  • In the many kind of construct-material, the concrete which has the high-strength and a durability is sufficient to use with structure-material. but the color of concrete is very monotony, so generally concrete isn't used the out surface. although color concrete is a method of expressing surface, the combination of pigment and cement cause many physical problem such as efflorescence phenomenon, strength degradation and so on. In this study, It attempt to develop the black mortar using the industrial granulated blast furnace slag and to evaluate basic physical properties compare with general color concrete to solve the color concrete problem. The result of experiment showed that the flow dropped mixing of pigment. but flow increased in proportion to the mixing rate in occasion of mortar that mix granulated blast furnace sla and black mortar which was made granulated blast furnace slag has more visible black color than any mortar.

  • Color concrete utilizes peculiar texture and color sense in external appearance actively as a finish. But, this color concrete is essential use of pigment for required color revelation, and color cone cleat from mixing of this pigment are different existent achromatic color concrete and basic properties of matter. this study progressed slump test and setting time examination through mortar injection resistance examination of mortar that mix Pigment.

  • Because buildings which apply color that is various to concrete recently are introduced, value as design element of building is rising gradually in townscape. Even if expense is increased according as importance of concrete that have variety of design because do such social background and connection is emphasized, development of color concrete is pressing. Therefore, in this research, examined concrete physical & chemical characteristics by use of acid agent as part of research to embody diverse surface color of cement material. Here, embodiment of various color by unique color that stained hydrate has as that Color Concrete forms stained oxide that react with hydrate within concrete spreading stained agent that contain acid and metallic-ion in matrix that have cement ingredient on the surface is available.

  • Even though concrete is the most important material for building structures, its intrinsic gray color degrades urban esthetics. In order to improve this problem, coloring methods of mixing pigment in concrete batch and painting the surface of concrete surface have been tried. However, applications of the coloring methods in construction field are difficult due to high cost and low durability. Recently, acid stain agent is emerging as a new coloring method for concrete. It is able to apply a remarkably thin colored layer on a concrete surface from chemical reaction between acid and alkaline solutions. This study has examined the changes and variations of the surface layer of mortar specimen from chemical reaction of acid stained agents. The colors were changed into natural irregular stains according to aging. After the staining, no shape change was found from visible inspections. Microstructure of the colored surface applied with acid stained agent was much rougher than that of original mortar. When the colored layer was compared to original surface, crystals of hydrate such as $Ca(OH)_2$ and C-S-H gel were observed. Surface hardness was same or slightly higher in the colored layer. The value of pH was reduced by approximately 10%, weight contents of elements such as Ca, Si, and Al were low. In the chemical composition of the colored layer, the non-cement based elements of Mn, Cr, and Cu increased. Also, Fe and alkali elements of K and Na increased.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate basic physical prorerties of color mortar using an industrial by-product called iron sulphate. First as the characteristic of fresh mortar, addition of iron sulphate reduced flow, air content and unit volume weight. Compressive strength was increased the most at substitution of 6% iron sulphate.

  • The Study has analyzed the overall material properties, the measurement of forming colors and applicability of color concrete through making color concrete using red mud heated at 800℃mixed with existing pigment and applying it to the actual field. As the results, the slump flow and aeration meet the target value and the compressed strength of the concrete mixed with red mud and pigment is higher than that of the plain. In addition, the measurement of forming colors turn out to be satisfactory and the color forming is excellent. In the field application, the color concrete panel is proved to make sure the beauty of store exits through its various design available.

개선된 영상 처리기법을 이용한 콘크리트 표면 균열 추출 및 분석

  • 본 논문에서는 콘크리트 표면 균열 영상에서 균열의 특징들을 추출하기 위하여, 영상 처리 기법을 개선하여 균열의 특징(길이,폭,방향)들을 자동으로 추출 및 분석 할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 영상 처리 기법에서는 비교적 잡음이 적고 균열이 적은 영상을 대상으로 균열을 추출하는 알고리즘을 제시하였기 때문에 많은 잡음과 균열을 가지는 영상에 대해서는 균열 검출 성능이 떨어지는 경향이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 제안한 균열 추출 및 분석 알고리즘은 컬러 영상에서 Histogram Stretching 기법을 적용하여 영상의 콘트라스트 특성을 향상 시킨 후, Robert 연산자를 다시 적용해 균열을 강조하고, 강조된 균열을 Multiple 연산을 이용하여 밝기 차이를 크게 한 후, 개선된 적응 이진화기법을 이용하여 균열의 후보 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 균열 후보 영역을 형상 분석과 위치 및 방향분석을 이용하여 잡음을 제거하고 균열의 특징을 분석한다. 실제 콘크리트 표면 균열 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 균열 검출 성능이 기존의 방법보다 본 논문에서 제안한 방법이 더 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • This study investigated the application of red muds, which were industrial wastes fired at 800℃, with a coloring agents. The results were summarized as following. The slumpflow, air content and unit weight volume were satisfied with each target values. The setting time was shortened on the case that 3 % of the red coloring agent and fired red mud were simultaneously replaced about 1 hour compared with the previous study which was 6 % of the red coloring agent was individually used. For the length change ratio caused by drying shrinkage and depth of neutralization on hardened concrete, they were declined when 3 % of the red coloring agent and fired red mud were simultaneously replaced compared with the previous study. On the measurement of forming colors, the case that 3 % of the red coloring agent and fired red mud were simultaneously replaced was similar to the previous study.

  • This study investigates the fundamental properties of the color concrete corresponding to the various types and contents of the coloring agent. For the properties of the fresh, the flow is gradually decreased corresponding to increasing of the coloring agent, and it is approached to the target flow on $3{\sim}6%$ of the adding amounts. The air content is increased in accordance with the increase of the coloring agent. For the properties of the hardened concrete, the compressive strength is increased about 9 and 12% in the case that $3{\sim}6%$ of red and yellow coloring agents is mixed. And they are decreased when white and black coloring agents. The chromaticity of red $(a^*)$ and yellow $(b^*)$ is appropriate at 6% of the adding amounts, and luminosity of the white and black is also favorable because of economy at 6%, so the formative article is manufactured successfully to aim in the result of this study.

  • This study investigated fundamental properties of the colored concrete Corresponding to the various temperatures for plasticity and additive volume of the redmud. the results were summarized as following. There was no difference on the air contents and slumpflow at each temperatures for plasticity. The color tone was high in accordance with increase of temperatures for plasticity, but the drying shrinkage length change was shown in the opposite tendency. The slumpflow was gradually declined, but the air content, compressive strength, color ton and drying shrinkage length change were overall increased when the additive volume of the redmud was increased.
