허베이스피리트호 유류오염사고 극복을 위한 정부지원 현황 및 대응정책 제언 (Status of Government Supports to Overcome the Hebei Spirit Oil Pollution Accident and Suggestion of Responsive Policies)

  • 2007년 태안에서 발생한 허베이스피리트호 유류오염사고는 해양환경 뿐만 아니라 지역경제를 황폐화시키고, 피해 주민간 지역간 갈등을 일으키는 등 피해지역 주변환경에 많은 영향을 초래하였는데, 그 영향의 대부분은 경제와 관련된 사항이었다. 지역사회 갈등유발의 주된 원인 역시 경제 문제인 것으로 파악되었고, 다음으로는 정부의 갈등관리제도 및 정책적 대안의 미흡이었다. 따라서, 유류사고 극복을 위한 정부 정책도 경제적 지원체계 개선과 갈등 치유를 위한 제도적 보완에 주안점을 둘 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 허베이스피리트호 사고 후 정부에서 취한 지원정책들을 살펴보고, 향후 사고 발생시 정부가 활용할 수 있는 대응정책 방안을 제시하였다.

가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 여성관리자의 일·가정 양립에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Family Care Leave and Vacation Systems on Work-Family Balance of Female Managers)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 개정 및 신설된 가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 여성관리자의 일·가정 양립에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 제도의 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년 여성관리자패널 자료 중 제도 사용경험이 있는 유배우 여성관리자 1,040명을 분석대상으로 삼아 성향점수매칭과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성향점수매칭 결과, 가족돌봄휴직 사용자 집단의 가족돌봄시간은 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 적었고, 사용자 집단의 일·가정 갈등 수준과 가정·일 갈등 수준도 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 높았다. 가족돌봄휴가의 경우 사용자 집단의 조직형태가 국가/지방자치단체인 경우가 미사용자 집단보다 유의하게 높았다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 가족돌봄휴직 사용 경험이 가정·일 갈등에 미치는 정적 영향이 유의미하였다. 본 연구결과는 현행 가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 일·가정 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기에는 부족하다는 것을 시사하며, 지속적인 정책효과 검증을 통해 정책을 수정·보완해 나가야 함을 뜻한다.

  • In this paper, we introduce an ubiWarehouse system for the management of automobile parts. Because automotive parts are very various in kinds according to companies, models and manufacture year, it's hard to find exactly the desired parts and to control goods in stock. To solve this problem, we propose the model of context recognizer in which context data are expressed in a systematic type of 5W1H. And initial context data are grouped and integrated, and some conflict context information is solved. Finally user's intention is interpreted and served. As a result, the proposed system can be used to enhance conveniency and correctness of the management of various kinds of part's.

  • The case of laboratory-acquired SARS Corona virus infection in Taiwan has revealed a number of weaknesses in management, construction, and oversight of laboratories. Also, with the increased demands for bio-safety laboratory, there is an urgent need to develop a uniform and comprehensive guidance for architects and construction engineers in the preparation of design and construction. This research investigates the key elements for designers, engineers, and potential owners in biosafety laboratory design and construction. It defines key elements and determines major relationships and standards that should be adhered to when developing site layout. In addition to layout planning and design guidance of biosafety laboratory, this research also interviews the perspective of architects and survey the state-of-the-art technology in Taiwan. It represents the portraits by site investigation. The purpose of the research is to provide guideline of design and avoid potential future conflict to ensure the critical continuity of functions.

국유림 공동산림사업 실태분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Status of Joint Forestry Project in National Forest)

  • 본 연구는 국유림경영제도 중 하나인 공동산림사업의 실태분석을 위해 참여형 산림관리 원칙인 이해관계자의 참여, 의사결정의 투명성, 행위자와 이해관계자의 책무성을 이용하여 공동산림사업 업무담당자를 대상으로 Likert 5점 척도와 기입식으로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 이해관계자 참여(10문항) 항목에서는 다양한 이해관계자가 참여할 수 있는 기회제공이 평균 3.3으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 분쟁 및 갈등 해결 구조 구축이 2.3점으로 가장 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 투명성(7문항)은 사업에 대한 정보공개가 3.4점, 지역주민을 대상으로 한 정보공유, 교육·홍보활동이 2.7점으로 분석되었으며, 마지막으로 책무성(7문항)에서는 공동사업수행자의 자세한 역할규명 여부가 3.3점, 다양한 이해관계자와 함께 사업에 대한 내·외부 모니터링 및 평가 여부가 2.7점으로 분석되었다. 참여형 산림관리지표를 통해 분석된 본 연구결과는 추후 국유림 참여경영의 활성화를 위한 계획수립에 기초자료로써 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

사회인구학적 변인, 가족의 정서적 환경, 어머니의 훈육방식 및 학령기 아동의 정서조절능력 (Socio-demographic Variables, Family Emotional Environment, Maternal Discipline Style, & School Children's Emotional Regulation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of socio-demographic variables, family emotional environment and maternal discipline style on school children's emotional regulation. Subjects of this study consisted 953 elementary school students drawn from 4 elementary schools in Cheong-ju city and Cheongwon-gun. Data were analyzed by the methods frequency, percentage, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical regression using SPSSWIN 12.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, girls used greater problem-focused coping than boys did. Children in sixth grade used more problem-focused coping regulation compared to those in fourth grade. When children perceived higher level of family communication, emotional support, participation of family rituals, family worries, and parental conflict, they were more likely to use problem-focused coping. Additionally, both maternal supportive discipline and behavioral controlling discipline styles increased children's problem-focused coping. Second, girls presented greater emotional venting than boys did. Children in sixth grade expressed higher level of emotional venting compared to those in fourth grade. While family communication, family worries, and parental conflict increased children's emotional venting, family emotional support and participation of family rituals decreased it. Only mothers' psychological controlling discipline positively predicted children's emotional venting. Third, girls presented higher level of children's aggressive expression than boys did. The lower level of family support increased children's aggressive expression. Higher level of family worries and parental conflict increased it as well. Also, children's aggressive expression was positively predicted by mothers' psychological controlling discipline. Fourth, girls presented greater avoidance than boys did. Children in sixth grade expressed higher level of emotional avoidance compared to those in fourth grade. In family emotional environment, while family support lowered children's emotional avoidance, family worries and parental conflict increased it. Moreover, mothers' psychological and behavioral controlling discipline styles positively explained children's emotional avoidance. In conclusion, family emotional environment was the strongest factor to predict school children's emotional regulation among other variables.

구조적 속성과 어휘적 특징에 기반한 안전기준 고찰 (A Review of Safety Standards in Korea based on Structural Attributes and Lexical Characteristics)

  • 사회발달로 인해 안전기준이 세분화 전문화되면서 관련 법령 또한 그 수가 점차 증가하여 법령 내에서 중복 또는 상충의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 우리나라 법령에 존재하는 모든 안전기준을 수집한 후 중복 또는 상충문제를 찾아내기 위해서는 우선 안전기준이 가지는 특성들을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 모든 안전기준에서 나타나는 공통요소와 특정 안전기준에서만 나타나는 특이점을 추출하면서 안전기준의 특성을 크게 구조적, 어휘적 부분으로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 안전기준의 구조적 속성은 2가지, 어휘적 특징은 4가지로 도출되었다. 이러한 특성들이 안전기준을 관리할 향후 시스템에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 추가로 검토하였다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 더 많은 안전기준의 구조 및 어휘적 특성들이 축적된다면 효율적인 안전기준의 수집.분석 알고리즘 개발이 가능해져 결국 법령내 안전기준의 중복 상충 문제점 해소에 도움이 될 것이다.

맞벌이부부의 배우자 지지, 직장 지지 및 일-가족 전이가 일-생활 균형에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방효과 (The influences of spousal support and work-family spillover on work-life balance in dual-earner couples with children: Testing actor and partner effects)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the actor effect and the partner effect in relation to spousal support, job support, work-family spillover, and work-life balance in dual-earner couples. The subjects of this study were 176 dual-earner couple, whose youngest children are under the age of 16 and who work over 15 hours each week. The research tool was a questionnaires. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and APIM were performed for the data analysis. The main results of this study as follows. First, for both wives and husbands, perceived spousal support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. However, perceived husband's spouse support for wife's support had positive partner effect on the wife's work-life balance, the wife's perceived spousal support for her husband' did not have a partner actor effect on the husband's work-life balance. Second, for both wives and husbands, job support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's job support had a positive partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's job support did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Third, for both wives and husbands, work-family conflict had a negative actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's work-family conflict had a negative partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's work-family conflict did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Fourth, for both wives and husbands, work-family enrichment had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the husband's work-family enrichment had a positive partner effect on the wife's work-life balance, however, the wife's work-family enrichment did not have a partner actor effect on the husband's work-life balance.

KS, QMS, EMS 통합경영시스템 구축 및 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integrated Management Systems Establishment and Operation of the KS, QMS and EMS)

  • With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

결혼이민자 남편의 부부관계향상 프로그램 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Marital Relationship Program for Immigrant Women's Husbands)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and evaulate improvement of marital relationship for immigrant women's husbands. They who play important role have much more resources than wifes in Korean society and establish a happier home through trying to adapt marital relationship. It needs to escape focusing on only immigrant education and program and have to extend to immigrants' family members including husband. The program procedure was implemented for 14 immigrant women's husbands every Friday for 2 hours from Feb, 2007 to Mar, 2007. To evaluating effects of program the pre test and post test was analyzed. The program was operated by researcher, center worker and volunteer who have much practiticing experiences about immigrants. The program of sessions is perception of intermarriage, understanding of wife's country culture, open communication, conflict resolution and child rearing attitude. As the results of the analysis, there were significant differences of the increases in the area of perception of intermarriage, open communication and child rearing attitude. Finally, this study suggests that understanding of wife's country culture and conflict resolution of the program be modified by future social work practitioners and researchers in order to make the program more effective.
