공개키 암호법은 정수 인수분해의 어려움에 바탕을 둔 RSA와 이산대수문제의 어려움에 근거한 EIGamal 암호법을 대표된다. GF(qn)*에서 index-calculus 이산대수 알고리즘을 다항식 인수분해를 필요로 한다. 최근에 Niederreiter에 의하여 유한체위에서의 다항식 인수분해 알고리즘이 제안되었다. 이 논문에서는 정규기저(normal basis)를 이용한 유한체의 연산을 c-언어로 구현하고, 이것을 이용한 Niederreiter의 알고리즘을 기반으로 유한체위에서의 다항식 인수분해 알고리즘과 구현한 결과를 제시한다. The public key crytptosystem is represented by RSA based on the difficulty of integer factorization and ElGamal cryptosystem based on the intractability of the discrete logarithm problem in a cyclic group G. The index-calculus algorithm for discrete logarithms in GF(qn)* requires an polynomial factorization. The Niederreiter recently developed deterministic facorization algorithm for polynomial over GF(qn) In this paper we implemented the arithmetic of finite field with c-language and gibe an implementation of the Niederreiter's algorithm over GF(2n) using normal bases.

In this paper, based on large deviation probabilities on Gaussian random vectors, we obtain Strassen's functional LIL for d-dimensional self-similar Gaussian process in Holder norm via estimating large deviation probabilities for d-dimensional self-similar Gaussian process in Holder norm.

영상처리에서나 컴퓨터 비젼에서 직선검출 및 인식에 Hough 변환이 잘쓰이는데 거리데어터를 log를 취하여 방위각에 대한 관게를 곡선으로 그리면 그 형상의데이터에 관계없이 일정하므로 이를 이용하여 계산 시간을 대폭 줄일 수 있다. 그 방법과 효율적 알고리즘을 제시하자 한다.

In this paper, we introduce a degenerate q-poly-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials include q-logarithm function. We derive some relations with this polynomials and the Stirling numbers of second kind and investigate some symmetric identities using special functions that are involving this polynomials.

In this paper we establish some results on the increments of a d-dimensional Gaussian process with the usual Euclidean norm. In particular we obtain the law of iterated logarithm and the Book-Shore type theorem for the increments of ad-dimensional Gaussian process, via estimating upper bounds and lower bounds of large deviation probabilities on the suprema of the d-dimensional Gaussian process.

Csorgo-Revesz type theorems for Wiener process are developed to those for Gaussian process. In particular, some results of superior and inferior limits for the increments of a Gaussian process are differently obtained under mild conditions, via estimating probability inequalities on the suprema of a Gaussian process.

This study reports on physical properties of the noise radiation caused by expansion of exhaust gas and vibration of pumps according to change of vaccum degree. The fundamental responses show that the sound power level radiated is proportional to the common logarithm of the degree of vaccum.

전자 상거래에 대한 다양한 프로토타입(prototype)이 구현되고 있고, 확대 적용의 현실성이 증대되고 있는 작금의 상황을 반영하여 관련 연구가 활발해지고 있으며, 그 중에서 보다 안전하고 효율적인 전자지불방식에 대한 현실적 요구가 증대하고 있다 전자지불방식의 하나인 전자화폐는 실물 화폐와 유사한 성질들을 만족해야 하며, 이러한 성질들 중에서 필수적인 익명성을 얻기 위한 방법으로는 D. Chaum이 제안한 Blind Signature가 대표적이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 암호시스템의 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 시스템으로써 주목받고 있는 타원곡선 암호시스템 상에서 익명성을 제공하는 Blinding ECDSA를 제안한다.

본 논제에서는 원시근과 이차 잉여규를 중심으로 관련되는 암호학에 이용을 언급하기로 한다. 이외에도 이산로그(discrete logarithm), 연분수(conti-nued fraction), 여러 부정방정식(diophantine equation)의 이론등이 암호학에서 빈번히 사용되는 알고리즘의 근간을 이루는 이론들로 알려져 있다. 또한, 유사임의 수열(pseudo-random number sequence)을 만들기 위한 생성자 (generator)들 중에는 정수론에 기초하고 있는 것들이 않이 있다. 제2절에서는 정수의 위수와 원시근에 대한 성질을 논하고, 제 3절에서는 2차 잉여류와 Legender 기호를 소개한 후, 제4절에서 이들이 주로 사용되는 암호학의 분야를 논하기로 한다.

We consider the Hausdorff measure for Brownian motion(BM) in ι$_2$. Several path properties of BM in ι$_2$ are used to show the upper bound of Hausdorff measure. We also show the lower bound of it applying a law of iterated logarithm for the occupation time of BM in ι$_2$.
