  • This research analyzed acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment targeting Chungcheongnam-do direct management enterprises. To do this, this research analyzed influence with acceptability of local public enterprise management assessment by composing the area with 5 aspects related to local public enterprise management assessment. More differentiated strategy is required to operate management assessment efficiently, since direct management enterprises have different shape from other public enterprises in respect of organizational structure. In case of water and sewage, it tends to be difficult to return the result of management assessment to the local government organization, so that managers' interest and effort is necessarily required. Also, responsible person's professionalism is required to raise achievement of direct management enterprise through management assessment, politic management plan for this is necessary. Above all, the structure of incentive for management assessment result is difficult in making intended effect as other public enterprises. Therefore, differentiation of compensation system for assessment result is required.

  • The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of "One Book, One Community" reading promotion campaigns in which universities are involved in the U. S. A. Many universities and colleges in various communities participate in "One Book" campaigns in communities as leaders or partners, and promote reading for students on campus through either "One Book, One Campus" or "common reading programs." Universities can contribute a lot to "One Book" campaigns in communities by providing library collection, human resources, and facilities, and especially coordinating programs and events which require subject specialties. Also, they can promote the significance of reading literary classics. "Common reading programs" help freshmen easily adjust to campus life and build the sense of belonging to the "academic community" by reading the same book and talking about it with other members of universities.

  • The purpose of study is development of a fuzzy controller which independent of a computer and its software for fuzzy control of servo system. This paper describes a method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control of servo system, based on decomposition of $\alpha$-level fuzzy sets, It is propose that fuzzy logic algorithm is a body from fuzzy inference to defuzzificaion in cases where the output variable u directly is generated PWM. The effectiveness of quantified $\alpha$-levels on input/output characteristics of fuzzy controller and output response of DC servo system is investigated. It is concluded that $\alpha$-cut 4 levels give a sufficient result for fuzzy control performance of DC servo system. The experimental results shows that the proposed hardware method is effective for practical applications of DC servo system.

  • The focus of regional innovation policies is shifting from a central government to local governments. No one denies the fact that the innovation will lead regional development and shall be created in such a way that it will be appropriate for regional circumstances. However, the central government and local governments have not arrived yet at a conclusion on what innovation policies are appropriate for regional circumstances. This leads to a consequence that is inefficient not only at a national level, but also at a regional level. This research, given this problem, aims to find out the characteristics and differences in innovation types among the regions in Korea and suggests appropriate policy implications by classifying such characteristics and differences. This research, given these objectives, classified regions in consideration of the various indicators that comprise the innovation suggested by existing related researches and illustrated policies based on such characteristics and differences. In this research clustering analysis based on multiple factor analysis was applied. Supplementary researches on dynamically analyzing stability in regional innovation types, establishing systematic indicators based on the regional innovation theory, and developing additional indicators are necessary in the future.

  • Today the Internet is being used in all areas. However, part of everyday life, the lack of ethics on the Internet, the Internet lies in state. Especially the youth, should exploit the anonymity. As a result, has caused many problems. Fps online game from young people enjoy the use of profanity and slang, and increasing the damage of cyber violence has also increased. The damage type of cyber violence, abusive and slang, and the age, the lower the investigation was to increase the damage. Lot of publicity and public service advertising is in progress in order to prevent problems, but its expected effects is lacking. In addition, using abusive and slang words, This is a fundamental and provide a service to handle deleted or blinds, but if you can not see the solution. In this paper suggests the language convert that can be applied to Fps online games. Language the conversion process, if applicable to the game, the abusive and slang language, helps to purify. Proposed language the conversion process is expected to reduce cyber violence used abusive and slang.

  • The task of this essay deals with the China's Cultural Rise in analizing the power of media and 'Go Global' policy. The phenomena of Chinese cultural hegemony over Asia beg study. I review the Chinese cultural industry going global. The notion of cultural hegemony is introduced in this study, in order to explain the rise of China accelerating a penetration and influence of Chinese cultural capital and its power. A peaceful rise of China links to its cultural hegemony over Asian countries. Currently, China has not sufficiently enjoyed the soft power due to its lack of globally accepted ideological dynamics in China's culture and media. But in the near future, market-driven Chinese cultural capital and contents will replace Korean ones.

  • The purpose of this research was to explore the levels of ethical consumptions and related factors on ethics of undergraduates as consumers. For statistical analysis, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson co-relationship analysis, and multiple regression analysis with a total of 761 questionnaires were conducted. The research results are summarized as follows. 1. The scores to measure ethical consumptions level of the undergraduates was ranged from 2.66 to 3.64, which were relatively low. 2. The ethical consumptions in the commercial transaction were found to have significant differences according to gender, college years, and religion. The ethical consumptions of current generation were found to have the significant differences depending on their gender, college years, major, parents's education level, monthly allowance, and religion. The ethical consumptions of future generation were found be significantly different based on their gender, college years, mother's education level, father's occupation, monthly household income, and monthly allowance. 3. The major variables affecting the level of the ethical consumptions in the commercial transaction were materialism, social responsibility, idealism and college years. The major variables affecting the level of the ethical consumptions of current generation resulted from social responsibility, frequency contact with the mass media about the ethical consumptions, religions, and materialism. Social responsibility, frequency contact with the mass media about the ethical consumptions, idealism, expenditure, experience about the consumption education and materialism were the factors affecting the level of the ethical consumptions of future generation.

  • Historically, the use of algorithms has been emphasized in the mathematics curriculum at the elementary school mathematics. The current reform movement in our country are seemed to emphasize the importance of algorithms in favor of problem-solving approaches, the conceptualization of mathematical processes and applications of mathematics in real world situations. Recently, children may come to school with a fairly well-developed attitude about mathematics and mathematical ideas. That is, they do not come to school and to learning mathematics with a clean slate. Because they have already formed some partial mathematical concepts in a wide variety of contexts. Many kindergarten children have attended pre-school programs where they played with blocks, made patterns, and started adding and subtracting. It seems that there are psychological change attitudes of the children in upper grades toward learning mathematics. In our elementary school mathematics, almost every student are still math anxious or have developed math anxiety because of paper-pencil test. In these views, this paper is devoted to introduce and apply to second grade students in ND-elementary school in Taegu City the new method for learning addition and subtraction so called ‘Mrs Weill's Hill’, which is believed as a suitable method for children with mathematical teaming disabilities and Math anxiety.
