Reinforced steel corrosion due to concrete carbonation is one of main factors on the durability of RC structure. The carbonation velocity have an effect on carbon dioxide density, concrete quality and structural shape. Specially, these problems have increased in urban area. This study investigates the carbonation status of the bridges and quantifies the effect of carbonation based on various domestic field data. The failure probability of durability is evaluated on the basis of reliability concept. According to experimental results of the carbonation depth, the carbonation depth increased with structural age and carbonation velocity decreased with high strength of concrete. In most cases, the failure probability of durability by carbonation was more than 10%. Also, The results requires the minimum cover thickness of 70-80mm for target safety index(${\beta}$=1.3) proposed by Korean concrete specification.

The purpose of this study is analyzes the violate behavior the Parking Area for the handicapped and monitor the management problem, therefore presents the improvement alternatives of it. We use the field interview survey method by visiting the government office of cities of 16, commercial facility, housings, medical centers, cultural and sports facilities, express highway rest area. We visited the 50 places and interviewed the 227 violating persons. As a result, violate behavior is divided into the not attachment of sticker on parking possibility and not accompaniment with walking disabled person. We presented the improvement alternatives for the lawful usage of the parking area for the handicapped. First, We have to magnify a recognition and a advertisement about the parking area for the handicapped. Second, We have to improve a management of expense, manpower and civil complains, etc. We have to prepare the legal revision which strengthens the concrete punishment for a violate behavior improvement.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) has become increasingly important in educational endeavors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of the utilization of ICT in elementary schools and to investigate problems and tasks to be solved for the effective use of ICT. Concerning the first purpose, a survey was conducted in February 2000, and the results are reported in this paper. For the second purpose, hindering factors are analyzed in relation to hardware, software, teacher training, curriculum, and administrative and financial support. Undoubtedly, ICT has been playing an important role in education. The effectiveness of this role largely depends upon how ICT is utilized in educational setting. Thus educators should carefully consider all aspects of the implementation of ICT, and devote efforts to solve problems occurring in the process of the implementation.

This study is for preparation a solution develop small suppliers. For this goal survey for the buyers, agents, supplier's situation and difficulties, policy and support systems. And After benchmark the other's countries, develop government policy, suppoet systems. As a results, the support must be made for public organization, small suppliers. The Response direction must be made for agents and private buyers. At the point of support systems, public organizations must implement the purchase systems and provide the verified informations of suppliers. And it's necessary to educate marketing and sales solutions. At the point of Response directions, it's necessary to make a standard for supply replaced MRO. And the beginning positioning directions of MRO-mall is needed to stress the differentials with private suppliers.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the qualification system of instructional designer in e-Learning field in order to provide e-learning experts for industry. The shortage of human resources is a serious problem in the e-learning industry. The following set of objectives were formulated to fulfill the study purpose. First, analyze the present situations and suggestions of the e-learning expert. Second, to analyze current states of private qualification administration/qualification administration authorization in e-learning field. Third, analyze the needs of universities and companies in e-learning qualification administration. Finally, based on the above three objectives, the study developed the practical qualification system, job analysis, methods and questions for an examination of e-learning instructional designer.

This study aimed to investigate the current state and trends of health literacy research conducted on female marriage immigrant in South Korea over the past 10 years. A total of 107 related studies were searched through the web database, and 10 of them that met the inclusion criteria were finally analyzed. Most of the studies conducted in the healthcare fields such as nursing. Of the 9 studies were descriptive study, and there were no intervention studies. Most of studies involving women from main country of origin such as Vietnam, China, and the Philippines, and many studies conducted convenience sampling of less than 200 subjects from some regions for reasons such as accessibility. As a tool for measuring health literacy, KHLAT was most frequently used. For future research, collaborative research with healthcare fields and other fields through interdisciplinary interaction is necessary, and a circumstance in which field workers actively participate in research should be prepared. In addition, further studies including larger sample and community-based intervention improve health literacy are needed. Finally, efforts to improve the methodological consistency in the application of health literacy tools and to develop standardized instruments are required.

This study aimed to investigate the evaluation of firefighting gloves and the behavior regarding their usage, of firefighting officials in Seoul, using a questionnaire. Responses from a total of 270 firefighters who are responsible for putting out fires or undertaking rescue works in Seoul were analyzed. As per the findings, the firefighters considered ease of hand operation and fire/flame protection as the most important performance factors for firefighting gloves, and they were satisfied with the supply status of the gloves. The average number of firefighting gloves currently owned by the firefighters was 2.6 ± 0.8 pairs. Thirty-nine percent of the respondents said that their firefighting gloves lasted, with maintained performance, for more than six months and less than a year, and when asked how they handled the gloves with degraded performance, 46% of them said that they would discard them. Sixty-eight percent of the respondents said that they used the most recently developed and supplied gloves, which they considered as the most satisfying gloves and which they mainly used these days. Respondents were highly satisfied with the fire/flame protection performance of their firefighting gloves, but were less satisfied, however, with the glove fit. These results suggest that there has been a significant improvement in the overall performance level and supply status of the firefighting gloves. Given the current situation, careful considerations with flexible approaches are needed on the current firefighting gloves size system as well as on the personal protective equipment maintenance and management scheme.

To analyze the present state of buildings suspended in Gangwon and estimate the compressive strength by visual inspection and Schmidt hammer method in order to analyze durability etc.. In this study, we analyzed the problems that existed in the location where construction is suspended and efficient management method. Expected construction restoration of construction will be restarted, and important parts of the construction site should be given the best protection measures so that the quality can be maintained thoroughly. The construction of the suspended construction is exposed to the freezing and thawing damage over time. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as maintenance, and take protective measures by establishing a plan to improve the durability of buildings that are under construction.

This study aims to present a Braille Library document creation and management status, and to identify ways to improve. This research field surveys and interviews were conducted three institutions, the quality requirements of the ISO 15489 standards. As a result, the Braille Library document management improvement plan is as follows. First, the policy and regulatory maintenance is needed. Copy of the regulations on the creation and management, access rights and related document management policies should be developed. Second, the document creation process needs to be improved. Electronic approval system responsible for the creation of persons who are visually impaired, visually impaired people can read documents created during document creation, and introduced measures and braille labels on the files attached to will have to be prepared. Third, the document management process needs to be improved. Changes in the creation copy of the records, and preserved along with the preservation of the original and the copy to have the same period, appointed to manage one set of all copies of the authentic copy of the plan is also required. Finally, for document management system should be introduced. Systematic document management system that can be introduced is required. This system will be designed to be accessible to the visually impaired, the search.

Since the establishment of a large-scale public experience facility in Korea, the construction project of public experience facilities has recently changed to a form where local governments or local education offices place delivery alone or agreements. In particular, due to the low frequency of delivery and the nature of delivery organization that do not have specialized organizations specializing in Delivery Framework, the role of enhanced Public Owner is needed. In response, this study investigated the current status and operation status of public experience facility construction projects in Korea and derived problems and directions for improvement of the current role of Public Owner. In addition, the study proposed the improvement of the role of public Owner in public experience facilities, which are composed of the promotion stage and functions reflecting the factors and attribute information of the business characteristics.
