The aim of this work is to determine the quasi-static thermal stresses of an infinitely long circular cylinder having constant initial temperature under steady-state field. The arbitrary heat flux is applied on the lower surface and the upper surface of the cylinder is at initial temperature. The fixed circular edge is thermally insulated. The results are obtained in series form in terms of Bessel's functions. These have been computed numerically and illustrated graphically.

In this paper, we first introduce a generalized concept of Berge strong equilibrium for a generalized game $\mathcal{G}=(X_i;T_i,f_i)_{i{\in}I}$ of normal form, and using a fixed point theorem for compact acyclic maps in admissible convex sets, we establish the existence theorem of generalized Berge strong equilibrium for the game $\mathcal{G}$ with acyclic values. Also, we have demonstrated by examples that our new approach is useful to produce generalized Berge strong equilibria.

This paper suggests that the immune algorithm can effectively be used in tuning of a multivariable system. Then artificial immune network always has a new paraller decentralized processing mechanism for various situations, since antibodies communication to each other among different species of antibodies/B-cells through the simulation and suppression chains among antibodies that form a large-scaled network. In addition to that, the structure of the network is not fixed, but varies continuously. The works of Alessandro Mendini doing a big role in Italian design give us fresh impetus and the message on future design. His work activity has created new space and given the second life with arranging radical and fresh visual ornaments by using various materials. His design works have been challenged on fixed and ordinary thought. He applies gorgeous and plain natural colors. When he develops idea into the form, his works hold meditation and clear subjectivity. Alessandro Mendini makes us aware that his work of arts connects human spirit with thing.

In this research, we concentrate on the effects of dependencies in arrival processes on queueing measures. In particular, we use a specific form of arrival process which has the advantage of allowing us to change dependency properties without at the same time changing one dimensional distributional conditions. It is shown that the mean queue length can be made arbitrarily large with the same interarrival distributions and the same service time distributions with fixed smaller than one traffic intensity.

A parametric cubic spline interpolating at fixed number of nodes is constructed by formulating a parametric cubic $g^2$ B-splines $S_3(t)$ with not equally spaced parametric knots. Since the fact that each component is in $C^2$ class is not enough to provide the geometric smoothness of parametric curves, the existence of $S_3(t)$ oriented toward the modified second-order geometric continuity is focalized in our work.

We introduce the class $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$ with generalized fractional derivatives. Also we have obtained coefficient inequalities, distortion theorem and radious problem of functions belonging to the calss $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$.

For a fixed ${\sigma}$ > 1, we consider Dirichlet series of the form ${\nu}_{\sigma}({\alpha})$ := ${\Sigma}_{n=1}^{\infty}s_{\alpha}(n)n^{-{\sigma}}$. This paper studies the singular properties of the real function ${\nu}_{\sigma}$, and the Lebesgue-Stieltjes measure whose distribution is given by ${\nu}_{\sigma}$.
