According to the analysis report of construction fall accident, situation not installed safety facilities caused the largest of disaster in temporary structure. Therefore, actionable measures will be needed identifying the installation of safety facilities immediately. In this study proposed plan by the safety facilities to effectively visualize, supervision can be easily for reduce fall accident. This system can be used BIM and augmented reality technology by combining in the field in real-time. Through this study, safety facilities management is improved and expected to prevent a accident.

Construction industry has been participated in the effort for the reduction of environmental pollution such as introduction of green building certification, enactment of environment related regulation. However these efforts are focused on the design and maintenance phases of entire life cycle, construction phase that can occur intensive environmental impact in a short period is insufficient. Therefore this study aim to derive environmental management factors in construction phase and assess them using reliability analysis and factor analysis. As a results, the 20 factors was classified into 4 superordinate such as 'plan and supervision', 'environmental factor management', 'licensing management', 'surrounding environment management'.Based on result of this study, further study should be developed the checklist for effective environmental management in construction phase.

This research aims to investigate critical factors of the government's role in achieving success in Public Private Partnership (PPP) toll road projects in Indonesia according to government and private sectors' perceptions. A preliminary interview Subsequently a questionnaire survey was also conducted involving 143 respondents across the two sectors from eight operating toll were five critical factors of the government's roles in achieving success in PPP toll road projects, namely; "Active involvement in overall project stage activities", "Establishment of good bureaucracy", "Provision of conducive environment", "Appropriate project planning and competitive tendering" and "Provision of appropriate government support and supervision". This research finding is expected to assist the government in defining clear roles and underlying responsibilities in development of PPP toll roads in Indonesia.

Climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions has become a climate crisis that actually threatens us and is making global efforts to solve it. In response, Korea is carrying out a "Green remodeling" project to reduce carbon emissions generated in the building maintenance stage, which has the highest percentage of all carbon emissions. However, Green remodeling is carried out under emergency supervision at the construction stage, but construction supervisors are often non-professionals, and even experienced site directors have difficulty in implementing actual designs if they do not have experience in Green remodeling construction. Therefore, this study aims to derive priorities between construction and construction focus points for each construction in order to standardize the construction of Green remodeling construction works and derive objective guidelines.

Recently, a grow in size and features of Interior construction work over the complex and The Fire-related regulations have been strengthened for the prevention of fire damage. This study is purpose to propose interior design, construction and supervision for the efficient and reasonable way throughout the fire-related laws are investigated in interior architecture. First, the interior of the building work will be based on actual use Fire-related Laws and Regulations have be investigated. Second, based on analysis of material and facilities by Application can be used in production by the data were applied to the present. Third, the international Fire and Flame Retardant Standards for investigating and reviewing the relevant laws, differences and characteristics of each country were analyzed. Fourth, the various fire-related issues of regulation and the application of relevant provisions in the field works, the law's standards, and improvements were identified by analysis. Fire-Related Laws and Building codes that Safety Administration of the Fire Services are divided into design, it comes to approval from the municipal authorities with concerns about the fire that will fit on the Fire Department's administrative procedures and operations is necessary to integrate operations. In conclusion, Fire-related business are divided into Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and Ministry of Public Administration and Security. So, Both institutions is need to be the cooperative work. It is necessary to the field supervision. Because, Flame-resistant performance standards in the field works applied are too complex. Last, Establishment of fire-related regulations will enact by private organizations and the experts to participate.

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사들의 사례관리직무를 IPA기법을 활용하여 분석함으로써 사례관리직무 수행 능력과 전문성 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 울산지역 사례관리업무를 담당하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 제시하는 사례관리직무(능력단위 9개, 능력단위요소 33개)에 대한 중요도-직무역량, 수퍼비전필요도-경험에 대한 인식을 조사하고, IPA분석을 실시하였다. 중요도-직무역량에 대한 분석결과, IPA격자도 영역별로 강화유지 12개, 중점개선 1개, 개선 9개, 과잉 11개 능력단위요소가 도출되었다. 수퍼비전필요도-경험에 대한 IPA분석결과는 강화유지 15개, 중점개선 5개, 개선 4개, 과잉 9개의 능력단위요소가 포함되었다. 본 연구결과는 '외부운영체계구축', '자원연계체계 개발'에 대한 직무역량을 중점적으로 강화하고, '외부운영체계구축', '내부운영체계구축'에 집중적인 수퍼비전이 필요함을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사례관리직무능력을 강화하기 위한 논의와 제언을 하였다.

In today, there has been an increase in the construction of agricultural facilities due to the development in agricultural technology. Agricultural facilities are becoming bigger and higher to plant various agriculture. This study analyzes the construction and maintenance problems in agricultural facilities. The results of this survey on the status of agricultural facilities are presented. Firstly, the construction cost is most important factor in agricultural facilities. Secondly, Materials durability is important factor in selecting the facilities. Third, safety in facilities is also important factor. The results of this research are greenhouse is lack of the law of contract and the performance and need for the construction process supervision.

After the introduction of CM(construction management) for improving productability in construction industry, the CM market was shown to actively grow shape until 2007 but suddenly appears passive movement of the market after in 2008. However, on one hand, the CM corporations has increased, because the construction supervision market come to the CM market area by reduction their work place. Because of this, it was discussed that will intensify competition between companies in the CM market. Therefore, this paper want to analyze to status of the CM market structure for studying about the CM industry status and change during last 3 years. As a result, by decreasing the Market concentration, the CM market competition rate did not too high with business despite that CM market downsize and has been increased the number of companies.

The structure of construction management service in the Construction Technology Management Act has changed recently. The new Construction Technology Promotion Act becomes effective to support and promote the development of related construction industries and construction technology for domestic and overseas markets. The purpose of research is to analyze the main contents of Construction Technology Promotion Act and to investigate corporate status, problems, and issues. The research is conducted to improve as reorganization of the CM service system based on the interviews with experts. Accordingly the research is to derive countermeasures of CM enterprises. The research results are presented in the following categories of contract awarding, project management, human resource management, general administration and staff education management as countermeasures of enterprises.

In today's agriculture, there has been an increase in the construction of agricultural facilities due to the need to maximize land usage and many customer demands for products. But many agricultural facilities are constructed by not qualified construction company so it often causes many accidents like breakdowns and repairs. this study is to understand the construction process of agricultural facilities. The results of this research are that greenhouse is lack of the law of contract and the performance and need for the construction process supervision. Vinyl House is needed to supervise the design of the structure.
