자작나무수피로부터 Betulin의 단리 (Isolation of Betulin from the bark of Betula platyphylla)

  • 자작나무 수피를 일반적으로 백화피라하며 한방에서는 이뇨ㆍ진통ㆍ해열에 쓰이고 있다. 이 수피의 화학성분이 주로 Betulin으로 되어 있다는 보고에 따라 한국산 자작나무 수피로부터 Betulin과 그 관련화합물을 단리동정하여 항산화작용, 항HIV성을 알아내기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 실험 결과 betulin의 수율이 6.9%로 우리나라에서는 처음으로 다량 단리하였으며, 에틸아세트 용성에서 3,4-dihydrobenzoic acid룰 단리하였다. 이후 betulin 관련 유도체를 합성제조하여 각종 실험 시료로써 활용하고자 한다.

p-Nitrophenol 유도체의 HPLC에 의한 신속 분리 정량 (Rapid Method for Seperation and Quantitation of p-Nitrophenol Derivative by HPLC)

  • Various analytical methods for p-Nitrophenol derivatives have been reported as follows. 1) Thin-Layer Chromatography, 2) Gas Chromatography, 3) Cholinesterase Activity Determination, 4) Diazo Method, 5) Nitrophenol Method, 6) Indophenol Method. But these methods are mainly analyse total quantity of p-Nitrophenol and are not available for the seperation and pose some analytical problems associated with extensive clean up procedure. A rapid and simple method was developed for the seperation and quantitation for the p-Nitrophenol and it's derivatives by HPLC. Also an experiment was undertaken by the authors for the quantitation of the p-Nitrophenol in the blood of the intoxicated body. Levels of p-Nitrophenol ranging from approximately 0.10 to $1.69 \mu g/ml$ for Parathion and $3.44 \mu g/ml$ for EPN in each sample were measured with the average recovery of $95.5\pm0.52%$

고압전동기 모델 코일의 부분방전 분석 (Analysis of Partial Discharge in High Voltage Motor Model Coils)

  • Five model coils of 6.6kV motor were manufactured with several defects. These stator coils have artificial defects such as void of groundwall insulation, removal of semi-conductive coating and damage of strand insulation. Epoxy-mica coupler(80 pF) was connected to five model coil terminals, respectively The voltage applied to the coils was 3.81kV, 4.76kV, 6.0kV and 6.6kV. Partial discharge(PD) tests performed in the laboratory and shield room. Digital PD detector (PDD) and turbine generator analyzer(TGA) were used to measure PD activity. TGA summarizes each plot with two quantities such as the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the peak PD magnitude(Qm). The PD levels in pC were measured with PDD. PD patterns of model coils were indicated the internal and slot discharges. PD patterns coincide with both PDD and TGA.

다종제품의 동적 로트크기결정 모형에서의 생산준비비용 절감효과에 관한 연구 (Setup Cost Reduction in a Multi-Product Dynamic Lot-Sizing Model)

  • This paper analyzes the effects of setup cost reduction in a dynamic lot-sizing model for a single-facility multi-product problem. In the model, demands for each product are known, no backlogging is allowed, and a single resource is employed. Also, setup cost is defined as a function of capital expenditure to invest in setup cost reduction. Furthermore, in each production period the facility (or plant) produces many products, each representing a fixed part of the involved production activity (or input resource quantity). In this paper, the structure of the optimal solution is characterized and an efficient algorithm is proposed for simultaneously determining the optimal lot size with reduced setup cost and the optimal investment in setup cost reduction. Also, the proposed algorithm is illustrated by a numerical example with a linear and an exponential setup reduction functions.

  • Pneumoconiosis is the result of the long-continued inhalation of dusts and it depends on the interaction between the man and the cloud to which he is exposed. The health effects of dusts, especially silica dust exposure have been since Egyptians had constructed the pyramids in ancient times. Subsequently, many works, including miners, milers, quarry workers, sandblasters, tunnel drivers, are occupationally exposed to mineral dusts. These workers may develop pneumoconiosis and in some instances, malignant neoplasms, particularly lung cancer, as a result of such exposures.Both quantity and quality of mineral dusts in the lungs show significant correlation with the degree of damage from pneumoconiosis. So mineralogical techniques require in pathological studies and in estimation of the airborne dusts in working places.Mineralogy has played an important role in both branches of the protective procedure. This lecture presents the knowledge on lung dust, cytotoxicity and fibrogenetic activity of minerals and control procedures for pneumoconiosis from pont of mineralogist.

  • The safety of LPG vessel storage has been simply designed and controled with blast wave barrier structure concept regardless of its quantity or hazardous situation. The limit of regal controls on LPG vessel storage need to be identified in terms of safety buffer distance from LPG explosion. The level of overpressure effect and heat radiation In the safety structure and neighbouring human activity required to be estimated to find the gap between existing controls on such storage.   • This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

  • To develope the novel anti-allergic drug, many sophoricoside derivatives were synthesized. Among these derivatives, JSH-II-3, JSH-Ⅵ-3, JSH-Ⅶ-3, and JSH-Ⅷ-3 were selected and subjected to high throughput toxicity screening (HTTS) because they revealed strong IL-5 inhibitory activity and limitation of Quantity. Mouse lymphoma thymidine kinase ($tk^{+/-}$) gene assay(MOLY) and single cell gel electrophoresis (Comet) assay in mammalian cells were used as HTTS tool in our laboratory. (omitted)

초등학생의 식품영양표시에 대한 인식 및 이용실태 (A Study on Recognition, Utilization of Food and Nutrition Labelling of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental research data that is necessary in an education of dietary life so that the students have sound dietary life through a right food purchase after investigating perception of children's dietary habit and activity, food labelling, and nutrition labelling for 400 students of the 5 and 6th grades. The result of the study are as followings. In terms of perception questions over food labelling, on the whole, "know it little bit" was the highest. Girls and country was higher than boys and city. A list of item that is important in contents of food labelling were period of circulation, data of manufacturing, price, used ingredient, origin of product, nutrition contain labelling, manufacturer, quantity in contents(quantity, the number). A meaningful difference was shown in gender(p<.05) and area(p<.01). In 30 perception questions over nutrition labelling, "know it little bit" was the most, and girls and country were higher than boys and city. In ascertaining nutrition labelling at the time of purchasing the food, "look often" was the most. Girls and city were higher than boys and Gun in average but no difference was statistically shown in knowledge mark in utilization and perception of nutrition labelling. The response rate in girls(p<.01) and country(p<.05) was higher in a question of "if nutrition labelling is displayed, nutriment that is harmful for our body will be eaten less" and girls' response rate was higher in the question of "being educated for my health". Therefore, practice centered nutrition education is necessary to purchase the food after ascertaining food nutrition labelling out of an attitude in habitually purchasing the processed food. The students develop comprehensible food nutrition labelling the direction to emphasizing nutrition educational labelling and recognizing that the healthy nutriment is contained without conventional and food safety centered labelling should be changed.

원료 배합비율을 달리한 순무 발효액의 품질특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Fermented Turnip Juice with Different Mixture Ratio of Materials)

  • The objective of this study was the development of the preparation method of fermented turnip juice. The yields and soluble solids of fermented turnip juice were 41.2, 52.8, 56.4 and 57.4%, and 34.3, 42.4, 48.6 and 54.7 $^{\circ}Brix$ with 40, 60, 80 and 100% addition rate of turnip quantity, respectively. The major organic acids in turnip juice were succinic acid, isobutyric acid and fumaric acid, and these organic acids were decreased after fermentation. On the other hand, lactic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid were produced during the fermentation. Soluble solid and pH value in fermented turnip decreased by time-dependently. Free radical scavenging activity was increased by fermentation of turnips and nitrate scavenging effects were the highest in pH 3 and increased with adding Omija or Japanese apricot. The best preparation method of fermented turnip juice was fermentation at $24^{\circ}C$ 12-15 days after adding 40% of sucrose to total quantity. As adding Omija, organic acid contents were increased and sensory evaluation was improved in fermented turnip juice.
