied with their jobs. This study examines which functions of e-brochures satisfy salespeople and what attitudes to the e-brochures they need to have. This paper explains the effect of satisfaction and attitude to the e-brochures on job satisfaction through self-efficacy with statistical analysis. As a statistical result, the functions of e-brochures (professional knowledge, massive amount of data, easy searching, information updates, and the reflection of feedback) and attitudes to the e-brochures (importance, intention to use, belief in improvement, efficacy to use, and negative cognition) influence on self-efficacy of salespeople. Further, self-efficacy has mediating effects on the relationship between the functions of e-brochures / attitudes to e-brochures and job satisfaction. Exceptionally, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was not significant in relation to information updates / reflection of feedback and job satisfaction. These results will explain what functions should be focused for the future development of e-brochures. It will also suggest what attitudes the salespeople should have about e-brochures. Through these efforts, salespeople will be able to utilize new technology of e-brochures to satisfy their jobs and improve their performance.

뇌졸중 환자의 치료와 결과분석을 하는 물리치료사들의 EBP 활용도 (Implementation to Evidence-Based Practice of Physical Therapists Providing Treatment and Outcome Measure to People with Stroke)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify education, attitudes and beliefs, interest and perceived role, self-efficacy and barriers to physical therapists' implementation of evidence-based practice for people with stroke. Methods : The participants were 120 physical therapists providing services to people with stroke in Gwang-ju. The questionnaire contained items to evaluate practitioner and organizational characteristics and perceptions of research considered to influence evidence-based practice. The prevalence of practitioner and organizational factors was estimated using percentages. Logistic regression was used to examine relationships between sociodemographic and practice characteristics and each practitioner factor. Results : 40% of respondents had learned the foundations of EBP in their academic preparation or received training in searching or appraising research literature. 88.3% agreed that research findings are useful. Self-efficacy ratings were 45%. Conclusion : Lack of education, negative perceptions about research and physical therapists' role in evidencebased practice, and low self-efficacy to perform EBP activities represent barriers to implementating EBP for people with stroke that can be addressed through continuing education.

물리치료학과 학생들의 재활로봇에 대한 인식도와 자기효능감 조사 (A Survey on the Recognition of Rehabilitative Robots for Therapy and Self-Efficacy in University Students Enrolled in the Department of Physical Therapy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate basic data on the recognition of rehabilitation robots and self-efficacy through general characteristics of students in the department of physical therapy. Methods: This study surveyed 100 students in the Department of Physical Therapy at E University in Seongnam using Google Form, an online survey tool. The questionnaire consisted of 64 questions including 15 questions on general characteristics, 13 questions regarding recognition of rehabilitative robots, and 36 questions about self-efficacy. General self-efficacy consisted of three sub-factors: confidence, self-regulation efficacy, and task difficulty preference. Results: The recognition of rehabilitative robots according to general characteristics showed significant differences in age, level of education, and experience in searching rehabilitative robots; according to general characteristics, self-efficacy showed significant differences dependent on age and gender (p < 0.05). In addition, recognition of rehabilitation robots for students in the Department of Physical Therapy was found to have a significant effect on robot use self-efficacy (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There were significant differences in the scores of rehabilitation robot recognition and self-efficacy according to the general characteristics of students in the Department of Physical Therapy. For such reasons, it is important for students to have an opportunity to get educated on rehabilitation robots; in order to achieve this goal, domestic studies on rehabilitation robots must be actively conducted. The technological development of rehabilitation robots and the establishment of a system for domestic rehabilitation robots from both social and legal standpoints were found to be necessary based on a volume of domestic research.
