The study was attempted to investigate the factors influencing the academic procrastination of nursing college students. The subjects who participated in this study were 215 nursing students at one college in the Ulsan were surveyed using a structured questionnairs. Independent t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise regression were performed on the collected data using SPSS 25.0 program. Study finding revealed that fear of failure(β=0.65, p<.001), socially prescribed perfectionism(β=0.29, p<.001), about academic procrastination were significant predictive variables(F=26.68, p<.001). This variables accounted for 28.8% of the variance in core nursing competency. The results of this study can be used as basic data for developing a program to lower the academic procrastination level of nursing students.

It is necessarily required in developing Si-based anode materials for lithium ion batteries, and the related researches are actively working especially in Si-carbon composite material. On the other hand, the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries discard huge amount of Si resources, facing the environmental issue. In this study, recycled Si resource is adopted to obtain Si-carbon composite for LIB(Lithium-Ion Batteries). In order to improve high-capacity retention characteristics and cycle stability of a Si anode material for the LIB, two differenct composites having a mass ratio of silicon and pitch of 1:1 and 2:1 are synthesized and electrochemical characteristics of the anode material manufactured by simple self-assembly method. This result in excellent initial capacity with stable cycle life, and confirming the potential use of recycled Si material for LIB.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influences of the communication capability, the interpersonal relationship satisfaction, and the feeling of self-efficacy of the middle aged men on their psychological feeling of well-being. The survey was performed on 208 employees of 5 ordinary corporations. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analysed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression. Study findings revealed that the factors that had the influences on the psychological well-being of the middle-aged men were the communication ability(β=.23, t=3.07, p=.002) and self-efficacy(β=.44, t=6.91, p=.000). And the explanation power of the regression model appeared as being 59.4%(F=24.30, p=.000). The findings indicate the necessity of developing nursing intervention programs for the middle-aged men to improve psychological well-being by enhancing communication ability and self-efficacy.

This study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between childcare teachers' ego-resilience, optimism, and job stress and the relationship between these variables and to identify factors affecting job stress. The study method was targeted to 191 childcare teachers working in D Metropolitan City from March to April 2021. The self-reliance, optimism, and job stress of childcare teachers were surveyed using a survey instrument. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of this study, first, ego resilience and optimism showed a positive correlation, ego resilience and job stress had a negative correlation, and optimism and job stress had a negative correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the job stress of childcare teachers, it was found that ego resilience had an effect. According to these results, in order to lower the job stress of childcare teachers, a program that can improve self-resilience and lower job stress should be developed and provided.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the health factors of the elderly according to the region by analyzing the physical fitness and fall efficacy of the female elderly living in rural and urban areas. The subjects of this study consisted of 98 female elderly people living in rural and urban areas who exercise health and cheerleading at least twice a week at the regional center(REG; n=46, 77.53±6.37 yrs, 151.81±5.26 cm, 60.00±9.42 kg, UEG; n=53, 73.57±2.70 yrs, 154.07±3.52 cm, 57.37±2.06 kg). Physical strength was measured for muscular endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, and flexibility. Falling efficacy was measured using 10 items of Fall Efficacy Scale developed by Tinetti et al. Significant differences in flexibility and fall efficacy were found in urban older adults (p<.01, p<.05). There was no significant difference in muscular endurance and cardiac endurance (p>.05). In the future, studies to improve the imbalance of health factors of the elderly in the region should be continuously conducted.

This study was a randomized before-and-after design of 17 subjects in the experimental group and 17 subjects in the control group to investigate the effects of listening to relaxing music on the mood state and autonomic nervous system, that is, heart rate of hospitalized patients with mental illness. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS V15.0. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in mood state and autonomic nervous system, that is heart rate and the effect of listening to relaxation music was objectively verified(<.05). among the subdomains of mood states, tension(<.00), depression (<.00), vitality (<.03), fatigue () <.01), excluding anger (>.39) and confusion (>.33) showed a significant difference, proving that it is an effective intervention method applied to hospitalized mentally ill patients. In the future, we would like to suggest long-term intervention research and development and application, and research on the effect of mood change and heart rate using individual preferred music.

This study was attempted to understand the effect of university students' psychological well-being and interpersonal competence on their career decision-making self-efficacy. The participants of this study were 154 university students, and data collection was conducted from November 1 to December 10, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using x²-test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Psychological well-being and interpersonal competence were found to be significant influencing factors on career decision-making self-efficacy and the explanation power was 41.6% (F=66.48, p<.001). When establishing a program that can improve career decision-making self-efficacy of university student, psychological well-being and interpersonal competence, which are factors that affect career decision self-efficacy revealed through the results of this study, should be considered.

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance and satisfaction of online classes and non-face-to-face mixed classes at universities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conductedtargeted fourth-grade students taking adult nursing lectures at the Department of Nursing at one university. Class performance and class satisfaction were compared between students who participated in the non-face-to-face class and participated in the non-face-to-face mixed class. class performance, students' average scores out of 100 on the final exams were compared. Class satisfaction compared the average score of questionnaire on class satisfaction Class performance was high in online classes, Class satisfaction was higher in mixed classes than in non-face-to-face classes. In the future, it will be necessary to develop and operate various educational methods for university education in the post-COVID-19 era.

Offset trade has been applied in Republic of Korea's defense acquisition programs since early 1980s and used for national economic development as well as enhancement of military capabilities. The accumulated offset trade value amounts to over 10 billion dollars by 2010. However, questions in regards to the effectiveness of offset trade have been constantly raised. As it is a quite difficult task to analyze and calculate the application performance of defense technologies acquired by offsets objectively, limited level of quantitative analysis of application performance have been conducted so far. Hence, in this paper, we came to understand the overall status of application of those technologies through in-depth performance analysis and suggested some specific policies for the further development of offset trade based on the analysis results. To begin with, we developed a questionnaire based on performance indicator deducted through literature review of relevant researches, and conducted survey of major offset recipients. Also, another survey of offset experts belonged to the army, government organization, research institute and companies was conducted to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of offsets qualitatively. And we analyzed the efficiency of application performance using DEA. The results of all surveys are showing that there is positive accomplishment in the technological aspect, but in economic aspect, it shows relatively inactive outcome. Based on these results, policy direction is considered to be changed from the emphasis on the acquisition of core technology to revitalization of domestic defense industry in line with new government's policy orientation.

국내 염색가공업에 종사하는 중소기업은 약 1,700여개 업체로써, 평균 50억/년 매출을 하고 있으며, 생산의 대부분을 임가공에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이들 염색가공업체들은 섬유제품의 품질 향상 등을 위해 전처리, 염색, 가공이라는 섬유습식공정을 행하게 되는데 그 공정이 따로 분리되어 있어 임가공 업체 입장에서는 시간과 비용 차원에서 비효율적인 면이 존재하여 왔다. 따라서 공정합리화, 원가합리화를 위해 따로 분리되어 있는 위 공정을 통합하려는 시도를 많이 했지만 전처리/염색 공정의 통합에서 일부 성과가 있었을 뿐 효과면에서는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 가공이란 공정은 그사용 약제의 특수성에 따라 기존 Padding-Drying-Curing이라는 3 step process를 반드시 필요로 하고 있기 때문에 가공 공정의 통합은 시도조차 이루어지지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 염색공정과 가공공정의 통합을 시도하기 위해서는 관련 약제 개발이 출발이라 할 수 있으며 그 첫 대상은 염색 공정의 소핑과 가공공정의 유연처리를 동시에 행할 수 있는 소핑유연제로 선정하려 한다. 즉 셀룰로오스계 섬유의 반응성 염색 후 소핑 공정에서 일액형 소핑유연제, 한가지 제품만을 간편하게 사용해도 소핑효과와 유연효과를 동시에 얻어 후속 유연처리 공정을 생략할 수 있는 것이다. 그렇게 되면 시간적으로나 비용적으로 큰 절감 효과를 가져와 임가공 업체의 부담을 덜어 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공정 통합을 통해 배출되는 폐수의 양도 상당량 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구 결과, 폴리옥시에틸렌 트리데실 에테르 타입의 계면활성제와 개질된 디메틸폴리실록산 계열의 실리콘 오일, 그리고 이들의 상용성을 확보하기 위한 특수 용제 및 첨가제를 최적의 비율로 배합하여 안정한 일액형 복합 소핑유연제를 제조할 수 있었다. 제조된 소핑유연제는 유백색 반투명 액상의 외관을 가지며 pH(10%solution)는 $7{\pm}1$, 고형분은 $13.5{\pm}0.5%$이었다. 이 소핑유연제의 성능 평가결과, 소핑력은 기존의 소핑제와 동등 수준으로 세탁견뢰도 4급이상의 성능을 보였고, 유연성 면에서도 기존의 유연제와 동등 수준으로 평가되었다. 이로써 기존의 분리된 소핑 공정과 유연공정을 개발된 제품을 이용하여 통합할 수 있어 염색현장의 비용절감, 공정단축의 효과를 기대할 수 있게 되었다.
