방문간호사와 사회복지사의 보건복지서비스 연계 및 장애요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Link of Health and Welfare Service and Barrier′s Factors of Visiting Nurses and Social Welfare workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the link between health and welfare service and barrier's factors by reviewing the connection between the public health center's visiting nurse and social welfare center's social workers Method: A survey by mail or a face-to-face interview of 151 visiting nurses in 25 public health centers and 48 social welfare workers in general social welfare centers in Seoul, was preformed from Feb. 12, 2001 to Mar. 15, 2001. The data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean value, paired t-test and independent t-test using SPSS/WIN 7.5 program. Result: 1. ‘The necessity and degree of cooperation with social welfare workers of visiting nurse’ scored average 4.49 and 3.19, and ‘The necessity and degree of cooperation with visiting nurse and social welfare workers’ scored average 4.81 and 3.15 on the five-point scale ; there was a significant difference between the two variable in visiting nurse and social welfare workers. 2. In barrier's factors which health and welfare service offer to, visiting nurses showed statistically significant higher score than social welfare staff; ‘job factor’, ‘resource factor’, ‘clients factor’, ‘individual ability factor’ Conclusion: In order to provide link system that hold clients in common in public health center and social welfare center, it is recommended a case management team should be constructed and educate visiting nurses for case manager.

서비스직 근로자의 고객응대업무와 프리젠티즘: 상사 지지의 조절효과 (Exploring Interaction between Interactive Services and Presenteeism of Korean Service Workers: The Moderating Effects of Supervisor Support)

  • Purpose: This study delves into the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism among Korean service workers, aiming to discern the moderating effects of supervisor support on the relationship. Methods: Utilizing secondary data from the sixth Korean Working Conditions Survey, involving 7,628 service workers, this study conducted logistic moderated regression analysis to scrutinize the moderating effects of supervisor support on the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism. Results: Approximately 10% of workers experienced presenteeism in the previous 12 months. Females, low-educated, elderly, those working long hours, and low-wage workers were more likely to perceive presenteeism. Notably, a statistically significant U-shaped curvilinear relationship was observed between interactive service duration and presenteeism. The results also underscore the moderating role of supervisory support in shaping the relationship between interactive services and presenteeism. Conclusion: The study highlights the significance of supervisor interest and support in promoting workers' health, thereby not only improving the wellbeing of individual workers but also fostering organizational productivity by reducing presenteeism.

보건소 영유아 영양사업 실태와 보건소 종사자와 영유아모의 영양사업 요구도 (Status and Needs for Nutrition Services for Infants and Preschoolers among Public Health Center Workers and Infants Mothers)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the present status of nutrition services for infants in public health centers and the need for nutrition services of health workers and infants mothers. The study subjects were 146 health workers and 197 infants mothers. The results were as follows : At present, the only major nutrition services for infants were vaccination and dental care. Proper nutrition management services were available to infants. Nutrition knowledge scores were 16.8 for health workers and 15.3 for mothers out of 20 possible points. Health workers strongly demanded a well-organized nutrition education program, government support, audio-visual materials and the employment of a community nutritionist. The public health workers, in particular, demanded the development of education programs for breastfeeding and weaning. The infants mothers demanded services of nutrition information and teaching of cooking and menu planning. Based on this, the results suggest that the employment of a community nutritionist and the development of practical nutrition service programs for infants are needed very urgently for public health centers.

산재근로자의 주관적 건강회복 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Affecting the Level of Self-Perceived Health Recovery among Injured Workers)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the level of subjective health recovery among injured workers. The aim in this study was to find an efficient worker's compensation service for subjective health recovery among injured workers. Methods : From the 1st panel study of worker's compensation insurance, data for 2,000 injured workers was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results : There was a statistically significant difference in the level of self-perceived health recovery depending on socio-demographic characteristics, disability characteristics and medical care services. Factors such as gender, education level, socio-economic level, disability level, claim duration, and treatment duration appropriacy affected the level of self-perceived health recovery. Conclusions : Worker's compensation services should take into consideration the factors that affect the health recovery of injured workers.

통신업 근로자의 직무스트레스와 사회심리적 스트레스의 관련성 (The Relationship between Job Stress and Psychosocial Stress in Telecommunication Service Workers)

  • This study examined the associations between job stress and psychosocial stress in telecommunication service workers. In this survey, four hundred seventy workers and six variables(general characteristics, state of health, job characteristics, personality, psychosocial characteristics, and job stress) were used to measure worker's subjective satisfaction and status of stress. The results of this study indicated that 135 workers($28\%$) were classified into a high risk group to stress, 317 workers($67\%$) were into a potential risk group, and only 18 workers($6\%$) were into a healthy group. Also the results indicated that job stress outcomes related to job characteristics, personality, and psychosocial characteristics.

남성 근로자의 직종별 문제음주 관련 요인 (Factors related to Problem Drinking of Male Workers according to Occupational Classes)

  • 본 연구는 직종별 문제음주 관련 요인을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2012년 1월부터 12월까지 수집된 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 전체 대상자 중 본 연구의 목적에 따라 사무직 391명, 생산직 707명, 서비스직 309명을 최종 대상자로 선정하였다. 자료는 Rao-Scott 카이제곱 검정과 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 알코올사용장애 선별검사 도구를 이용하여 8점 이상을 문제음주군, 8점 미만은 정상음주군으로 분류하여 분석한 결과 문제음주율은 사무직이 45.1%, 생산직 39.1%, 서비스직 42.3%로 나타났으나 직종간 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 문제음주 관련 요인은 직종에 따라 차이가 있었는데 사무직은 흡연만이 관련 요인으로 확인되었으며 흡연자의 문제음주 위험이 4.44배 높았다. 생산직은 배우자가 있는 경우 문제음주 위험이 0.46배 낮고 흡연자는 4.07배 높았다. 서비스직은 20대에 비해 60대 이상의 문제음주 위험이 0.02배 낮은 반면 흡연자는 11.17배 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 직종별 문제음주 관련 요인의 차이를 확인하였으며 향후 본 결과가 음주 중재프로그램 개발에 의미있게 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

산재요양기관 종사자에서 잠복결핵감염 유병율 및 위험요인 (Prevalence of and Risk factors for Latent Tuberculosis Infection among Employees at a Workers' Compensation Hospital)

  • Objectives: The major objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence of and risk factors for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) among employees at a workers' compensation hospital. Methods: Among the 394 employees at Incheon Hospital, 362 were enrolled in the study. An interferon-gamma release assay(IGRA) for diagnosis of LTBI was performed using QuantiFERON$^{(R)}$ TB Gold In-Tube(QFT-IT). Risk factors for LTBI were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. Results: The overall prevalence of LTBI was 32.0%(116/362). The non-medical departments have a significantly high prevalence compared to medical departments(39.7% vs 23.2%). In multivariate logistic regression analysis, experience working in the pneumoconiosis hospital(OR, 3.6; 95% CI, 1.3-10.3) was associated with development of LTBI. Conclusions: Korean guidelines for the management of tuberculosis recommend annual regular health examinations for TB and LTBI for health care workers(HCWs). Considering the high prevalence of and risk factors for LTBI among non-HCWs, it suggests a need for annual regular health examinations for TB and LTBI for all employees at workers' compensation hospitals, including pneumoconiosis hospitals.

산재근로자의 의료기관 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of the Hospital Services among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services among injured workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 532 injured workers. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the types of disease, health status and possibility to return to work among the injured workers. Also, there were significant differences in satisfaction scores, in terms of medical facilities, food service, specialization of doctors and nurses, cleanliness of hospital, convenience of hospital teaching and counselling of doctors and nurses, supporting workers' compensation process, counselling of workers' compensation and unfair treatment. In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, health status and hospital cleanliness were significant factors for satisfaction scores of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, hospital cleanliness, health status of injured workers for developing hospital services.

일부 노인 장기요양보호기관 종사자간의 서비스연계 조사 (The Analysis of Factors on the Service-Linkage of Long-term Care Workers for the Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze the factors that affect the service relationship of long term care workers for the elderly and to provide basic resource for the successful connection of long term care services. Methods: 259 subjects who were engaged in long term care units completed a self-administered questionnaire that measured the extent of service linkage among one another. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ score determined the internal consistency of the acquired data and the discriminated validity was estimated by Pearson's correlation coefficient. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the influence of the known factors on the service linkage. Results: Acceptance and participation negatively influenced on the service linkage. Reliance, comprehension, recognition on service, and frequent contact with others positively activated the service linkage of long term care workers. Conclusion: The establishments of systemic training courses providing education that emphasizes reliability and recognizes other services, including work environment to contact easily are needed to improve the service-linkage of long-term care workers for the elderly.

뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Beauty Service Worker's Behavioral Routines on Service Performance and Work Performance: Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 서비스 종사자들의 행동 루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개역할을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울·경기 소재 뷰티 소비자 311명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석되었다. 자료 분석은 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모델 및 bootstrapping 기법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동 루틴은 자기효능감, 서비스수행, 업무성과에 모두 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 자기효능감은 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동 루틴과 서비스수행 및 직무성과와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.
