e-Learning 환경에서의 협력학습을 위한 학습모형 및 학습행위요소 개발 (A Study on the Development of Collaborative Learning Model and Behavioral Elements in e-Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 e-Learning 협력학습 기술 개발 지원을 위한 기반 연구로서, e-Learning 에서의 협력학습을 위한 기본모형 개발과 협력학습 활동에서 발생하는 학습자들의 학습행위요소를 세부적으로 분석 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 면대면 교실수업에서 이루어져 온 다양한 협동학습 모형들을 분석하였으며, 면대면과 온라인 환경에서 협력학습 및 커뮤니케이션 활동을 강조하는 문제중심학습, 프로젝트 학습, 탐구학습, 토론학습 등 교수모형에 기초한 주요 학습모형들의 절차와 단계, 학습활동 등도 분석하였다. 연구 결과 e-Learning에서의 협력학습을 위한 일반 모형과 세부 학습행위요소들, 그리고 시스템적 지원기능들이 제시되었으며, 추후 연구를 위한 과제가 제안되었다.

통계적 모형의 업무부하 균일화를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스의 효율화 (Workload Balancing on Agents for Business Process Efficiency based on Stochastic Model)

  • BPMS (Business Process Management Systems) is aninformation system that systematically supports designing, administrating, and improving the business processes. It can execute the business processes by assigning tasks to human or computer agents according to the predefined definitions of the processes. In this research we developed a task assignment algorithm that can maximize overall process efficiency under the limitation of agents' capacity. Since BPMS manipulates the formal and predictable business processes, we can analyze the processes using queuing theory to achieve overall process efficiency. We first transform the business processes into queuing network model in which the agents are considered as servers. After that, workloads of agents are calculated as server utilization and we can determine the task assignment policy by balancing the workloads. This will make the workloads of all agents be minimized, and the overall process efficiency is achieved in this way. Another application of the results can be capacity planning of agents in advance and business process optimization in reengineering context. We performed the simulation analysis to validate the results and also show the effectiveness of the algorithm by comparing with well known dispatching policies.

The Effects of the Delivery Service Quality of Online Fresh Food Shopping Malls on E-Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Online Customers

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of 'delivery service quality' of online fresh food shopping malls on 'e-satisfaction' and 'repurchase intention' of online customers. Research design, data, and methodology - To demonstrate the relationship between the delivery service quality of online fresh food shopping mall and the e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the research model was designed with 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) based on the contents of previous studies. The data collection is conducted with sampling survey. The participants are customers who have visited, purchased and received their orders within the last 6 months in online fresh food shopping malls. This study analyzed collected data, then confirmed and finalized the hypothesis by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical program. Results - Hypothesis 1: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on online customers' e-customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will affect the repurchase intention of online customers. Hypothesis 3: The e-customer satisfaction of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on repurchase intention. Among the 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) of delivery service quality, three factors such as promptness, accuracy, and safety have stronger influence on e-satisfaction and repurchase intention of online customers. Conclusions - This study has proven the feasibility and viability of the hypotheses that 1) The excellent delivery service quality of an online fresh food shopping mall primarily affects e-customer satisfaction; and that 2) Ecustomer satisfaction will secondarily serve to improve repurchase intention.

  • 워크플로우 시스템은 긴 주기의 프로세스의 실행을 통제하는 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 조직의 구성원들이 프로세스의 실행을 담당하는데, 프로세스의 특정 부분을 누가 수행하는가를 결정하는 작업할당 정책이 워크플로우 시스템에 설계 및 구현되어 있어야한다. 여러 조직들의 작업할당에는 매우 다양한 문제들이 있을 수 있어서, 다양한 여러 문제들을 다 포괄하는 하나의 모델을 고안하는 것은 가능하지 않을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 시스템에서의 작업할당 정책에 대한 보편적인 설계 방법으로서, 각 조직에 주어진 임의의 고려할 사항들에서부터 작업할당 정책들을 정의하기 위한 메타 모델 기반 접근 방법을 제시한다.

  • e-Trade 3.0 era which means the expansion of seamless e-Trade process into global business has been come. e-Trade is in the evolution stage with the reflection of time changes and IT development. Furthermore e-Trade marketing method of SMEs has been generalized. However, SMEs have not utilized e-Trade marketing very actively even if it has much benefits in exploring overseas marketing. In this regard this paper has cautiously suggested the strategic using plan of e-Marketplace and SNS along with policy improvement in order to promote extensive diffusion of e-Trade marketing. First of all, a comprehensive evaluation system has to be developed for the assessment of overseas marketing program and provide organized guideline including SMEs support system. Also e-Marketplace operation company is necessary to invent management system for supervising and detecting risk factors of participating firms and business model to share information which each e-Marketplace possesses through mutual connection. Finally, the effective supports such as short-term education and acting operation of initial account to use SNS strategically are needed and continuous contents development to adopt SNS is absolute.

Relationships Among Owner-Manager Characteristics, E-commerce Adoption and Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia

  • This study examined the relationships among owner-manager characteristics, e-commerce adoption, and performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. Although the growth of e-commerce was encouraging in many countries, studies of e-commerce adoption among SMEs in developing countries such as Malaysia are insufficient. Furthermore, studies that investigated individual characteristics and e-commerce adoption are still low in number. This study specifically employed the technology-organization-environmental (TOE) framework to develop its research model. The sample was selected by using a non-probability judgmental sampling technique because the desired population frame was unavailable. A total of 111 owner-managers of SMEs were surveyed using online self-administered questionnaires. Subsequently, the data was analyzed through partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed significant relationships between owner-manager characteristics and e-commerce adoption, as well as between e-commerce adoption and the performance of SMEs. The findings suggested that owner-manager characteristics played an important role in determining e-commerce adoption among SMEs. Moreover, e-commerce adoption was crucial in affecting the performance of SMEs. This paper provided new insights into factors affecting e-commerce adoption and firm performance. It could further benefit the government and SMEs in strategizing e-commerce adoption and development, especially in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) and the post-COVID-19 pandemic.

제도기반 신뢰요소가 한국 전자상거래 기업의 생존에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 분석 연구 (An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of the Institution-based Trust Factors on the Survival of E-commerce Companies in Korea)

  • E-commerce in Korea has grown steadily in recent years. E-commerce has provided firms with an effective method to approach potential customers by overcoming geographical and physical barriers. However, despite the rapid growth, many e-commerce businesses closed their businesses and were not able to survive. This study aims to empirically examine the factors that determine the survival of e-commerce businesses in Korea. In particular, this study focuses on the factors related to the notion of institution-based trust that includes delivery, privacy, and security management. This research used the data set about 31,295 e-commerce businesses that have been registered in Seoul. We found that the e-commerce business that does not require extra personal information beyond the standard terms and conditions or provides a feedback mechanism by having an online board to submit a complaint has a higher chance of survival. In addition, the e-commerce business that has a secured web server, shows the specific information about the date of delivery, or provides escrow services is likely to survive longer than others. The research has extended the extant literature on the importance of trust in e-commerce by empirically examining the effects of the institution-based trust factors on the actual survival of e-commerce businesses.

코로나19 언택트 여행을 위한 차박 캠핑 웹사이트 구축 및 비즈니스 모델 제안 (Building a Big Data-based Car Camping Website and Proposing a Business Models for the Corona19 Untact Trip)

  • 코로나19로 인한 언택트 문화의 확산으로 타인과 접촉을 최소화할 수 있는 차박 시장의 규모가 확대되고 있다. 이에 차박캠핑에 용이한 SUV의 경우 승용 세단 판매량을 넘어섰고, 레저용 차량(RV)의 판매량은 작년 동기 대비 101% 증가하였다. 이러한 폭발적인 차박 수요의 증가에도 불구하고 차박 관련 연구는 저조하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 차박 이용자 중심의 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 네이버 대표 차박 카페를 조사한 결과, 여러 장소의 차박지가 하나로 정리되어있는 글이나 지도, 웹사이트는 찾기 어려웠다. 또한, 기존의 캠핑 웹사이트들을 분석한 결과, 대부분 캠핑장소에 대한 정보만을 게시하고 있어 차박지의 자세한 정보를 알 수 없었다. 이에 더하여 관련 선행연구와 문헌조사를 통해 도출한 설문조사에 따르면 차박지내 쓰레기 무단 투기 문제에 대한 해결방안을 촉구하는 의견이 다수였다. 또한, 이용자들은 차박지 근처 편의시설 정보를 제공받고자 하였다. 따라서 차박지의 기본정보와 차박지 근처 편의시설 정보를 제공하는 차박 캠핑 웹사이트를 구축하고자 하였으며, 클린캠핑 인증 기능을 제공하여 차박지 쓰레기 무단투기 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 더 나아가, 주요 웹사이트 기능인 클린캠핑 인증을 발전시켜 비즈니스 모델을 고안하였다. 비즈니스 모델은 차박 이용자들이 클린캠핑 인증 절차를 거쳐 보상을 받는 구조로 설계하였다. 클린캠핑 인증에 대한 보상은 국내 자동차 회사, 한국관광공사, 소상공인시장진흥공단과의 제휴를 통해 제공될 수 있도록 제안하였다.

  • A Workflow Management System is one which provides procedural automation of a business process by management of the sequence of work activities. The existing workflow management systems have limitation of interaction among application systems. In this paper, we propose a new workflow management system that can be adapted in dynamically changed paradigm of distributed computing by using Web Service. System Architecture and prototyping execution model of the system is described in BPEL4WS.

  • When function modeling with IDEF0 which is called as a standard methodology for CALS (FIPS 183), the initial work is to determine the purpose and viewpoint, and the next work is to generate a data list and an activity list. This work requires participant's discussion and agreements. The main problems for these working are a communication between participants and efficient discussion processing. Brainstorming is the most useful method for this work. The paper is for development for the modeling assistant tool to promote the business modeling. In this paper, we will introduce the tool which name is 'MindMapper' and 'Dyna-IDEF'. Mind-mapper is software for mind-map method that is used for creative thinking. Using this tool, we refine the result of the brainstorming about activity list and translate the result into the functional model of IDEF0 using Dyna-IDEF. The translated functional model is prototype model without ICOM arrows.
