This study analyzes the spatio-temporal variability of terrestrial carbon flux and the response of land carbon sink with climate factors to improve of understanding of the variability of land-atmosphere carbon exchanges accurately. The coupled carbon-climate models of CMIP5 (the fifth phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project) and CT (CarbonTracker) are used. The CMIP5 multi-model ensemble mean overestimated the NEP (Net Ecosystem Production) compares to CT and GCP (Global Carbon Project) estimates over the period 2001~2012. Variation of NEP in the CMIP5 ensemble mean is similar to CT, but a couple of models which have fire module without nitrogen cycle module strongly simulate carbon sink in the Africa, Southeast Asia, South America, and some areas of the United States. Result in comparison with climate factor, the NEP is highly affected by temperature and solar radiation in both of CT and CMIP5. Partial correlation between temperature and NEP indicates that the temperature is affecting NEP positively at higher than mid-latitudes in the Northern Hemisphere, but opposite correlation represents at other latitudes in CT and most CMIP5 models. The CMIP5 models except for few models show positive correlation with precipitation at $30^{\circ}N{\sim}90^{\circ}N$, but higher percentage of negative correlation represented at $60^{\circ}S{\sim}30^{\circ}N$ compare to CT. For each season, the correlation between temperature (solar radiation) and NEP in the CMIP5 ensemble mean is similar to that of CT, but overestimated.

This study tested the relations of schools organizational climate and teachers' job stresses, perceived by 913 teachers from 45 elementary, junior- and senior-high schools. Pearson's correlation analysis for the relations between the sub-factors of both organizational climate and job stresses and cannonical correlation analysis for the relative contribution of individual variable of organizational climate upon job stress were applied for the test. The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed that while 'intimacy', 'esprit', 'considerations', and 'production emphasis' climate had negative correlations with job stress sub-factors, 'disengagement' and 'aloofness' climate had positive correlation. 'Student guidance', a sub-factor of job stresses, did not have statistically significant correlation with any sub-factors of organizational climate. Findings from cannonical correlation analysis showed 2 significant cannonical functions to explain the relations between the sets of variables. 'Disengagement' from organizational climate positively contributed with 'authority forfeiture' and 'dissention and conflict' of the job stresses variables.

This study analyzed the change of flowout and suspend solid in Andong and Imha basin according to the climate change to develop evaluation index about turbid water occurrence possibility and to support the countermeasures for turbid water management using GIS-based Soil and Water Assessment Tools (SWAT). MIROC3.2 hires model values of A1B climate change scenario that were supplied by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) were applied to future climage change data. Precipitation and temperature were corrected by applying the output value of 20th Century Climate Coupled Model (20C3M) based on past climate data during 1977 and 2006 and downscaled with Change Factor (CF) method. And future climate change scenarios were classified as three periods (2020s, 2050s, 2080s) and the change of flowout and suspended solid according to the climate change were estimated by coupling modeled value with SWAT model.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of climate change cognition on clothing behavior of fashion consumers to understand the impact of climate change on the fashion system. An online survey was conducted of 385 people in their 20s-50s working in the fashion industry as well as general consumers. Data collected from surveys were analyzed by factor analysis and t-test. Results are as follow: First, climate change cognition consists of four sub-dimensions, which are 'knowledge of climate change' and 'recognition of climate change in Korea'. Second, clothing behavior related with climate change consists of six sub-dimensions, which are 'environmentally-friendly fashion purchases', 'new clothes-wearing style affected by climate change', 'ethical fashion consumption', 'pursuit of functional fashion', 'pursuit of seasonless fashion', and 'clothes-wearing in response to climate change.' Last, the group with higher cognition of climate change than the group with lesser cognition had significantly higher degree of trying new styles created because of climate change, making ethical fashion purchases, pursuing functional fashion, and wearing clothes in response to climate change.
This study investigated female consumers' attitudes toward the general and fashion-specific climate environments and analyzed the relations between the attitudes and the variables such as values, knowledge, and climate cognition. The data was collected from a sample of 450 women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s via quota sampling from a selfreported online survey in 2023. The measurement comprised the attitudes toward the general and fashion-specific climate environments, Rokeach's 18 terminal values, Holbrook's 8 consumer values regarding fashion products, climate environmental knowledge related to fashion, the cognition concerning the climate crisis, and several demographic variables. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlations were applied to the data using SPSS. As a result, two factors were determined for the attitudes toward the general and fashion-specific climate environments, respectively: social and personal. Family security, happiness, and self-respect were identified as important terminal values. Quality, efficiency, aesthetics, and ethics were considered important when the current sample group purchased fashion products. The mean score of climate environmental knowledge related to fashion was lower than neutral; however the cognition of the climate crisis was considerably high. Attitudes toward the general and fashion-specific climate environments showed positive relations with values, knowledge, and climate cognition. The results were discussed to provide some insight and suggestions to carbon neutrality and the related studies.

Purpose: To investigate the influence of a team learning climate on group performance of hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 386 nurses who have been working in six hospitals. The data were collected by a structured questionnaire from January 20 to April 30 of 2006. The data were analyzed by SAS version 8.2, including descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of group performance was 3.38 and team learning climate was 4.89. The group performance was positively correlated with team learning climate(r=.40, p<.0001). The team learning climate explained 15% of the variance in group performance. Conclusion: The findings showed that team learning climate was an important factor in enhancing group performance in nursing organization. Therefore, the nurse manager will establish the strategies to improve the team learning climate of the nurses in order to promote organizational performance.
The main purpose of this study is to search the water factor which influences to occurrence of the total coliforms. Occurrences rate of the total coliforms and the E coli were 57.9% 10.5% in 2007 and 47.4%, 23.7% in 2008 respectively. According to the result which examines the correlation analysis and a regression analysis, most the water factor which is effect was $Na^+$(0.497, p<0.05) in appearance of the total coliforms and was $Cl^-$(0.622, p<0.01) in appearance of the E coli. The water factor that simultaneously influences to the total coliforms and the E. coli appearances was the $Cl^-$. The predictable regression formula for appearance rate of the total coliforms was expressed as 0.462 + 0.028 [$Na^+$] - 0.644 [$COD_{Mn}$] - 8.889 [$PO_4-P$](R = 0.930, $R^2$ = 0.866, adjusted $R^2$ = 0.839, p<0.05), and that of the E coli was described as -0.012 + 0.004 [$Cl^-$](R = 0.622, $R^2$ = 0.387, adjusted $R^2$ = 0.351, p<0.05).
This study is to analyze the effects of changing pattern of climate vaariables on total factor productivity of Korea manufacture industry. Changes in temperature, rainfalls and humidity which are the representative climate variables are used as main factors. Not only average values of the variables but those highest values are used as independent variables in the model, in order to consider the characteristic pattern of recent climate change, the high volatilities. The OLS results are unlike to previous literature that temperature and humidity had no significant impact on manufacturing productivity. An increase in the amount of precipitation was analyzed that impact negatively impacted. The analysis of panel data showed that temperatures and precipitation all that does not significantly affect the manufacturing. While the increase of the average humidity is shown to increase the total productivity of manufacture industry. In Korea, adaptation capability is important in determining the effects of climate change on productivity of manufacture industry.
The present study was to investigate if quality of childcare curriculum implementation could be predicted by educational climate, teachers' professionalism, and teacher/classroom characteristics. According to the results, strong positive associations existed between eudcational climate, professionalism, and implementation of childcare curriculum. The most powerful predictor of curriculum implementation quality was 'respect and acceptance' which was a sub-factor of educational climate. Also, 'public service', a sub-factor of professionalism, explained a significant amount of variances in quality of curriculum implementation. Among teacher/childcare characteristics, the type of centers was one of the strong predictors. These study results provide meaningful implications regarding the importance of socio-cultural contexts in childcare centers as well as teachers'professionalism.

The objective of this study was to access the effect of climate and soil factors on alfalfa dry matter yield (DMY) by the contribution through constructing the yield prediction model in a general linear model considering climate and soil physical variables. The processes of constructing the yield prediction model for alfalfa was performed in sequence of data collection of alfalfa yield, meteorological and soil, preparation, statistical analysis, and model construction. The alfalfa yield prediction model used a multiple regression analysis to select the climate variables which are quantitative data and a general linear model considering the selected climate variables and soil physical variables which are qualitative data. As a result, the growth degree days(GDD) and growing days(GD), and the clay content(CC) were selected as the climate and soil physical variables that affect alfalfa DMY, respectively. The contributions of climate and soil factors affecting alfalfa DMY were 32% (GDD, 21%, GD 11%) and 63%, respectively. Therefore, this study indicates that the soil factor more contributes to alfalfa DMY than climate factor. However, for examming the correct contribution, the factors such as other climate and soil factors, and the cultivation technology factors which were not treated in this study should be considered as a factor in the model for future study.
