  • In this research, railway transportation by means of the characteristics of tourism in the selection of railroad tourism and to clarify the difference in IPA is a primary purpose of this research. In addition, the train travel experience would like to clarify the difference in the importance and performance. This research fellows the indication points. First, by means of transportation to select train tourism product is the difference in the importance and performance in the 25 items. Second, the urgent needs to improve part 'Concentrate Here' side of the train, the temperature of the reasonable air-conditioning, and the appropriate means of transport links to the information service has been identified.'Low Priority' side of the entry tourist train operation of the frequency and interval, a total of 26 items, including the efforts of more than the current level of commitment was expected to be unnecessary. Third, according to the experience of sightseeing train railway transportation as a means to help train tourism product selection was the difference in the importance and performance.

  • The network analysis is done to explore what kind if issues are diffused about earthquake and the role of social media. The types of disaster information is classified into formal and informal. The role of actor is classified based on the concentrativeness and the diffusion of issue. Youttube is functioned as a formal channel and an informal channel when disaster happened. In case of government's video, issue contractiveness is high but the diffusion is low. In case of media's video, issue contractiveness and the diffusion are all high. In case of individual channel, issue contractiveness is low, but diffusion is high. In disaster, youtube is a tool to respread the disaster issue. Government needs to try diffusion of government's news actively in disaster.

Factors influencing quality of health care: Based on the Korea health panel data (한국의료패널 자료를 활용한 의료서비스 질 영향 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting quality of health care. Methods: The data were derived from the 2011-2013 Korea health panel survey (beta version 1.0). The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 with descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. In general characteristics, common factors influencing the quality of health care were age, marital status, education level, and subjective health status. In variables related to health care utilization, unmet healthcare needs, and limitation of dental care utilization were the significant factors affecting quality of health care. The results of this study show that various factors influence quality of health care. These findings can be used to develop strategies to improve health care.

Designing External Metadata of National Geography Institute for Distributing Digital Maps (수치지도 공급을 위한 국립지리원 외부메타데이터의 설계)

  • The major purpose of this study wa to desgin a external metadata of National Geography Institute(NGI) for the effective management and distribution of the digital maps. For designing a standard external metadata reflecting the current trends of the international organizations on standardization, a prelimenary study was made mainly concentrating on the analysis of the metadata of the developed countries along with domestic cases. For better assessing NGI needs, all the metadata related material of the NGI were collected and classified based on the NGI's workflow. The external metadata draft was made considering the results from the analysis of the existing NGI material and the draft was also cited some major cores from the ISO standards. Continuous efforts should be made in the future to update the metadata draft based on the opinions from the NGI engineers and the technical trends of the international organizations.

An Analysis of Reading Programs of Public Libraries in Korea (공공도서관의 독서프로그램 운영 실태 분석 연구)

  • This study analyzes the problems in reading program of public libraries and provides some suggestions for the program development and management. For this analysis, I sampled and examined 350 news articles to reading programs done in the public libraries between 2013 and 2015. The result shows that 41.4% of the collected articles were the news about the reading programs in Seoul Metropolitan areas. While the articles about simple reading programs occupied 69.9%, the mixed activity programs reached a significant amount in total. In addition, 51.3% of program participants was under the elementary children and their parents, but only 9.0% program participants came from low socioeconomic status classes. 86 reading programs (28.4%) were designed for one-day events without a long-term policy. Based on such analyses, this study provides three suggestions: utilizing public relation teams and communicating mass media to advertize reading programs to local residents, developing systematic reading programs in users' needs, managing the reading programs for all kinds of local residents.

A kernel memory collecting method for efficent disk encryption key search (디스크 암호화 키의 효율적인 탐색을 위한 커널 메모리 수집 방법)

  • It is hard to extract original data from encrypted data before getting the password in encrypted data with disk encryption software. This encryption key of disk encryption software can be extract by using physical memory analysis. Searching encryption key time in the physical memory increases with the size of memory because it is intended for whole memory. But physical memory data includes a lot of data that is unrelated to encryption keys like system kernel objects and file data. Therefore, it needs the method that extracts valid data for searching keys by analysis. We provide a method that collect only saved memory parts of disk encrypting keys in physical memory by analyzing Windows kernel virtual address space. We demonstrate superiority because the suggested method experimentally reduces more of the encryption key searching space than the existing method.

The Effect of eCRM Features on Website Visit and Purchase (eCRM 기능이 고객의 웹사이트 방문과 구매에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper examines whether the functions of eCRM solutions affect the site visit and purchase by customers. The functions of eCRM solutions are extracted and classified into three categories of c-marketing, e-sales, and e-service. E-marketing includes campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, and questionnaire marketing; e-sales consists of recommendation system and incentive/discount promotion.; e-service is composed of e-mail call center and web call center. From the online survey, 146 responses are collected and analyzed. The analysis shows that the level of experience in campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, e-mail call center, and web call center significantly affect the website visit by customers and that the level of experience in all eCRM functions except e-mail marketing significantly affect the purchase by customers. The effects of those functions in eCRM on the website visit are moderate, while the effects of the functions on the purchase are low. The results from this study imply that eCRM needs to strengthen the effect on the purchase with more thorough analysis of the customer profile.

  • In order to meet the recently enhanced emission standards at home and abroad, it is necessary to develop the CRDI ECU control algorithm that users can adjust fuel injection timing and amount in response to their needs. Therefore, this study developed the simulator for knocking analysis that enables knocking discrimination and engine balance correction applicable to the ECU exclusive to the industrial CRDI engine. The purpose of this study is to provide the driver-oriented diagnostic service that enable drivers to diagnose vehicles directly by developing diagnostic devices for vehicles with ths use of the results of the developed simulator for knocing analysis according to the OBD-II standards. For this purpose, this study aims to improve the fuel efficiency of vehicles by proposing the S/W design method of the OBD-II diagnosis device that can provide real-time communcations with the use of wired system and bluetooth module as a wireless system to send and recevice automobile fault diagnosis signal and sensor output signal, and to suggest an improvement for engine efficiency by minimizing the generation of harmful exhaust gas.

Call Connection Control in CDMA-Based Mobile Network (CDMA 방식 이동통신망에서의 호 연결 제어)

  • The handoff is a distinctive characteristic of the mobile networks. In the CDMA systems, if base stations support multiple Frequency Assignment (FA), they provide both soft handoff and hard handoff. Under the CDMA environments, the soft handoff guarantees the favorable service quality and the continuity of call connection without interruption, and increases the service capacity of the base stations. This paper proposes call connection control schemes with handoff queue for supporting efficient handoff processing. The proposed schemes are divided into two categories: single handoff queue scheme and multiple handoff queue scheme. We analyze the performance of the proposed call connection control schemes using numerical analysis. From the analysis results, we can say that it is more desirable to avoid hard handoff as long as handoff queues are used. When a single handoff queue used, adaptive scheme that properly mixes avoidable and avoidable hard handoff method under the given traffic condition is more desirable. In case that multiple handoff queues are used, the suitable trade-off needs to be developed between handoff blocking probability and hard handoff probability to guarantee a given blocking probability threshold.

  • It is becoming more essential than ever for office professionals to become competent in information processing through fast response to the stimuli and needs coming from the current global business society which is controlled by the speed of improvement of information technology. Office professionals' success in business today depends on the level of job competency and the professional development that are required for problem solving in a global business environment. The main purpose of this research is to design a database for office professionals according to the recent result of DACUM job analysis for office administrators and implement a prototype with various kinds of services in five major categories such as human relationship management, event management, project management, special occasion management, and office knowledge management. The result of this study can be utilized to enhance the levels of both productivity and professionals.
