'Entrepreneurship' which means spirit or activity seeking new value by challenging boldly the uncertainty is one of the most important concept in 21st century business environment. Franchise Industry taking a relationship with distribution industry also needs entrepreneurship. As franchise industry consists of small and medium enterprises, the entrepreneurship of franchisor's CEO is important for the franchisor's growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing on the entrepreneurship of franchisor's CEO, and the effect of the CEO's entrepreneurship on franchisor's performance. For this purpose, this study set CEO's psychological characteristics, market characteristics, and social-institutional characteristics as independent variables, CEO's entrepreneurship as parameter variables, and franchisor's performance as dependent variables. And to analyze this study model, this study collected questionnaires from 152 franchisors' CEOs, and uses SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). As the result, 'CEO's Entrepreneurship' influenced on both 'Franchisor's Financial Performance' and 'Franchisor's Non Financial Performance'. The results of this study provide some guides for franchisor's CEO and government policies.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of CEO's self-determination on entrepreneurship, business performance (operational and financial performance). Also, this research provide some strategic insights for improving business performance. In the proposed model, self-determination consists of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, and entrepreneurship consists of innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity, and proactiveness. More specifically, this study proposes a framework that entrepreneurship and operational performance will play mediating roles between self-determination and financial performance. Research design, data, methodology: In this study, an online survey was conducted on SME CEOs for analysis, and a total of 122 samples were used. In the analysis process for hypothesis verification and evaluation, frequency analysis was first performed to identify the demographic characteristics of the respondents, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to assess the reliability and validity of the measurement model. In addition, a structural model analysis was conducted to examine the structural relationships between CEO's self-determination, entrepreneurship, and business performance (operational and financial performance) using SmartPLS 3.0. Results: The findings and summary are as follows. First, the autonomy of self-determination has a positive effect on entrepreneurship. Second, the competence of self-determination affects entrepreneurship and operational performance. Third, it affects the innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity of the CEO's entrepreneurship, and ultimately, its operational performance. The results show that the business performance of Start-up also increases when self-determination can be a factor in increasing entrepreneurship in three sub-dimensionalities. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is that in order for SMEs to develop into a sustainable company by securing competitiveness after start-up, external motivation such as external help and support from the state (local government) is important, but competence and relationship, which are components of self-determination. The intrinsic motivation of the CEO may be more important. To this end, CEO's should prioritize learning for competency development, and the government should pay attention to providing various educational programs through establishment of education policies and education systems to enhance the competency of start-up CEO's.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze entrepreneurship and to find out the impact of CEOs in the restaurant industry on corporate performance when they have entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs need entrepreneurship to take risks and jump into the market to generate profits. Entrepreneurship is not limited to the abilities or resources held, but it is not limited to the ability or resources held, and entrepreneurship to act means the spirit to take uncertainty and preempt opportunities through innovative activities [1]. In this study, the CEO's entrepreneurship was set as an independent variable and corporate performance as a dependent variable. By applying and analyzing how the CEO's entrepreneurship affects corporate performance in the restaurant industry, the importance of entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry and the impact relationship on corporate performance are analyzed. To this end, 100 CEOs working in the restaurant industry will be surveyed using the Likert 5-point scale[2]. And an empirical analysis will be conducted through the SPSS program[3]. Entrepreneurship is a spirit that can take risks and seize opportunities through bold challenges to generate profits. Therefore, it has been confirmed that it affects corporate performance as a key factor for improving corporate performance, and from related studies, the entrepreneurship of the CEO of the restaurant industry is expected to have a positive (+) effect on corporate performance.
The purpose of this study is to investigate between CEO's Entrepreneurship in Venture Business and Organizational Effectiveness. CEO's Entrepreneurship variable consist of Innovativeness, Risk-taking and Proactiveness. Organizational effectiveness concept composed of system approach and the contingency theory and it's variable consisted of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Statistical methods are adapted Frequency, Factor Analysis and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) of LISREL.8 program. Refined Survey data are 412/Major findings are as follows; Only Proactiveness variable of CEO's entrepreneurship have significant relation to Organizational Effectiveness(job satisfaction and organizational involvement). Innovativeness and Risk taking variables are partially supported to influence to Organizational Effectiveness.
This paper reviewed the relationship among CEO's entrepreneurship/risktaking, innovation resistance and innovation performance, and the mediating effect of innovation resistance between CEO's entrepreneurship/risktaking and innovation performance. Based on the responses from 219 companies, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) CEO's entrepreneurship and risktaking effect negatively on innovation resistance. 2) innovation resistance negatively on innovation performance(process innovation, organization innovation). 3) innovation resistance mediates partly between CEO's entrepreneurship/risktaking and innovation performance.

Businesses have to survive and thrive in both domestic and international environments. In order to resolve these problems, new alternatives have been presented. These include the importance of women's resources and entrepreneurship of female CEOs. The sensibility, delicacy, creativity as well as the intuitive power of female CEOs, actively enables them to cope with the ever-changing environment. Because of the rapidly changing circumstances, the above mentions women's attributes are highlighted thus, causing women's roles in society to shift from their traditional tendencies to finding careers and their own identities. Due to this change in social roles, social interest and the values of female CEOs are being reevaluated. Accordingly, the conceptual consideration of female entrepreneurship (innovation, enterprise, risk sensitivity) as well as the factors to be considered for the entrepreneurship of female CEOs in order to promote knowledge management performance was derived in this research. The deducted implication of this research is that generally, the enterprise and risk sensitivity of entrepreneurship affect the knowledge management performance of female CEOs. It is therefore proved that in the case of female CEOs, entrepreneurship and self-efficacy are linked, allowing them to achieve the desired outcome for a specific task performance. Female CEOs are capable of company management through the mediating process of their enterprise, risk sensitivity, and self-efficacy and with faith in their knowledge management, will be able to achieve high performance. Therefore, using strengths and nature peculiar to women, women's economic activities derived from knowledge management based on entrepreneurship will not only help overcome the long-term economy crisis but also lead to high economic growth and development. This will be a dynamic force for the nation's new growth with financial means. The comparative study of existing results will also contribute in suggesting the direction of policies that will enable the success of female CEOs in entrepreneurship.

In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.
The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs' cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs' cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect.

This study looked in-depth at the importance of cultivating and manifesting entrepreneurship, which is emphasized for companies to gain a competitive advantage and promote innovation in the uncertain environment that organizations face and in the development of technology due to recent industrial advancement, the following innovative performance, and the mechanisms in the performance process. Entrepreneurship is emphasized as a key factor in inducing creative work performance, creation and application of new ideas, and innovative performance at various levels within the organization in various global companies. In particular, this study examined the influence of the CEO's cultivation and expression of entrepreneurship as an organizational leader on the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a leading factor in the organization's innovative performance, and the role of creative self-efficacy as a mechanism. Through this, the study was to verify the importance of creativity and cultivating a sense of self-efficacy for demonstrating innovative performance within an organization. Additionally, it was to confirm the role of organizational commitment of organizational members as a situational factor. For the empirical analysis, a total of 247 office workers were surveyed, sampled from 10 venture companies engaged in the manufacturing industry in industrial complexes in Daejeon, Korea. As the result of empirical analysis showed, it was confirmed that each sub-factor of the CEO's entrepreneurship had a positive effect on the innovative behavior of organizational members. And in the process, the importance of the creative self-efficacy of members to demonstrate innovative performance was verified by confirming positively significant mediating effect of creative self-efficacy. Furthermore, in the case of organizational commitment, it was found that the innovativeness and proactiveness of the CEO strengthened the positive influence on the creative efficacy of the organization members. Based on the results of empirical analysis, theoretical and practical implications were provided to improve the importance of cultivating and manifesting the CEO's entrepreneurship to demonstrate innovation within the organization.

Although small and medium-size enterprises are facing the significant trends in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Open Innovation which are increasingly in need, the subjects of absorptive capacity and entrepreneurship has not been studied sufficiently in order to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs' products and cope with the current trend. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of absorptive capacity of SMEs on product competitiveness and the moderating role of CEO's entrepreneurship between the absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. The data were collected from 313 employees of 22 SMEs in the Seoul metropolitan area, Kyunggi-do and Chung-cheong province, and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the hypothesis test, both the absorptive capacity of SMEs and CEO's entrepreneurship had a positive effect on the product competitiveness. In addition, also found out the innovativeness and the proactivness out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the potential absorptive capacity out of the absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. On the other hand, the risk-taking out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the realized absorptive capacity out of the two absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. These results suggest that open innovation and technological entrepreneurship are needed to help SMEs learn external resources and information to create performance. After discussing this conclusions and implications of the study, the direction for future study was presented.
