Purpose - Although ensuring that all the organizational members know their roles exactly is an important part of managerial work, few studies address the role clarity in food manufacturing and distribution firms. Role clarity refers to the extent to which individuals clearly understand the tasks, duties, responsibilities, and expectations of their work roles (Hinkin & Schriesheim, 2008). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the role clarity on organizational commitment and the mediating role of creativity in the role clarity-organizational commitment relationship. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from 297 employees in food manufacturing and distribution firms of Korea by self-evaluations questionnaires. The unit of the analysis for testing is an individual. We proposed four hypotheses: (1) is about the relationship between role clarity and organizational commitment, (2) is about the relationship between role clarity and creativity, (3) is about the relationship between creativity and organizational commitment, and (4) is about the mediating role of creativity. We conducted the hierarchical regression analysis for testing the main and mediating effects. Results - The results of the study indicated that the role clarity was positively associated with organizational commitment and creativity. Results also indicated that the creativity was positively associated with organizational commitment. Especially, the impact of the role clarity on organizational commitment was mediated by creativity. Conclusions - An important contribution of this study is extending prior theory on the relationship between role clarity and organizational commitment by shedding new light on assumptions regarding the mediating effect of creativity. The results demonstrate that the role clarity has an indirect effect as well as a direct effects on organizational commitment. Our research suggests important implications for organizations that pursue to stimulate their employees' creativity, emphasizing the importance of the role clarity. This study has several potential limitations. Maybe the most serious limitation is its cross-sectional study design. Another limitation is the use of employees' self-reports to measure the variables. In the future, researchers should employ a longitudinal study design and use diverse sources of data.
The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of disgust with meat mediating the factors influencing meat consumption. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal relationships among constructs. The structural analysis Result of the data indicated excellent model fit. The effects of moral concerns for animals, meat texture and satiety from meat on disgust with meat were statistically significant. The effects of color in meat and negative body esteem on disgust with meat were not statistically significant. As expected, disgust with meat had a significant effect on meat consumption. Moreover, disgust with meat played a mediating role in the relationship between moral concerns for animals and meat consumption. Disgust with meat played a mediating role in the relationship between satiety from meat and meat consumption. Disgust with meat did not play a mediating role in the relationship between color in meat and meat consumption. Disgust with meat did not play a mediating role in the relationship between body esteem and meat consumption. In conclusion, based on structural analysis, a model was proposed of interrelations among constructs. It should be noted that the original model was modified and should, preferably, be validated in future research.
Purpose : This study aimed to identify the moderating and mediating effects of resilience on the relationship between role conflict and job satisfaction among nurses working in a comprehensive nursing care service ward. Methods : Participants were 130 comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses from four hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 25.0. The mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between role conflict and job satisfaction was analyzed using multiple regression analysis according to Baron and Kenny's procedure. Results : Statistically significant negative correlations were found between role conflict and resilience (r=-.25, p<.007) and between role conflict and job satisfaction (r=-.38, p<.001). A significant positive correlation was found between resilience and job satisfaction (r=.54, p<.001). A partial mediating effect of resilience was found between role conflict and job satisfaction (Z=-2.53, p=.012) but no moderating effect was found. Conclusion : To improve the job satisfaction of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, interventions for alleviating role conflict and improving resilience as well as evaluations of the two variables are necessary.

Mothers' mediating behavior between grandmothers-grandchildren is associated with mothers' view on the importance of grandmothers in the lives of grandchildren, grandchildren's role, the intimacy between mothers and grandmothers and residence pattern.

Results showed that affectionate relationship with children's mother was positively related to negative cognitive regulation. Affectionate relationship with children's mother and negative cognitive regulation was negatively related to loneliness. The principal finding was that negative cognitive regulation had mediating role between affectionate relationship with children's mother and loneliness in boys. Executive safety leadership is essential to prevent accidents in the workplace. However, will safety be secured by emphasizing only executive safety leadership to workers? In this study, the impact of executive safety leadership on the workplace hazard level was analyzed by adding the supervisor's safety role as a mediating variable. This paper shows that executive safety leadership has no direct effect on workplace hazard levels. However, executive safety leadership was found to have a significant impact on the supervisor safety role, and the supervisor safety role was found to lower the hazard levels in the workplace. In summary, executive safety leadership was found to reduce the hazard levels in the workplace through the full mediating effect of the supervisor safety role. Based on these research results, this study seeks to present the following recommendations to the government and management: The government should ensure that a workplace safety and health system is established by strengthening the effects of other mediating factors, such as strengthening the role of supervisors who are actually responsible for workplace safety and health. Executives must grant supervisors actual authority and responsibility to properly perform their safety roles and establish personnel and performance evaluation systems.

The subjects were 243 visiting supervisors for multicultural families. The data were analyzed with SPSS Win 15.0 using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, hierarchical multiple regression and path analysis. The findings showed that both self-efficacy and role ambiguity exerted a significant effect on the job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families. Further, it is important to note that the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction was mediated by role ambiguity. The study discussed implications in terms of job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families.

Psychological ownership plays a mediating role in the relationship between customer ownership and loyalty. This study contributes to finding the missing link between customer participation and customer loyalty. The research model can be applied to various retail services.
