양육행동 개념 분석 (A Concept Analysis of the Caretaking Behavior for Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of caretaking behavior for children. This study adopts the methode of Walker and Avant in analysis. Based on the results of the study, the attributes, precedents, and consequences of caretaking behavior for children are follows ; 1. The affirmative attributes of caretaking behavior are affection binding, nutritional guidance, education, caring, protection moral training and acquisition of parents' role. The negative attributes of caretaking behavior are inconsistent moral training, incapability of affection binding and overprotection. 2. The precedent of caretaking behavior are postpartum contact with their babies, cognizance capacity of child-caretaking, economic support, level of preparation for child-caretaking and self-consciousness as parents. 3. The affirmative consequences of caretaking behavior are promotion of child growth and development, formation of maternal-infantile attachment, development of children sociality, satisfaction of parental role and reinforcement of relationship between the members of family. The negative consequences of caretaking behavior are burden and conflict to parental role, children's illness, role conflict and role stress among the members of the family and family breaking up.

한국과 미국에서 발행된 집단수준 중심의 조직행동론 교과서에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on group level based-organizational behavior textbooks published in Korea and USA)

  • I have done a case study on group level based-organizational behavior textbooks published in Korea and USA. The objects are 'organizational behavior' by Su Yong Jung and 'organizational behavior' by Im Chang Hee in Korea, and 'organizational behavior' by Schermerhorn, Osborn, Uhl-Bien, & Hunt and 'organizational behavior' by Robbins, & Judge. The goal of this study is to identify the differences of the perspectives on the group level based-organizational behavior between Korean and American textbooks. This research finding shows that it is valid to classify organizational behavior into such categories as group & team, communication, decision making, leadership, power, and conflict & negotiation in the Korean textbooks for the better future study.

신혼기 남녀의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인들 (Variables Influencing Martial Satisfaction of Newly Married Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the variables influencing marital satisfaction of newly married men and women who have been married for 5 years and do not have a child yet. Data were collected from 242 newly married men and women who were living in Busan. Major findings were as follows : First, newly married men were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict. Second, newly married women were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families, had mild depression, and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict.

생명보험계약심사간호사의 역할갈등에 따른 대처방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role Conflict and Ways of Coping of Underwriters Worked at Life Insurance Companies in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the role conflict and ways of copying of nurses as underwriters worked at life insurance companies in Korea. Method: The subjects were 141 underwriters who were working at 4 major life insurance companies in Korea. For finding the role conflicts, Role conflict and Ambiguity scale developed by Rizzo, House & Lirtzman(1970) was used, For the ways of coping, Ways of coping scale developed by Lazarus et al. (1984) was used. The statistical method used were mean, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Turkey test by SAS program. Result: The mean of role conflict was 2.76, and its subcategories were intersender conflict 2.95, sequential order interrole conflict 3.13, interarole conflict 2.69, organizational conflict 2.69, ambiguity from the outcome or responses to one's behavior 2.60, ambiguity from clarity of behavior requirements 2.61. The mean of ways of coping was 2.42 and its subcategories were problem focused 2.42, wishful thinking 2.26, detachment 2.09, seeking social support 2.49, focusing positive 2.72, tension reduction 2.08. There is statistically significant difference between single and married person i.e, single was high than married about role conflict. And also there is statistically significant difference among religion groups i.e., christian was high than none about ways of copying. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that nurses as underwriters' role conflicts and ways of coping were different that of clinical nurses' and examining medical insurance nurses', Therefore it need more detail repeat studies.

  • This study investigates the moderating effects of the teacher-child relationship on the relationship between young children's self-control and behavior problems. 150 young children aged 3, 4, and 5 and their 40 classroom teachers participated in this study. The results of this investigation reveal the following: (1) Young children's self-control is significantly related to behavior problems. (2) The teacher-child relationship (conflict, dependence, intimacy) is significantly related to young children's behavior problems. (3) The effects of self-control on young children's anxiety and withdrawal behavior are significantly moderated by conflict driven teacher-child relationships. (4) The effects of self-control on young children's aggression and impulsive behavior are significantly moderated by dependent teacher-child relationships.

  • 타협(compromise)은 상호 양보(concession)에 의해 갈등을 해결하는 방법으로, 타협행태는 일방의 양보에 상대방도 양보하는 긍정적 대응, 일방의 요구(demand)에 상대방도 요구로 맞서는 부정적 대응, 그리고 일방의 양보나 요구에 요구나 양보로 응하는 비대응의 세 가지로 분류된다. 그리고 제조업자가 유통업자와의 갈등을 타협(compromise)으로 해결하고자 할 때 그 제조업자가 처할 수 있는 하나의 상황이 전제된다. 이 상황적 전제 하에 하나의 이론적 틀이 제시된다. 먼저 이 이론적 틀은 제조업자와 유통업자 간의 타협이 긍정적 대응양식으로 성사되는데 영향을 미치는 주요 변수들을 제시한다. 다음으로, 긍정적 대응양식의 타협이 제조업자와의 관계에 대해 유통업자가 갖는 몰입(commitment to relationship)에 미치는 영향을 설명한다. 이 이론적 틀로부터 17개의 제언들(propositions)이 도출되며, 이 제언들이 시사하는 갈등해결전략도 논의된다.

청소년의 개인요인, 가족요인 및 또래요인이 내면화·외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Individual, Family, and Peer Factors on the Internalizing and Externalizing Problem Behavior of Adolescents)

  • This study investigated the relationships among individual factors, family factors, peer relationships and the internalizing and externalizing behaviors of adolescents. The data were obtained from a sample of 417 7th and 8th grade students. These data were collected with questionnaires and analyzed by using a t-test, Pearson's correlation, and a multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver. 18.0. The results can be summarized as follows. There is a significant difference in an adolescent's self-control, their father's rejective rearing, peer pressure, and the peer relationship between boys and girls. The results showed that boys had higher self-esteem and father's rejective rearing than girls. On the other hand, girls had higher peer pressure and more intimate peer relationships than boys. The results revealed that the 7th grade students had higher self-esteem and mother's warmth rearing than the 8th graders. Furthermore, the 8th grade students showed higher shame, mother's rejective rearing, marital conflict, internalizing behavior, and externalizing behavior than the 7th graders. The internalizing behavior in boys was influenced by shame, marital conflict, and peer pressure. In the case of girls, the internalizing behavior was affected by shame, mother's warmth rearing, and peer pressure. The externalizing behavior in boys was influenced by self-control and shame. In the case of girls, the externalizing behavior was affected by self-control, shame, marital conflict, and peer pressure. Adolescents who exhibited higher levels of shame than others and higher peer pressure showed internalizing problem behaviors. Adolescents who had less self-control and more shame, experienced more externalizing behavior problems.

기혼 남녀의 일-가족 갈등에 따른 가족건강성의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study of Family Healthy Difference according to Married Employees' Work-Family Conflict)

  • In this study, the investigator examined employees' work-family conflict, and analyzed its relationship with family health, to clarify the two-way influence of work-family and to verify the influence of a family friendship system based upon work-family compatibility and a healthy family. Data from 379 married female and male corporate employees were collected. Collected data were analyzed on the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Study findings are as follows: First - For the individual, in domain variables of work-family conflict according to socio-demographic characteristics, gender has a significant influence upon strain-based conflict, family interference with work, and time-based conflict. Second - Work domain variables such as occupation, career, employment type, and working hours have a significant influence upon work interference with family, while career, and a working couple have a significant influence upon family interference with work. Finally - average housework hours and children have a significant influence upon work interference with family, whereas the length of a marriage, the average housework hours, and a housework helper have a significant influence upon family interference with work.

군 조직에서 조직시민 행동이 직장-가정 갈등에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Work-Family Conflict)

  • 대부분의 조직시민행동에 관한 연구가 조직유효성 측면에서 긍정적 영향을 다룬 것에 반해 본 연구는 높은 수준의 조직시민행동이 조직 구성원의 직장-가정 갈등의 수준을 높이는 부정적 영향을 초래할 수 있다는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 하지만, 이러한 가능성이 모든 조직이나 구성원들에게 보편적으로 적용될 수는 없기에 이를 관리하기 위한 조직 차원, 개인 차원의 대안을 제시하는 데 또한 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 관련 연구를 분석하여 연구모델과 가설을 수립하고, 군인, 교사, 소방관, 은행원, 경찰관, 항공승무원 등 8개 직종의 기혼직장인 590명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시함으로써 모델과 가설의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 조직시민행동의 부정적 영향 즉, 높은 조직시민행동을 보이는 직장인일수록 직장-가정 갈등을 높게 지각하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 개인의 SOC 전략이 높을수록, 조직의 가족 친화적 분위기에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이러한 부정적 영향이 덜 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

세종시 설치를 위한 입법갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on Legislative Conflict for Se -Jong City)

  • 본 연구에서는 세종시 설치의 입법갈등에 관한 문제를 주제로 하여 그 원인과 정치적 입법상의 문제점을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 세종시 설치과정에서 많은 국가적 행정비능률성과 사회적 자원배분의 비형평성등이 이미 입법과정에서 제기된 상황이라 이러한 공공갈등은 더욱 심화 되어 나타났다. 여기에 각 정당과 정치이익주체들의 조직 또는 개인적 이익과 연계되면서 세종시의 입법갈등은 지역갈등으로 더욱 확대되었다. 결국 정치적 이익이 연계되어 있는 사회잇슈의 경우 이를 사전에 해소 할 수 있는 입법장치의 필요성이 있다는 것이 본 논문이 시사하는 연구의 정책적 함의이다.
