모바일 분노조절훈련 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가 연구 (Study on the Usability Evaluation of Mobile Anger Control Training Applications)

  • The present study aims to design an application for anger control training of individuals and test its practical usability with the goal of encouraging preventive training in daily life. This study also investigates, through usability evaluation, whether users can use the application to carry out the actual anger management training program, whether it is useful and convenient, and whether it produces adequate learning effects. In order to conduct usability evaluation, a usability evaluation scale comprised of six factors-utility, reuse intention, learning, error, and reflectivity-was derived, and survey items tailored to each factor were produced. The association between usability evaluation elements, user demographic parameters, mobile usage behavior, and state anger was also examined. The result demonstrated that additional menus and features are necessary to increase the usability of the application for anger management. The result also revealed that it is vital to build an intuitive application interface that users unfamiliar with mobile app functionality can easily navigate, as well as to add entertaining components in the content, as users may be somewhat bored. On the basis of the findings, ideas of modifying and creating anger management training programs were discussed.

임상간호사의 우울과 지각된 스트레스, 피로 및 분노간의 관계 (The Relationship between Depression, Perceived Stress, Fatigue and Anger in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between depression, perceived stress, fatigue and anger in clinical nurses. Method: A descriptive survey was conducted using a convenient sample. Data was collected by questionnaires from four hundred clinical nurses who worked at a university hospital. Radloff's CES-D for depression, Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein's Perceived Stress Scale, VAS for Fatigue, and Spielberger's STAXI for anger were used. The data was analyzed using the pearson correlation coefficient, students' t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Result: The depression of clinical nurses showed a significantly positive correlation to perceived stress(r=.360, p=.000), mental fatigue(r=.471, p=.000), physical fatigue(r=.350, p=.000), trait anger(r=.370, p=.000), anger-in expression(r=.231, p=.000), and anger-control expression(r=.120, p=.016). There was a negative correlation between depression and age(r=-.146, p=.003). The mean score of depression of nurses, 26, was a very high score and 40.8% of clinical nurses were included in a depression group. The main significant predictors influencing depression of clinical nurses were mental fatigue, trail anger, perceived stress, anger-in expression, and state anger, which explained about 32.7%. Conclusion: These results indicate that clinical nurses with a high degree of perceived stress, mental fatigue and anger-in expression are likely to be depressed.

모-자녀 간 역기능적 의사소통 유형의 군집과 특성분노 및 분노대처방식의 관계 (The Relationships Between Clusters of Types of Mother-adolescent's Problems in Family Communication and Adolescent's Trait Anger and Anger Coping Strategies)

  • This study examined natural groupings of mother-adolescents in terms of the sub-factors of problems in family communication. The natural groupings were as follows; the placating type, the blaming type, the super-reasonable type, and the inattention type. In addition, this paper also examined individual differences in trait anger and anger coping strategies patterns by clusters of sub-factors of problem in family communication. The subjects of this study consisted of 406 adolescents. Data were analyzed by means of cluster analysis and one-way ANOVA. The results from cluster analysis with the adolescent sample suggested the presence of four clusters ('placating-suppression', 'mixing up-confusion', 'authoritarian-hostility', 'consistent-repression'). Additionally, these four groups were found to be related to trait anger and anger coping strategies (anger-suppress, anger-out, anger-control).

학령기 후기 아동의 분노와 건강상태 (Anger and Health Status in Late School-Age Children)

  • Purpose: This cross-sectional study was designed to identify anger-expression types in late school-age children and investigate the relation between the identified anger-expression types and their health status. Method: One thousand twenty seven children in elementary school fifth and sixth grades were recruited from November to December, 2004. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, 2-test, ANOV A, Duncan's multiple comparison test, and Wilcoxon rank sum test. Results: Three anger-expression types in late school-age children were found; Anger-out/in, Anger-control, and Low anger-expression types. Children frequently using the anger-out/in type among the three types and with a higher state anger reported higher psychosomatic symptoms and depression. Children from a divorced or separated family reported higher state anger. Conclusion: This study suggests that a specific anger management program needs to be developed for late school-age children with high state anger and frequently using the anger out/in expression type. For understanding the anger level and the anger expression types of Korean school-age children, further research needs to be done with large samples using a randomized sampling method.

보건계열 신입생들의 분노조절정도에 따른 대인관계와 삶의 목적 (Health Allied College Students' Interpersonal Relationships and Purpose-in-Life depending on their Ability to Manage Anger)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference and correlation of interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life in health allied college students depending on their ability to manage anger. Method: A total of 244 students were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient with the SPSS program. Results: No significant difference of interpersonal relationship was observed between the anger controlled group and the anger uncontrolled group. Intimacy (p=.008) and understanding (p=.017) were significantly higher and openness was significantly lower in the anger controlled group (p=.024). Purpose-in-life was significantly higher in the anger controlled group (p<.001). There was no significant correlation of anger management and interpersonal relationship, however, there was significant positive correlation of anger management and purpose-in-life (r=0.15, p=.017) and interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life (r=0.29, p<.001). Conclusion: An education program for freshmen who cannot control anger can promote interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life.

학교폭력 예방을 위한 인터넷 기반 분노조절 프로그램의 개발과 효과 검증 (The Effect of an Internet-Based Anger Management Program for School-Aged Children to Prevent School Violence)

  • Objectives : This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an internet-based anger management program for school-aged children. Methods : Forty-eight elementary school students took part in an anger management training program; subsequently, participants, their parents, and their teachers answered questionnaires assessing the participants' anger, aggressiveness, and other emotional/behavioral problems, pre- and post-training. Results : At the post-training self-assessment, the participants showed significant reductions in their "anger-out" tendencies and physical aggressiveness. In addition, the effects of the program on "anger-out" tendencies, aggressiveness, anger and peer relational problem were found to be more significant in participants who reported depressive symptoms. Teachers rated the participants' peer-relational problems as having decreased after the training. Conclusion : The proposed internet-based anger management program had a significant effect on the school-aged children's abilities to control their anger.

중산층 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 청소년의 분노표현방식에 미치는 영향 (The effect of perceived parenting attitude on the anger expression of middle-class adolescent : the moderating effect of gender)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to find out the moderating effect of gender between parenting attitude and anger expression of adolescent. Particularly, to ensure that the anger of emotion is common nature, this study was conducted on the middle class adolescent of stable economic status. Method: The subjects of this study were 357 students, first grade from 3 high schools in Seoul. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation, and hierarchial regression, using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The main results were as follows: First, in parenting attitude the perception of monitoring and affection was less important for boys than girls, but more important in over expectation and neglect. Second, in anger expression the level of anger-control appeared higher than anger-in and anger-out, no significant gender difference in subfactors. Third, the effect of gender moderated the relationships between parenting attitude and anger expression of adolescent. Conclusions: The results indicated the need to recognize gender difference in controlling anger of adolescent and to improve dysfunctional parenting attitude in middle class. Furthermore, the implications were discussed in enhancing parent-adolescent communication, developing emotional education programs, and preventing juvenile delinquency.

고등학생의 자아존중감과 분노표현이 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향 요인 (The Factors of Self-esteem, Anger Expression on the SNS Addiction Tendency among High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 자아존중감, 분노표현, SNS중독경향성의 정도 및 그들 변수 간의 관계와 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 2020년 5월 18일~28일까지 총 10일 간 S시, G도 고등학교에 재학 중이며 SNS을 이용하고 있는 대상자에게 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 총 100부의 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, SNS중독경향성과 자아존중감(r=-.385, p<.001), 분노조절(r=-.354, p<.001)과는 보통의 역 상관관계, 분노표출(r=.321, p=.001), 분노억압(r=.308, p=.002)과는 보통의 순 상관관계를 나타냈다. SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향 요인은 자아존중감(β=-.297, p=.001), 성별(β=.266, p=.003), 분노표출(β=.247, p=.007) 순으로 회귀모형의 설명력은 27.7%로 나타났다(F=12.279, p<.001). 따라서 SNS중독경향성을 낮추기 위해 고등학생의 자아존중감을 높이고 분노표출을 낮추기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하며 특히 성별에서 여자 고등학생의 SNS중독경향성을 낮추기 위한 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

초등학생 부모의 분노조절능력 향상을 위한 부모교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of A Parent Education Program to Improve Anger Control Ability of Parents of Elementary School Children)

  • 부모가 분노를 잘 조절하지 못할 경우 자녀에게 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있으므로 부모에게는 분노조절 능력이 매우 필요하다. 본 연구는 초등학생 부모를 대상으로 분노조절 능력을 향상시켜 부모 역할 수행에 도움을 줄 수 있는 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 프로그램의 개발은 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 과정을 거쳤다. 분석 단계에서는 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 분노조절 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 알아 보았다. 설계 단계에서는 차시별 학습 목표를 설정하였으며 그에 따라 교육내용을 선정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 1차 2시간씩 8차의 교육활동을 구성하고 전문가로부터 내용 타당성을 검토 받았다. 실행 단계에서는 주 1차씩 8차에 걸쳐 프로그램을 적용하였다. 마지막으로 평가 단계에서는 프로그램의 효과를 평가하여 내용을 보완하였다. 프로그램의 평가는 양적 방법과 질적 방법을 병행하였다. 양적 방법은 사전 사후 비교를 통해 검증하였으며 Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test로 분석하였다. 질적 방법은 질문지와 면담 방법을 이용하였다. 프로그램 시행 후 참여자들의 사전 사후 비교분석 결과 부모들의 분노조절 능력, 부모효능감 모두에서 유의미한 향상이 있었다. 이는 참여자들이 프로그램 참여 후 직접 기술한 질적 평가내용에서도 확인되었다. 끝으로 연구자는 본 프로그램의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

대학생의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향: 분노표현의 매개효과 (Influence of Covert Narcissism on the SNS Addiction Proneness in University Student: Mediating Effect of Anger Expression)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향에서 분노표현의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 대학의 대학생 252명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애와 분노표현 및 SNS중독경향성을 조사하였으며, 매개효과는 Preacher와 Hayes(2008)의 SPSS Macro를 이용하여 붓스트랩 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 내현적 자기애와 분노표현 및 SNS중독경향성 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 SNS중독경향성 간의 관계에서 분노표출의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 내현적 자기애와 일상생활장애, 몰입 및 내성, 부정정서의 회피 간의 관계에서 분노표출의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 내현적 자기애와 가상세계지향성 및 금단 간의 관계에서 분노억제와 분노조절의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향에서 분노표현의 매개효과에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
