해외 플랜트 건설사업관리 업무기능별 역량분석 (Evaluation of CM Capability based on Business Functions for International Plant Construction)

  • 국내 건설기업들의 해외 건설시장 진출이 중요한 쟁점이 되고 있는 현 시점에서, 타산업에 비해 경쟁강도가 낮으며, 높은 파급효과를 지닌 플랜트건설 수주확대를 위한 전략모색이 무엇보다 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 종합적인 측면에서의 표준화된 플랜트건설 사업관리 14가지 업무기능과 4가지 관리기법의 단계적 정의를 바탕으로 플랜트건설 전문가를 대상으로 선진국 대비 현재(2013년)와 미래(2018년)의 사업관리 업무기능별 역량수준을 조사 및 GAP분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 과거 실적을 바탕으로 노하우가 축적된 시공관리와 같은 하드웨어적인 역량은 선진국에 비하여 크게 뒤처지지 않으나, 경쟁강도가 상대적으로 낮고 부가가치가 높은 기획, 설계관리, 계약관리, 리스크관리와 같은 소프트웨어적인 측면의 역량은 뒤처진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 국가 산업적 차원에서 전문인력 및 원천기술 확보, 체계적인 관리 지원시스템 구축을 위한 연구개발의 확대가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

신해양질서의 어업관리체계와 TAC 제도 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Korean Fishery Management System and TAC System Implementation on Issues of the New Ocean Regime)

  • When the international fisheries order changes following the UN Law of the Sea, the new regional fisheries order is forming among East North Asian states and era of Economic Zones is really coming. In those changes of foreign and domestic fisheries environment, to maintain sustainable growth of the industry in 21st century the North East Asian states plot adjustments to fisheries management, such as introduction of the TAC system and others. The TAC seems to be an appropriate systematic response especially because traditional functions of fisheries management have already demonstrated their limits in regards to fisheries sustainable development. Introduction of the TAC to the North East Asian fisheries not only resolves the inability of traditional fisheries management to develop the industry consequently, but also strengthens the EEZ and existing marine management systems. However, the TAC was born by thewestern industrial mentality, still contains persistent mistakes and is difficult to change. Therefore, its introduction to and implication in North East Asian region might cause numerous problems. From this point of view, introduction of the TAC system will disregard peculiarities of North East Asian fisheries, so main efforts should be concentrated on improving the functions of existing system via consecutive step-by-step approach. In addition, the TAC should be grafted into the existing fisheries system through cooperative management system, creating stable systematic ground and considering scientific and fisheries motives. Especially, TAC system, unlike the traditional fisheries' management system, is scientific, being systematically developed one, and needs to be gradually installed, considering its systematic character. Therefore, the TAC should better be introduced by systematic and scientific approaches, paying more attention to strengthening the existing fisheries system, but not immediately and in the form it is right now. Concluding, introduction of the TAC can not be made considering the outward factors deriving from the UN Law of the Sea without corrections.'h overcome limitations and ineffectiveness of traditional fisheries, most efforts should be concentrated on basic revision of 21st centuries' fisheries and strengthening the functions of traditional fisheries aimed to develop the leading business of marine industries.

Unknown Inputs Observer Design Via Block Pulse Functions

  • Unknown inputs observer(UIO) which is achieved by the coordinate transformation method has the differential of system outputs in the observer and the equation for unknown inputs estimation. Generally, the differential of system outputs in the observer can be eliminated by defining a new variable. But it brings about the partition of the observer into two subsystems and need of an additional differential of system outputs still remained to estimate the unknown inputs. Therefore, the block pulse function expansions and its differential operation which is a newly derived in this paper are presented to alleviate such problems from an algebraic form.

MEASURING MORBIDITY : AN APPROACH USING POWER FUNCTIONS

  • Subjective scoring by different groups on different status of morbidity are compared to objective data obtained from legal awards. A power law is tested between subjective and objective scores. Regression analysis by means of a power function provides a measure of consistency in its regression coefficient. Power functions fitting also leads to a justified use of geometric averaging of individual scores into group scores.

  • Heuristic optimization using hybrid algorithms have provided a robust and efficient approach for solving many optimization problems. In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm using adaptive genetic algorithm (aGA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed. The proposed hybrid algorithm is applied to solve numerical optimization functions. The results are compared with those of GA and other conventional PSOs. Finally, the proposed hybrid algorithm outperforms others.

  • 영업사원이 영업수단으로 가장 많이 사용하면서 간단한 방법이 명함일 것이다. 매일 많은 고객과 명함을 주고받고 있지만 종이 명함은 버려지기 싶고 정보 검색도 어렵다. 해결책으로 스마트 폰으로 명함을 촬영하여 데이터베이스로 만든다면 언제든지 영업에 필요한 고객 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전자명함 데이터베이스 구축과 전자명함을 기반으로 영업관리를 지원하는 앱 기반 솔루션을 개발한다. 본 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 작동되며 고객인맥관리, 고객 분류, 유망고객 발굴 등의 다양한 의사결정 지원 기능을 갖추고 있다.

  • Business Activities usually comprises various types of business processes. However, most companies don't standardize the constituent processes and accumulate them in formal models, so that they have their limitations for efficient process management and continuous process improvement. Recently, in order to overcome the obstacles, the companies increasingly tend to introduce a BPM (Business Process Management) system. The BPM system functions as modeling dispersed processes over the companies definitely, running the processes and improving them. In addition, the BPM plays a role as a platform in which diverse business applications can be developed. Generally, it is prerequisite to define business processes clearly to run them in the BPM. Unfortunately, companies don't arrange the processes systematically, so that they have difficulty in the introduction and implementation of the system. In this paper, we introduce a new type of a business application to support the clarification of business structure and processes in the companies and facilitate the introduction of the BPM system. The new system is a 'job manual system' developed on the BPM platform. A process model modeled in the job manual system can be transported directly to the BPM system in which the model becomes an executable status. The new system's properties including this feature enable to manage business processes efficiently and help users of the both system perform relevant tasks conveniently.

기업윤리의 인식수준과 실천수준 사이의 관계 연구;외식산업체 종사원을 중심으로 (A Canonical Correlation between Employee's Business Ethics Awareness and the Business Ethics Practice in Foodservice Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure employee ‘awareness’ and ‘practice’ of business ethics in the foodservice industry, and to determine possible correlations between these two variables. Self administrated questionnaires were completed by 1003 employees and data were analysed to ascertain frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and canonical correlation. Two factors were obtained from factor analysis of business ethics(BE) awareness; “Organizational awareness”, and “Individual awareness”. Similarly, two factors were also obtained for business ethics practice; “Systematic practice”, and “Compensatory practice”. Canonical correlation analysis produced two significant functions. For canonical function 1, it was found that organizational awareness of BE was positively correlated with systematic practice. For canonical function 2, it was found that individual awareness of BE was negatively correlated with the compensatory practices of BE. The findings of this study demonstrate that higher organizational awareness of business ethics in the foodservice industry led to higher systematic practices of BE, while higher individual awareness of BE led to lower compensatory practices of BE. In conclusion, higher organizational awareness of BE places a higher priority on building an external system from an institutional perspective, while higher employees awareness of BE leads to higher expectation from the company, resulting in relatively low compensatory practices.
