본 연구는 독일통일 후 구동독 지역에서 실시한 성인정치교육의 성과와 한계를 살펴보고 남북통일 후 북한주민 대상 민주시민교육을 실시하는데 있어서 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구동독주민들은 통일과 함께 구동독지역에 이식된 체제에 적응하기 위해 새로운 체제에 대한 이해와 그에 관련된 지식, 정보의 습득을 위한 정치교육을 필요로 하였다. 이에 따라 통일 후 구동독지역에서 실시된 성인정치교육에서는 새로운 체제에 대한 이해, 일상생활에 필요한 법, 제도 등의 내용을 다룸으로써 구동독 주민이 새로운 체제에 적응하는데 기여하였다. 그러나 구동독지역의 성인정치교육은 구동독주민의 정치교육에 대한 무관심, 구동독주민의 특성을 고려하지 않은 내용 선정 등의 한계로 충분한 성과를 거두지 못하였다. 이에 따라 통일 후 북한주민 대상 민주시민교육을 실시하기 위해 북한주민의 경험과 특성을 고려한 내용 및 방법 선정 등을 고려하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the factors influencing the political participation of nursing students who, as they become future leaders in the nursing field, will need to increase their participation in health policy decisions. Methods: Data were collected using web-based questionnaires answered by 157 nursing students between March 13 and 27, 2023. Those data were analyzed using t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a multiple linear regression. Results: The average score of political participation was 2.77±0.70 out of 5 points. Political participation showed positive correlations between political efficacy (r=.48, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (r=.27, p<.001). Furthermore, sex (female) and political efficacy were identified as influencing factors on political participation among nursing students, which explained it with 24.0% power. Conclusion: Providing timely nursing education is necessary for enhancing political efficacy, which could promote political participation among nursing students.

이 논문의 연구 목적은 한국과 똑같은 분단국가에서 통일을 이룩한 독일 통일교육을 통해 한국통일교육의 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 독일은 통일교육을 정치교육이라고 명칭한다. 독일의 정치교육은 통일교육을 포함하여 민주시민교육, 평화교육, 민족 간 연대교육을 포함한다. 또한 학교 통일교육 뿐만 아니라, 시민단체와 정당들도 정치교육을 다루고 있다. 독일의 정치교육은 연방정부차원에서 큰 틀만 제시하고 세부적인 사항은 주정부와 여러 단체들이 역할을 분담하여 이루어지고 있다. 주지역의 특색과 정당, 시민단체의 색깔에 맞춰 적합내용을 담은 정치교육을 실시할 수 있다. 물론 연방정부는 이에 대한 행 재정적 지원을 아끼지 않는다. 이러한 상황에서 독일국민들은 거리감 없이 자연스럽게 정치교육을 수용하고 발전해 나갔다. 이러한 상황에서 한국에게 주는 시사점은 많다. 첫째, 통일교육의 체계적인 시스템이다. 한국은 통일부와 통일교육원을 중심으로 통일교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 국민들에게 자연스럽게 다가가기 위해서는 시민단체와 지자체, 종교단체, 교육지자체를 종합한 체계적인 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, '다양성 인정 내에서의 통합'이다. 한국도 독일처럼 국가는 큰 틀만 제시하고, 세부적인 것은 여러 기관과 시민단체에서 이루어지는 다양성이 인정되어야 한다. 셋째, 통일교육의 통합교육전환이다. 독일은 통일교육을 정치교육이라고 하여 포괄적인 교육을 시키고 있다. 우리도 단순한 통일교육이 아닌 포괄적인 통합교육으로 전환하여 내용을 충원하여, 앞으로 다가올 통일을 대비하여야 할 것이다.

This paper aims to analyze China's political education, which plays a role of vehicle in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) promoting its ideological strategy, in order to figure out the utility of the CCP's ideological strategy. After Reform and Opening Up, the CCP rebuilt and reinforced political education in China according to its ideological strategy. Especially after the Tiananmen incident in 1989, the CCP made nationalism and patriotism as the core part of political education, and expanded its curriculum. Such reinforcement of political education has a advantage in maintaining the CCP's governance by creating a nationalist consensus against the western ideas. Although it can be helpful for the stability of domestic politics, it also has negative possibilities which isolate China in the global community and obstruct China's development.

본 연구는 보건의료 간호정책 교육이 간호대학생의 정치효능감, 정치참여 및 정치 관심도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 대상자는 2023년 3월 8일부터 6월 21일까지 G시의 간호학과에 재학 중인 2학년 학생으로, 실험군 44명, 대조군 45명으로 총 89명이었다. 보건의료 간호정책 교육은 ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)모형의 교수설계 방법을 활용하여 개발하였으며, SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 t 검증으로 분석하였다. 보건의료 간호정책 교육에 참여한 실험군은 중재 전보다 중재 후 정치효능감(t=2.34, p<.05)과 내재적 정치효능감(t=2.75, p<.05), 소극적 정치참여(t=2.22, p<.05) 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 간호교육에서 보건간호정책 교육은 외재적 정치효능감과 정치참여의 적극성을 높이기 위한 방향으로 프로그램을 구성하도록 제언한다.

The goal of this research was to survey a method to reinforce the efficient political function for lifelong learning when Busan metropolitan city promotes lifelong policy. To achieve this goal, the survey to reinforce the political function for lifelong education was carried out on persons in charge of lifelong education in Busan metropolitan city. The results are as follows: First, they showed high degree of perception on lifelong policy and business. Second, on a question about how much the tasks to promote lifelong education presented by our nation are needed, they answered that concrete agenda for an aging society is needed and a necessary institute to invigorate it is lifelong learning institute. Third, they answered that the policy which is necessary to be implemented as soon as possible is the development education for vocational competency, and the ratio of the perception which requires to hire education experts for life long education was high.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of news literacy in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy. This study conducted a survey targeting the MZ generation. The survey was conducted online, and data from 309 cases were used for analysis. The research results are as follows. As a result of correlation analysis between sense of community, political efficacy, and news literacy, it was found that there was a statistically significant correlation between sense of community and news literacy sub factors. Second, the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy was found to have a significant positive effect on political efficacy as sense of community increased. Third, the relationship between sense of community and news literacy was confirmed to have a significant positive effect on news literacy as sense of community increased. Fourth, regarding the relationship between news literacy and political efficacy, it was confirmed that news literacy has a significant effect on political efficacy. Fifth, in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy, news literacy was found to mediate the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy of the MZ generation. Based on the research results, news literacy education is required from the perspective of civic education, and differentiated educational contents by age are proposed.

차터스쿨을 통한 혁신 사회 지속가능성에도 불구하고, 차터스쿨은 여전히 복잡한 정치 상황 아래에서 성장과 쇠퇴를 반복하고 있다. 2011경에 일어난 차터스쿨의 성장에도 불구하고, 이를 정치적인 관점에서 연구한 연구는 찾아 보기 힘들다. 따라서 정치제도와 정치시장 분석틀을 사용하여, 본 연구는 미국의 주정부 자료를 바탕으로 정치적 제도와 차터스쿨 성장과의 관계를 회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 주지사의 소속정당은 차터스쿨의 수에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 민영화지지 단체, 주지사의 소속정당과 1인당 소득은 차터스쿨의 집행 점수에 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 나타냈다. 또한 주정부 내 교원 노동조합의 등록비율, 주지사의 소속정당과 1인당 소득은 차터스쿨의 보장된 재정지원에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 결국, 본 연구의 결과를 통해 정치적 제도가 교육에 중요한 요소임을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 재미 한인 이민자들의 교육수준, 체류기간, 영어실력 변인들이 전통 뉴스매체(텔레비전, 신문, 라디오, 시사잡지)와 뉴스 웹 이용에 어떻게 영향을 주고, 전통뉴스매체와 웹 이용은 그들의 정치지식, 정치관심, 정치활동 참여 증진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 지를 고찰했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육, 체류기간, 영어실력 변인들은 주류사회의 전통 뉴스매체의 매개적 역할을 거쳐 한인 이민자들의 정치지식, 정치관심, 정치활동참여를 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한인 이민자들에 의한 미국 뉴스 웹 이용은 주류정치에 대한 관심을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국어 전통 뉴스매체 이용 역시 주류정치에 대한 관심을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국어 뉴스 웹사이트 이용은 정치사회화에 유의미한 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이민자들의 주류 정치사회화 과정에서는 인터넷 웹사이트가 제공하는 뉴스보다는 전통매체 특히, 주류사회의 전통뉴스매체의 역할이 매우 중요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify how political interest, efficacy and media usage influence political participation in hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 286 nurses, who were informed of the study purpose and agreed to participate. Data were collected during November and December, 2012 using a questionnaire on political interest, political efficacy, media usage and political participation. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$'s test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Stepwise Regression. Results: Scores for political participation and political interest was average. The score for political efficacy was higher than average. Political participation was significantly different by education level, job career, position, and intention to vote in the election for the 18th President. Political participation had a moderate positive correlation with political interest (r=.50, p<.001), political efficacy (r=.32, p<.001) and media usage (r=.14, p=.022). Political interest (${\beta}$=.43) was the factor most influential on political participation, explaining 25% of the variance. A total of 32% of political participation was explained by political interest, political efficacy, and TV news or SNS for media use. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is necessary to develop strategies to promote political interest and political efficacy for hospital nurses to improve political participation.
