The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the importance-performance levels for the selection attributes of spa destination and to analyze the gap between importance levels of the selection attributes. The data were collected from the spa visitors to Yuseong spa complex. The findings of the current study were as belows: 1. as the results of factor analysis of 32 selection attributes, five factors were generated, such as "spa and supporting facilities", "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "spa water" and "fees of spa entry". 2. the mean analysis showed the statistically significant difference among the selection attributes for importance-performance levels and the mean levels of five factors were rank-ordered as in "spa and supporting facilities", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "fees of spa entry", and "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "spa water". 3. as the results of IPA, the selection attributes were distributed as belows: 9 attributes were located in I (Keep up the Good Work), 4 attributes were located in II (Possible Overkill), 7 attributes were located in III (Concentrate Here). and 12 attributes were located in IV (Low Priority).

This study is to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the selection satisfaction of major of radiology students. After conducting a questionnaire survey on radiology students, we conducted t-test and multiple regression analysis. There was a significant difference between the preference and current factor among the selection of department. There were significant differences in clinical practice between practice environment, practice guidance, practice time and evaluation, satisfaction after practice, and employment. There were significant differences in curriculum framing, professor teaching and evaluation, support facilities, education system satisfaction, and curriculum satisfaction. As a result, it is necessary to develop system for increasing satisfaction with student's major selection and to improve the quality of education.

Nowadays, logistics parks are no longer simply storage areas but rather the center of corporate supply activities. As the importance of logistics increases, so does the value of logistics related facilities. Unlike the past, in which the sole purpose of logistics services was the spatial movement of materials through transportation, modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

This study is to grasp selection factors and habits of information searching of customers of ophthalmic service and to verify the differences in them and to investigate how they affect in selecting medical institute by demographic sociological characters, selection factors by classification and habits of information searching, how many times they used and the type of medical treatment. The result of analysis of importance of selection factors of medical institute, it showed that doctors' career were evaluated high by classification and it showed in order of university hospital, hospital, clinic in facilities and equipment and in order of university hospital, clinic, hospital in distance transportation Analysis of importance of selection factors by sex distinction, it showed that doctors' career were high for both male and female and according to the result of analysis of selection factors by an age, doctors' career variable was measured high and it showed in order of facilities, equipment, distance and convenient transportation. The result of analysis by the form of medical treatment, doctors' career were measured high in all diseases. Facilities and equipment were measured high in case of a corrective operation of eyesight and distance transportation variable showed high in simple eye diseases. According to the result of analysis of habits of searching information by utility frequency, one's own experience in the past(direct visits) was the highest over all and it showed in order of introduction of other ophthalmic department in case of people who go to the institutes many times.

Since a squirrel cage induction motor by NEMA Design types is designed to withstand full-voltage starting, direct starting method can be the most economical one. Starting a squirrel cage motor from standstill by connecting it directly across the line may allow inush currents of approximately 500-600% of rated current at lagging power factor of 35-50%. For many of the large motors, the starting inrush current may be great enough to cause voltage dips, which may adversely affect the building's lighting system. Electric utilities also have restrictions on starting currents, so that voltage fluctuations can be held to prescribed limits. Therefore the need for choosing the most appropriate method of motor starting is quite essential. In this paper, we proposed a plan for the selection of the most appropriate motor starting method, first by way of numeric simulation using manufacturer's data and second by way of actual experience. So far, more often than not, the selection of motor starting method has been accomplished only as regards to the capacity of the motor and the frequency of starting and stopping. But nowadays such high-tech apparatus as soft starters are being developed, and we are on the position to give more attention to clarify the way of selection of the motor starting method.

Clustering protocol of Wireless sensor networks(WSNs) not only reducing the volume of inter-node communication by the nodes's data aggreation but also extending the nodes's sleep times by cluster head's TDMA-schedule coordination. In order to extend network lifetime of WSNs, we propose ECS algorithm to select cluster-head using three variables. It consists of initial and current energy of nodes, round information and total numbers which have been selected as cluster head until current round.

This study aimed to provide the basic data of the establishment of marketing strategies by dividing consumer groups in accordance with the pursuit of clothing benefit, and then understanding the importance of clothing selection criteria in those groups, whether there are any differences in it between groups, and whether there are any differences in preference of clothing color depending on the mood state of those groups. The scale of this study was comprised of the pursuit of clothing benefit factors, clothing selection criteria factors, and the factors related to preference of clothing color by each mood state. In the results of the analysis, the factor most considered when male and female consumers in 20s~30s purchase clothing was fitting, and followed by convenience, stable shape, condition, design, and others' reaction in order. However, those 'design', 'convenience', 'others' reaction' and 'condition' factors were significantly different between groups. Therefore, the significance of this study is that fashion brands could develop new positioning maps for marketing and promotional strategies based on the pursuit of clothing benefit shown in this study.

The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship among restaurant selection attributes and customer satisfaction and recommendation tastes for young people in their twenties who use tickets for Rail-ro. Data collection was conducted to utilize questionnaire survey with online and offline distribution. The collected data were analyzed using a statistical program SPSS 21.0 with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study showed that Internet search is the most common source of information about restaurants during the trip, and restaurant choice attributes have an important impact on customer satisfaction, food quality, employee service and reputation, but hygiene did not have a big effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on recommendation intention. Concluding the results from this study, it investigated the significant attributes for customers selection of restaurants and provide meaningful advice for market managers to make useful marketing strategies to attract more clients and augment economic benefits.

The most important factor within the wireless sensor network is to have effective network usage and increase the lifetime of the individual nodes in order to operate the wireless network more efficiently. Therefore, many routing protocols have been developed. The LEACH protocol presented by Wendi Heinzelman, especially well known as a simple and efficient clustering based routing protocol. However, because LEACH protocol in an irregular network is the total data throughput efficiency dropped, the stability of the cluster is declined. Therefore, to increase the stability of the cluster head, in this paper, it proposes a stochastic cluster head selection method for improving the LEACH protocol. To this end, it proposes a SH-LEACH(Stochastic Cluster Head Selection Method-LEACH) that it is combined to the HEED and LEACH protocol and the proposed algorithm is verified through the simulation.

Variable selection algorithms for linear regression models of large data are considered. Many algorithms are proposed focusing on the speed and the robustness of algorithms. Among them variance inflation factor (VIF) regression is fast and accurate due to the use of a streamwise regression approach. But a VIF regression is susceptible to outliers because it estimates a model by a least-square method. A robust criterion using a weighted estimator has been proposed for the robustness of algorithm; in addition, a robust VIF regression has also been proposed for the same purpose. In this article a fast and robust variable selection method is suggested via a VIF regression with detecting and removing potential outliers. A simulation study and an analysis of a dataset are conducted to compare the suggested method with other methods.
