Constructing Database and Social Experiment of Scenic Byway Using the Multi-Transportation of Korea and Japan (복합교통수단을 이용한 한·일 Scenic Byway의 DB구축 및 실현에 대한 과제)

  • This study intends to construct scenic byway database and to examine and suggest social experiment of scenic byway. As basis work for the experiment of the scenic byway, we build database by using ITS standard node link management system. The DB includes scenic byway routes of Korea and Japan. The analyses show that the scenic byway in both nations consists of roads, reservation, road sign, vehicle number plate, and it was found that infrastructure and system are inadequate for scenic byway. These experiment can be effectively used for scenic byway in Korea and Japan as the basis data. The results of this experiment will be useful for plan and develop a scenic byway.

The Research of the Satisfaction and Current State with Repair Service of Assistive Technology Devices for the Disabled (장애인보조기구 수리서비스 현황 및 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction with repair service of assistive technology devices for the disabled and the current state of the service, find the problems of the repair service, and to seek an effective development plan. This study had been conducted from July to October, 2015, with 750 disabled, and 280 completed questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Among assistive technology devices, the devices that required repair most were mobility devices. Repair was made mostly in purchase agencies and the repair institute. In the satisfaction survey, the causes for somewhat dissatisfaction were long repair time and complicated repair application and procedure. With regard to the central government's roles to active repair service for assistive technology devices, it was found that it was very necessary to expand the promotion of repair support business, come up with the criteria about repair support items and support amount, and establish the legal system to repair assistive technology devices. Therefore, in order to provide more effective and systematic repair service for assistive technology devices, it will be necessary to establish repairing process of assistive technology devices and standardization of costs that repair assistive technology devices.

  • Generally, construction management is classified into two categories in the construction industry; CM for fee and CM at risk, most project is executed by the construction supervision including construction management in CM for fee field in Korea. The division of work scope is complicated among construction manager(CMr) and difficult to implement the construction management efficiently by CMr. in this case. Therefore, it is desired to apply the specialized Project Management Information System(PMIS) systematically include construction management procedure. We propose the future development of construction management on construction site based on the analyzed problem with PMIS and guideline and CM concept on construction site, composition of CM procedure through this Jeonju World Cup Stadium CM project.

  • Recently, quality inspection and defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for increasing customer satisfaction and corporate image in domestic construction industry. However, the quality inspection and defect management have not been performed systematically because of insufficient field managers, the excessive amount of documents, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the field manager could not perform the quality inspection and defect management work in time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect data was decreased. The primary objective of this study is to propose a quality inspection and defect management system using information technology which enables field managers to efficiently gather the information of defection in apartment housing. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed system would be able to imp개ve communication among the related participants and systematically accumulate data that might be used in similar construction projects.

  • The future of communication systems is expected to combine with the terrestrial and satellite networks. A commonality between wireless interfaces is important consideration for cost of user equipment in the integrated satellite and the terrestrial system. Because IMT-Advanced system take into account LTE based on the terrestrial system for the next generation of communication, a study of the LTE-based satellite system is especially required. A frame of the existing terrestrial wireless networks is designed to use for a random access up to the maximum cell radius of 100 km. However, the random access scheme for the terrestrial system cannot be used in the satellite system, because the satellite systems generally have large coverage than the terrestrial system. Therefore, we propose that the efficient random access procedure to reduce latency and complexity for the satellite system maintaining commonality with the terrestrial system in this paper.

Interactive Animation of Articulated Bodies using a Procedural Method (절차적 방법을 이용한 다관절체의 대화형 동작생성)

  • In interactive environments including computer games and virtual reality applications, we have increased need for interactive control of articulated body motions. Recently, physically based methods including constrained dynamics techniques are introduced to this area, in order to produce more realistic animation sequences. However, they are hard to achieve real-time control of articulated bodies, due to their heavy computations. In this paper, we present a procedural method for interactive animation of articulated bodies. In our method, each object of the constrained body is first moved according to their physical properties and external forces, without considering any constraints. Then, the locations of objects are adjusted to satisfy given constraints. Through adapting this two-stage approach, we have avoided the solving of large linear systems of equations, to finally achieve the interactive animation of articulated bodies. We also present a few example sequences of animations, which are interactively generated on PC platforms. This method can be easily applied to character animations in virtual environments.

  • In ports of Korea, the marine traffic flow is congested due to a large number of vessels coming in and going out. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of these vessels, South Korea is operating with a Vessel Traffic System, which is monitoring its waters 24-7. However despite these efforts of the VTS (Vessel Traffic System) officers, marine accidents are occurring in their assigned districts. VTS Officers are controlling subjectively based on their experience due to no VTS guideline. On this paper, we listened to Busan VHF channel for 3days and applied to collision risk model. With collision risk model, We deducted a moment which advise or recommend to vessel in encounter situation, VTSO's career, day&night.. We suggested a collision risk value as guide line of VTSO's control time.

On this paper, we listened to Busan VHF channel for 3days and analyzed the message. With collision risk model, We analyzed a moment of risk which officers advise or recommend to vessel in encounter situation, VTSO's career, and day&night.

  • 습지 생태계는 복잡한 물리적 생지화학적 프로세스의 상호작용이 있으나, 습지 생태계의 건강성 회복을 위한 첫 번째 단계는 습지 생태계에서의 물순환에 대한 정확한 이해일 것이다. 또한 지역적인 물 균형 및 생태계 보전에서 습지를 활용하기 위해서도 습지 물순환에 대한 정량적인 이해는 필수적이다. 그러나, 습지 물순환의 이해를 위해 필수적인 관측 자료들은 현장 측정으로 획득하기 어려운 자료이거나 비용적인 문제로 인하여 관측이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Sentinel-2 위성 자료를 활용하여 습지의 유입량을 추정하기 위한 절차를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한반도 동남부의 낙동강에 위치한 주요 다목적댐의 자료를 활용한 분류 기반의 인공지능 모델이 설계된다. 인공지능의 학습을 위한 입력자료는 아래와 같은 절차에 의해 만들어진다. 1) 다목적댐의 수위-물 체적 관계를 이용하여 수위-수표면적 관계 곡선 도출. 2) 수위-수표면적 관계 곡선과 DEM을 활용하여 물과 육지 영역을 구분하는 식별자를 도출. 3) Sentinel-2 위성 정보와 물-육지 식별자를 비교하는 랜덤 포레스트 모델을 설계. 4) 위성 정보의 물-육지 정보로부터 미계측 습지 지역의 물과 육지를 식별할 수 있는 식별자 도출. 이러한 과정을 경유하여 추정된 습지의 수표면적과 습지 지역의 DEM을 결합함으로써 습지의 수위-수표면적-물 체적 관계 곡선이 산정되어, 최종적으로 습지의 유입량이 모의된다. 모의된 습지 유입량은 다양한 수문 모델의 매개변수를 추정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 검증된 수문 모델을 활용하여 습지의 물순환의 이해도를 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 부동산문제등과 관련하여 지적(地籍) 및 용도지역지구 자료의 중요성이 부각되면서, 복잡한 법적 절차를 갖춘 시스템이 구축되고 있다. 그 중 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)은 각 지자체별 지적 및 도시계획 관련 데이터 구축, 업무시스템 및 건축 인허가등의 민원발급, 부동산 관련 다양한 통계 등을 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 이 시스템이 설치되어 있는 시군구 중 일반구(區)를 포함한 시(市)의 경우는 법적인 편집 권한이 다른 기관에서 공통 데이터베이스의 편집에 따른 데이터 무결성 문제와 네트워크 장애에 따른 업무 지연 등의 업무 연속성 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반구가 포함된 시(市)에서의 지적도편집, 용도지역지구도 편집 등 이종의 기관에서 이루어지는 분산 환경 데이터베이스편집에 따른 동기화의 문제점을 제기하고, 이러한 문제점을 보완할 수 있도록 트랜잭션 단위로 공간 및 속성 데이터의 복제를 담당하는 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 동기화 아키텍처를 제안하고, 동기화부분과 표준화부분, 트랜잭션관리부분으로 구성되어 있는 Replicator의 구성요소를 설계 및 구현하고 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스의 변경부분을 미반영 데이터베이스에 반영하는 처리절차와 처리 후 결과를 제시하여, 지적 및 용도지역관련 데이터를 두 개 이상의 기관에서 동시에 편집한 내용이 실시간으로 두 기관의 분산 데이터베이스에 변경 분이 반영되어 모두 동기화 되어 있는 것을 공간데이터 편집기로 확인해 볼 수 있었다.
