소규모 전력시스템를 위한 실시간 전원 계측 및 저장 시스템 구현에 관한 연구 (Research for Implementation of Real-time Power Measurement and Storage System)

  • 태양 전지, 연료 전지 및 소규모 풍력발전 등 소규모 분산 전원의 보급에 따라, 소규모 전력 수용가측의 전원 구성은 종래의 단일 전력 사업자로부터 전원을 공급 받는 방식에서 분산 전원과 연계하여 동시에 사용하는 방식으로 바뀌고 있다. 이에 따라 분산전원을 사용하는 수용가에서는 계통과 연계하여 운전되는 분산 전원에 대한 상시 감시 제어 시스템이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 감시제어 시스템을 구성하는데 필수적으로 요구되는 계통의 전압, 전류 등을 측정하기 위한 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 계통의 정상상태는 물론 전원 투입과 탈락 시, 부하의 급격한 증감 시 발생하는 과도현상 데이터 등을 실시간으로 계측하고, 측정된 데이터들을 여러 가지 목적으로 사용할 수 있도록 USB 통신을 이용 PC로 전송하여 저장한다. 또한 PC에 전송된 데이터를 계측기를 사용한 측정 결과와 비교하여 제작한 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증한다.

다양한 유량 측정기기와 ADCP를 이용한 유량 비교 분석 (Analysis and Comparison of Flow Rate Measurements Using Various Discharge Measuring Instrument and ADCP)

  • Discharge data examine the process of hydrologic cycle and used significantly in water resource planning and irrigation and flood control planning. It makes high quality discharge data, they carry out research on standard and method of discharge measurement, and equipment improvement. Now various flow meters are utilized to make discharge data in Korea. However, accuracy of equipment and exprerimental research data from measurement are not enough. ADCP(Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) have been introduced and utilized for flow measurements since the end of 1980's. ADCP flow method is a formal method for flow measurement can easily applyd to relatively large rivers gradually recognized. This equipment can measure the non-contact three-dimensional velocity and water depth data very quickly and efficiently. Also, spatial and temporal resolution of the data is more accurate than any other flow measurement methods which measure flow rate by velocity - area measurement method. In this paper, the velocity is measured using various flow meter and verified the effectiveness by applying from the ADCP in Geum-river. Various flow meters which are med for discharge measurements are VALEPORT002, FLOW TRACKER, PRICE AA and ADCP. The average of five times flow measurement result by ADCP was $10.412m^3/s$, with a standard deviation of 0.68. The repeat test by ADCP and comparison between ADCP and other flow devices to verify the most import factor, flow measurement accuracy. In the result, repeat test of the ADCP showed similar values, flow values were similar to other velocity device results and the average error is 7.7%.

화이트 노이즈 음파를 이용한 막구조물의 장력 측정장치 개발 (Development of Measurement Equipment of Membrane Stress Using White Noise Sound Wave)

  • 휨이나 압축에 저항할 수 없는 막재료에 적절한 장력을 도입함으로써 안정화 되는 막구조물은, 유지 관리면에 있어서 막면에 도입되어 있는 장력을 설계대로 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하지만, 준공후 막면에 도입되어 있는 장력을 정확하게 파악하기가 어렵다. 저자들은, 직방형의 경계를 가지는 막을 가청역의 음파를 이용해 진동시키고, 진동하는 막의 공진진동수를 측정함으로써 간접적으로 막장력을 측정하는 방법을 제안하고, 막을 진동시키는 음파로서 정현파와 화이트 노이즈를 이용해 검증실험을 해 왔다. 본 논문은 주요 막재료를 이용해 행한 막장력 측정 이론의 검증을 위한 실험 결과와, 실재하는 막구조물의 장력측정을 통해, 본 측정장치의 정확성과 폭 넓은 적용성 및 측정에 있어서의 안정성을 검증한다.

극한 온도환경에서의 안전조치 검증장비 사용을 위한 리트로핏 제작 및 현장 평가 (Retrofit Production and Field Evaluation for Use of Safeguards Equipment in Extreme Temperature Environments)

  • In a previous study, the suitability for use of inspection equipment was evaluated at temperatures outside the quality assurance range. The quality assurance operating temperature of the safeguards equipment is 0~+40℃, and previous studies have confirmed the performance of the safeguards equipment for temperatures ranging from -40~+70℃. The scintillator-based verification equipment showed a shift in the centroid channel and a change in the count rate in all temperature ranges, and the semiconductor-based safeguards equipment generated Leakage Current and equipment failure. In this study, a retrofit was performed applying a vacuum housing to the safeguards equipment (Inspector-2000-based inspection equipment), and performance evaluation was performed at a low temperature and snowy site, and it was confirmed that the same performance was observed as the measurement results at room temperature.

  • The most important thing to secure safety and reliability of railway vehicles is to verify performance characteristics of equipments, and related companies or research institutes had many efforts to verify performances and functions of equipments synthetically and efficiently. KHST(Korean High Speed Train) has been developed by KRRI (Korea Railroad Research Institute). An electric railway system is composed of high-tech subsystems, among which main electric equipment such as transformers and converter are critical components determining the performance of rolling stock. We developed a measurement system for on-line test and evaluation of performances of KHST. The measurement system is composed of software part and hardware part. Perfect interface between multi-users is possible. A new method to measure temperature was applied to the ]measurement system. By using the system, fault diagnosis and performance evaluation of electric equipment in Korean High Speed Train was conducted during test running.

  • 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 방법과 측정불확도 표현 지침은 불확도 평가를 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 방법들이다. 본 논문에서는 자체 개발된 질량관성모멘트 측정장비의 신뢰도를 평가하기 위해 몬테카를로 방법과 GUM방법이 사용되었다. 결과에 따르면 GUM방법에 의해 평가된 불확도가 몬테카를로 방법에 의한 것보다 약간 과소평가되었고 그 차이는 GUM방법의 근사화에 기인한 것으로, 두 방법에 의해 평가된 관성모멘트 불확도들은 추정량의 1% 미만으로 개발된 관성모멘트 측정시스템의 높은 측정신뢰성을 보여준다.

  • The measurement method by Laser Speckle Interferometry which uses the interference law which will grow precedes and with it explains a resolution measurement ability and together the change of place arrowhead and general measurement, at real-time measurement sensitivity it has application boat song from candle precise measurement field it is increasing. But, currently the domestic application technique to sleeps and optical science military merit by optical science interferometer and directness it composes purchases to the level which it applies the expensive commercial business equipment the outside and in spite of the technical ripple effect is deficient even in many strong point. The hazard which complements like this problem point form technical development it leads from the research which it sees and an application degree and to sleep as the measurement equipment which tries to develop the small-sized optical science interference sensor and an interpretation program it raises it does.

  • Efficient operation of construction equipment has become more and more important in the competitive construction environment. Accurate measurement of performance rate of construction equipment is a critical factor for a construction project planning. However, it might be quite difficult to measure the performance rate due to diverse practical limitations such as continuously variable performance rate of construction equipment, considerable indirect cost, large construction field, and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose an automatic algorithm that measures a performance rate of construction equipment with a multipurpose composite sensor. It is expected that the algorithm compiles database on construction equipment and in advance, facilitates efficient operation of construction equipment.
