165년의 전통을 이어오면서 세계 최고의 사료브랜드로 부상한 카길애그리퓨리나는 지난 1960년대 한국에 진출한 이후 양계사료를 비롯한 특수사료 시장까지 확대하며 국내 축산업 발전에 큰 역할을 담당해 왔다. 카길애그리퓨리나는 '인류를 풍요롭게 하는 세계적 리더가 된다'는 비전아래 '동물을 건강하게, 삶을 풍요롭게'라는 사업목표를 세우고 '차별화된 가치 창조'라는 사명감으로 전 임직원이 신뢰할 수 있고 창조적이며 진취적인 자세로 업무에 임하고 있다. 본고는 지난 2010년 국내 사료회사로서는 처음으로 양계사업본부를 만들어 새로운 비젼을 제시하고 있는 카길애그리브랜드 퓨리나 김진형 본부장(전무, BU장)을 만나 본부의 역할과 사업 방안을 들어보았다.

마콘도 사고 후 미국을 필두로 해양 석유 시추 및 생산활동에 대한 규제가 대폭 강화되었으며, 선진국 위주로 안전기준의 준수를 통상의 규제수단으로 이용하고 있다. 향후 해양플랜트 분야 진출을 시도하는 기업은 HSE 분야에 대한 적극적인 대응이 필요하다. 주요 선진국의 Offshore 분야 HSE 규제 동향과 안전관리시스템의 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

이제는 자판기가 스타까지 만드는 세상. 작년부터 불붙기 시작한 정보컨텐츠 기술을 응응한 자판기화 동향은 연예계 진출을 위한 오디션까지 대신하여 주는 단계까지 이르렀다. 오디션자판기 시장은 지난해 기술개발과 제품화가 본격화되기 시작한 이래, 바야흐로 본격적인 시장공략과 인기몰이가 시도되고 있다. 이벤트성 성격이 강한 만큼 장기시장으로 가기 위해서는 많은 과제 역시도 안고 있는 오디션자판기 시장. 과연 크게 한번 뜨기 위해서는 어떠한 시장과제들이 선결되어 나가야 하나. 올 들어 본격적인 사업행보를 내딛기 시작한 라피, 하이스튜디오 두 업체의 사업행보를 중심으로 시장 활성화 방안을 모색해 봤다.

글로벌 화학 및 제약기업인 바이엘코리아(주)는 지난 8월 1일자로 동물의약사업부의 총괄 책임자에 장긍순 부사장을 선임하였다. 이번 선임은 1994년 4월 독일인이 초대 부사장직을 맡은 이래 18년 만에 한국인으로는 최초로 부사장직에 오르게 돼 그 의미가 더욱 크다. 바이엘코리아(주)는 지난 1955년 국내에 첫 진출한 이후 비약적인 발전을 이루어왔으며, 현재 한국내 바이엘그룹은 아스피린을 통해 잘 알려진 바이엘헬스케어를 비롯, 바이엘멀티리얼사이언스, 바이엘크롭사이언스로 구성되어 있다. 본고는 30여 년 동안 동물약품업계에 몸담아오면서 동물약품업계 발전에 기여해 온 장긍순 부사장을 만나 향후 운영방안을 들어보았다.

본 연구의 목적은 SWP강화를 위한 교수법 개선 및 적용을 통해 교수자들 스스로 수업방식을 채택해보고 가지고 있는 경험과 노하우를 공유해 학습자 특성에 맞는 사회복지현장 실무형 수업방법을 적용하고 개선 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학습자 동기유발 적용 방안으로 복지현장의 유형별 사업 진행 모습 시청(유튜브 동영상), 사회복지현장의 실무자 초대 또는 인터뷰 영상, 복지현장에 진출한 선배와의 만남 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 학습자 참여 방안으로 복지현장에서 진행하는 행사 참여, 복지기관 홈페이지 또는 유튜브에 댓글(선플) 달기, 복지현장 탐방 또는 실무자와의 인터뷰 영상을 편집하여 제출하는 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 상호작용 적용 방안으로 수업에 앞서 사회복지현장의 이야기를 다룬 기사, 에세이, 사진 등에 대한 소감으로 소통하는 방법과 SNS 토론(e-campus, 카카오톡 등)을 통해 복지현장에서 중요하게 다루어지는 이슈에 대한 토론 등 적용 방안이 필요하다.

Recently, with achieved US$ 500 Billion international cumulative construction order, the Korean government presented overseas construction industry visions for international orders of US$ 100 Billion and entering the top five countries in global construction market. Also, Korean companies are developing strategies for expansion of international markets. However, ODA loan projects are low risk for the Korea Construction companies trying to advance their overseas business. This study provides data-based advice on securing competence for Korean construction companies entering the global market through the ODA loan projects. To analysis construction firm's competitiveness for ODA loan project, FGD was utilized and BSA model was applied to the valuable analysis. Competencies highly assessed were construction quality control, relationship building through high-level diplomatic activities, and project management. Competencies requiring urgent improvement were handling risks of local countries, financing projects, and developing know-how within participating companies.

This research suggests feasible means for domestic railway industries to actively enter overseas railway markets by thoroughly analyzed the business trends of the expanding international railway markets and their characteristics. The 983 independent cases of international railway orders introduced in domestic markets during the past five years were analysed. In order to enhance the efficiency and consistency of the series of analysis, one classification system was established, and proportions of each category were assessed after the analysis of each piece of business information in the classification. It can be concluded from the analysis that early entrance into new projects with system design similar to that used in Korea will enrich the chances for domestic industries to enter the expanding international railway market, because Korean business is likely face competition from other companies for low-price contracts if the entering timing to the market is too late.

This research paper aims to inform and suggest methods in which Korea Media content could successfully enter the African broadcasting market. It also seeks to suggest preparatory steps and propose various policies that Korean government could provide, to aid the export process. In order to maximize the Korean media content exposure in the Kenyan market, increased financial support for subtitles and dubbing as well as launching a Korean culture center is suggested. In addition, to encourage more diverse channels to show the Korean content, joint content production between Korea and Kenya should be considered. Moreover, in analyzing the social, cultural, ethnic and local characteristics of the Kenyan people, the paper seeks to identify the most efficient method in which Korean wave could be more widespread in Kenya. Since virtually no prior research papers exist on Kenyan's social and cultural characteristics and their thought process on the Korean media content, this paper seeks to provide valuable insight and policy implications for Korean media policy makers.

This study examines the recent business models of domestic logistics companies in Hanoi and Hai Phong, Vietnam, and suggests implications. We introduced business models (coastal shipping, distribution center and ICD transportation, cold chain, border crossing, port development, etc.) that provide logistics services through cooperation with existing logistics companies (shippers, logistics companies, local companies, etc.). If we propose a partnership plan in the short and medium term, short-term projects include warehouse, ICD, trucking business, and it is feasible to not only collaborate with Korean companies that have already entered the market, but to also invest in joint ventures with local companies (up to 51% of local companies). In the long term, we can consider coastal transportation, cross-border transportation, trucking, and investment in new deep sea ports. All of these businesses require local partnerships, so local companies require a 51% stake.
