어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향: 학업적응의 매개효과 (The effect of mothers' career-related behaviors on the intention to drop out of school in multicultural adolescents: Mediating effect of academic adaptation)

  • 본 연구는 어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향과 학업적응의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 패널조사 7차(2017) 자료에서 중학교 3학년 1,121명을 표본으로 선정하였고, Baron & Kenny의 매개효과 분석 3단계 방법으로 제시된 모형의 영향 관계와 학업적응의 매개효과 검증과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업적응은 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업적응에 정(+)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학업적응은 진로관련 행동과 학업중단의도의 관계에서 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

간호사가 인식한 간호관리자의 진정성 리더십이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Nurse Managers' Authentic Leadership on Nurses' Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Empowerment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship of nurse managers' authentic leadership, with nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: The participants in this study were 273 registered nurses working in five University hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The measurements included the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Condition of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-II, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Korea-Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, simple and multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 18.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test. Results: There were significant correlations among authentic leadership, empowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Empowerment showed perfect mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. It had partial mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. Conclusion: In this study, nurse managers' authentic leadership had significant influences on nurses organizational commitment and job satisfaction via empowerment. Therefore, to enhance nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction, it is necessary to build effective strategies to enhance nurse manager's authentic leadership and to develop empowering education programs for nurses.

부모의 학대, 방임과 청소년의 학교생활적응간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem in the Relation between Parental Abuse, Neglect and School Life Adjustment in Adolescent)

  • This study investigates the effects of parental abuse and neglect on school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem in adolescents. Participants consisted of 2,259 middle school students from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study 2012. Secondary questionnaire data on parental abuse and neglect, self-esteem, and school life adjustment are used for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Cronbach's a, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method determined the mediation effect. SPSS ver 18.0 was adopted. The results were as follows. First, parental abuse and neglect were negatively correlated with the adolescent school life adjustment; however self-esteem was positively correlated with adolescent school life adjustment. Second, the results of the regression analysis revealed that adolescent school life adjustment was influenced both directly and indirectly; parental abuse had a direct effect on adolescents' school life adjustment and also had an indirect effect on mediated by self-esteem. Parental neglect had a direct effect on adolescent school life adjustment and had an indirect effect on adolescent school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem. The results indicated that self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship of parental abuse and the school life adjustment. Also, self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship between parental neglect and school life adjustment.

기혼남녀의 부부의사소통이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 : 부부친밀감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Married Couple Communication on the Satisfaction of Marriage : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Marital Intimacy)

  • This study explored how communication between married men and women is related to marital satisfaction, and verified the relationship through the medium effect of marital intimacy. A total number of 365 married men and women in their 30s-50s were surveyed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for technical statistics, frequency analysis, and regression analysis, and parametric analysis was performed using the method by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of the verification of differences in key variables according to the demographic characteristics, there were significant differences in the age group, education period and household income. Second, the analysis of the relationship through regression analysis shows that the demographic factors such as age, age of the youngest child, and more importantly couple communication, and marital intimacy are influential in marital satisfaction. Third, verification of the mediation analysis revealed that marital intimacy had partial mediation with communication and marital satisfaction. Through these research results, we verified that marital communication and marital intimacy are vital in order to improve marriage satisfaction for married men and women.

표준화환자 활용 정신간호학 융합시뮬레이션 실습에 대한 간호학생의 학습만족도가 전이동기에 미치는 영향: 학습자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Impact of Nursing Students' Learning Satisfaction on Motivation to Transfer in the Practicum of Psychiatric Nursing Convergence Simulation Using Standardized Patients: Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy in learning)

  • 본 연구는 임상실무에 접하기 전 표준화환자를 활용한 정신간호 융합 시뮬레이션 실습을 받은 간호학생의 학습 만족도와 전이동기와의 관계에서 학습자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상은 144명의 3학년 간호학생이었다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관분석을 하였고, Baron & Kenny의 다중회귀분석과 Sobel test를 하였다. 연구결과, 학습만족도와 학습자기효능감(r=.686, p<.001), 학습만족도와 전이 동기(r=.633, p<.001), 학습자기효능감과 전이동기(r=.804, p<.001)간 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 학습자기효능감은 학습만족도와 전이동기와의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.(Z=7.63, p<.001). 교육에서 습득한 지식과 기술을 실무에 적용하고자 하는 전이동기를 높이기 위해서 간호대학생의 학습자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 전략이 요구된다.

유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교수몰입의 관계 : 내적·외적 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Relationship Between Job Stress and Teaching Flow of Early Childhood Teachers : The Mediating Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. Data were collected through questionnaires from 221 early childhood Korean teachers in the InCheon area. The instruments used in this study were the Kindergarten Teachers' Job Stress Scale, Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience Scale, and Teaching Flow Scale. The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny's method. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 18.0 for Windows. This study followed a mediated effect model. First, there was a negative correlation between the job stress and teaching flow. There was a positive correlation between the teaching flow and the resilience. Secondly, there was a negative correlation with job stress and teaching flow in path model 1. In path model 2, there was a positive correlation with resilience and teaching flow. Teaching flow was statistically and significantly influenced by resilience. Thirdly, there was the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. These results can be used as the basic data for the improvement of early childhood education teachers' teaching flow in the future.

Mediating Effects of Role Perception of Life-sustaining Treatment in the Relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment among Nursing College Students

  • Purpose: This study examined the relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment among nursing college students, and attempted to identify the mediating effect of Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment in that relationship. It is hoped that the findings will ultimately contribute to the development of active nursing strategies. Methods: The participants were 142 nursing college students in the third and fourth years of study who had experienced clinical practice at two universities in cities Y and C. Data were collected from November 1 to 30, 2019. For data analysis, SPSS for Windows version 22.0 was used to calculate descriptive statistics, the t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. To analyze the mediating effect, the Baron and Kenny bootstrapping method was used. Results: Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment of nursing college students had a significant positive correlation with Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans (r=0.34, P<0.001) and Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment (r=0.44, P<0.001). Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment partially mediated the relationship between Knowledge of Life-sustaining Treatment Plans and Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment (95% CI, 0.446~1.055). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, improving nursing college students' Role Perception on Life-sustaining Treatment could be used as a coping strategy to establish positive Attitudes toward Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment.

암 생존자의 지각된 자기관리 지지와 건강관련 삶의 질의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Perceived Self-Management Support and Health-Related Quality of Life among Cancer Survivors)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the levels of perceived self-management support, self-efficacy for self-management, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in cancer survivors, and to identify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived self-management support and HRQoL. Methods: This study used a descriptive correlational design. Two hundred and four cancer survivors who had completed treatment participated in the study. Measurements included the Patient Assessment of Chronic Illness Care Scale, the Korean version of the Cancer Survivors' Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis using Baron and Kenny's method for mediation. Results: The mean score for perceived self-management support was 3.35 out of 5 points, self-efficacy was 7.26 out of 10 points, and HRQoL was 65.90 out of 100 points. Perceived self-management support was significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.29, p<.001) and HRQoL (r=.27, p<.001). Self-efficacy was also significantly correlated with HRQoL (r=.59, p<.001). Furthermore, self-efficacy (${\beta}=.55$, p<.001) had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between perceived self-management support and HRQoL (Z=3.88, p<.001). Conclusion: The impact of perceived self-management support on HRQoL in cancer survivors was mediated by self-efficacy for self-management. This suggests that strategies for enhancing self-efficacy in cancer survivors should be considered when developing self-management interventions for improving their HRQoL.

간호 대학생의 의료관련감염 관리에 대한 표준주의 인지도와 표준주의 수행도: 내적 건강통제위의 매개효과 (Awareness and Performance on Standard Precautions of Hospital-acquired Infection Control in Nursing Students: The Mediating Effect of Internal Health Locus of Control)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the status of performance on standard precautions among nursing students and to examine the mediating effects of internal health locus of control on the relationship between awareness and performance on standard precautions of hospital-acquired infection control. Methods: The participants in this study were 134 nursing students. The measurements included a standard precautions awareness and performance scale, and a multidimensional health locus of control scale. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple and multiple regression techniques. Mediation analysis was performed by the Baron and Kenny's method and Sobel test. Results: The mean score of standard awareness, standard performance, and internal health locus of control about standard precaution were $174.30{\pm}9.08$; $169.48{\pm}12.04$; and $20.43{\pm}2.82$; respectively. There was a positive correlation between standard awareness and performance (r=.414, p<.001). Also, standard awareness was significantly correlated with internal health locus of control (r=.413, p=.014). Internal health locus of control showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between awareness and performance. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to improve the internal health locus of control of nursing students. Therefore, an internal health locus of control improvement program should improve performance on standard precautions for patients and themselves.

사회복지 가치를 매개로 한 사회복지 교육과 옹호 태도 및 전략의 인과관계 분석 (A Study of the Causal Relationships between Social Work Education and Advocacy: The Mediating Effect of Social Work Values)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 교육이 사회복지 가치의 형성과 사회복지 옹호실천에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보았다. 또한 사회복지 옹호실천에 대한 사회복지 교육의 직접효과뿐 아니라 사회복지 가치를 매개로 한 간접효과를 검증함으로써 사회복지 옹호 실천에 있어서의 사회복지 가치의 중요성을 보여주고 있다. 조사대상자는 2004년에 서울과 경기지역의 사회복지관에서 근무하고 있는 242명의 사회복지사이며, 조사도구로는 사회복지 옹호태도, 사회복지 옹호전략, 사회복지 교육성과, 사회복지 가치, 자존감, 통제소재 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ 12.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 피어슨의 상관관계, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 통한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 사회복지옹호실천을 높이기 위해서는 인간행동과 사회환경, 실천론, 정책론, 조사론 및 실습 등의 기본적 방법론을 충실히 하는 것과 사회적 차원의 사회복지가치의 함양이 중요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주었다는 데에 의의가 있다. 또한 기존에 이루어지고 있는 사회복지 교육과정의 전반적인 재검토와 개인적 차원에 머무르고 있는 사회복지 가치의 체계를 사회적 차원으로 확대하고자 하는 방향성을 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.
