시퀀스제어는 제조, 유통, 건설, 의료 산업분야의 기계, 전기, 전자, 자동화 등에 응용되어 널리 사용하고 있다. 4차산업의 발전으로 제어분야에 인공지능 융합 기술이 산업에 중요한 요소가 되어가고 있다. 특히 기존 시스템에 마이크로프로세서와 인공지능이 융합된 설비의 안전성과 혁신성을 평가하고 신뢰성 높은 장비개발이 요구되고 있어 교육목적의 장비를 개발하여 해당분야의 발전을 견인하고자 한다. 자체 개발한 일체형 인공지능 컨트롤러 모듈은 기존의 시퀀스 및 PLC제어 회로에 인공지능 능력을 융합한 장비이다. 본 장비의 성능평가항목으로 동작, 음성, 문자, 색상 등의 인식 능력과 회로의 안정성, 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 시퀀스 및 PLC 회로를 설계 후 융합된 일체형 인공지능 컨트롤러 모듈의 성능평가항목이 모두 만족하였고 회로의 안전성과 신뢰성에 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is aimed at providing fundamental data for marketing strategies needed to determine the direction of policy to operate hospitals in an effective way. From the analysis, it was found that: first, expectation toward hospitality of the staff, facilities, environment and administrative service of hospitals for the elderly exercises significantly positive(+) effects on satisfaction of patients; second, trust in and satisfaction with administrative service of hospitals for the elderly exerts significantly positive(+) effects on the intent of patients for revisit and information by word of mouth; and third, the intent for revisit influences positively the intent for information by word of mouth significantly. It is therefore needed to try to understand the motives and tendencies of the elderly in selecting hospitals, to promote their satisfaction and to cultivate the spirit for patient-oriented service. Furthermore, efforts should be made to gain trust of medical staff, effects of medical treatment as well as medical equipment in addition to laborious endeavors to work out marketing strategies backed up by price competitiveness of paradigm.

본 논문에서는 환자가 실내 측위 기술과 스마트폰을 이용하여 대형 병원의 내부에서 진료 동선을 스스로 찾아갈 수 있도록 하는데 도움을 주는 네비게이션 모델을 제안한다. 정보기술의 비약적인 발전과 함께 실내 측위 기술을 결합한 스마트폰의 위치기반 어플리케이션들이 각광 받게 되었다. 또한, 실내 측위와 관련된 응용 서비스도 새로이 창출되어 점차 이에 대한 관심과 그 정확성을 높이기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 실내측위 기법들 중 가장 보편적인 것은 Wi-Fi 신호를 이용 하는 삼각측량 기법으로 초기 구축비용이 저렴하며 서비스 제공 가능 범위가 넓어 본 논문에서 다루고자 하는 장소인 병원의 특성에 알맞다. 따라서 본 모델은 Wi-Fi를 이용하여 사용자의 정확한 위치를 추정하고 진료 프로세스에 따라 경로를 안내를 해주는 네비게이션 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통하여 환자에게는 진료를 위한 효율적인 동선을 제공함과 동시에 대형 병원에서는 인적, 물적 낭비를 줄이는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

According IEC 60601-1 ed3.1 and IEC 60601-2-45 regulation, diagnostic X-ray equipment should be display to measured and calculated air kerma area product. On the clinical X ray equipment, air kerma area product dosimeter would like to have an evidence for dosimeter accuracy and energy dependency. This study was performed to indirect calibration and energy dependency test for attached type air kerma area product (KAP) dosimeter by RQR standards beam quality. On the RQR5 beam quality, attached KAP dosimeter error showed -7.5%, respectably. On the RQR9 beam quality, attached KAP dosimeter error showed -10.4%, respectably. All RQR beam quality, average absolute error was $8.30%{\pm}2.85%$, respectably. On this study, attached KAP dosimeter was satisfied to IEC 60580 and AAPM TG 190. This calibration method of KAP dosimeter will help to performance maintain for clinical KAP dosimeter.

As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in Gyoungsangnam province, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to December 15, 2016, after we sent out a total of 250 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical institution located in Gyoungsangnam province, 200 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.12 point) and problems(3.01 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. The supplementary education is an essential education that any health and medical service personnel must complete. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficaciousness of the education, the diverse opinions and efforts to improve the education levels must be supported. Futhermore, through the realistic educational program, the continuous education for radiological technologist with excellent qualities and competence should be done.

The purpose of this study is to find out factors that affect subjective well-being among dental hygienists. The questionnaires were consisted of 7 categories: general characteristics, job characteristic, job satisfaction, job identity, job commitment, Leisure satisfaction and subjective well-being. T-test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression were applied in this analysis. The results are as follows: Job satisfaction, job identity, job commitment and leisure satisfaction had significant influence on positive experience index (p<0.05). Leisure satisfaction was the most significant factor and it positively influences the positive experience index. In order to increase the subjective well-being among dental hygienists, plans that can increase the job satisfaction, job identity, job commitment and leisure satisfaction should be implemented by improving job-related factors.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between health information literacy and life satisfaction according to households type of the elderly targeting 9,820 people aged 65 or older using data from the 2021 Community Health Survey. Methods: This study used SPSS 27.0 to conduct logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the study subjects' health literacy and life satisfaction. Results: Single-person households had higher life satisfaction when they perceived written health literacy to be easy to understand, and multi-person households had higher life satisfaction when they perceived health information explained verbally by medical staff to be easy to understand. Conclusions: There is a need to develop customized education programs and elderly health policies that take into account the characteristics of each households type.

The purpose of this study was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction relate to health examination of National health insurance service in Busan. This paper provide basic information of conducted by the National Health Insurance service, and the perception of health examination to provide satisfaction. The sampling group was selected in Busan's health examinations tests can be conducted targeting. Distributed 300 questionnaires were used in the final paper, call 221 and survey was accomplished between March and th June in 2013. The analyzed results was as followed; 1) There was significant of have used medical examinations; have medical institutions use 1 month ago; cigarette smoking day; the number of drinking by demographic characteristics, the statistic difference was existed on.(p<0.05, p<0.01) 2) The satisfaction of health examination institutions were recorded to average $3.22{\pm}0.52$ points on 5-points scale; Opinion the health examination services average was $3.31{\pm}0.55$ points on 5-points scale; attitude to health examination average was $3.73{\pm}0.54$ points on 5-points scale.

This study was conducted to analyze the dental care utilization pattern of the city residents. An interview and questionnaire survey was carried for 1008 people who lived in Kimchun-city, Kyungsangpook-do, from february 1 to March 30, 1992. The summarized results are as follows : The rate of persons who experienced the oral disease was 32.7 per 100 persons during 1 year and it was highest in the age group of 20$\sim$29. During 1 year period, 90.3% of the cases had treated the perceived oral disease, 9.7% had done no action. 65.8% had treated experienced oral disease at dental clinics. The rate of person who dad experienced dental prosthesis during ten-year period was 37.5% among 18year and older, and it was higher in male as compared to female and it was highest in age group of 40$\sim$64 year old. The rate of person who had treated dental prosthetics by the unauthorized illegally was 27.0%, and the reason for it was cheap-price free(44.2%). Of the person who dad treated dental prosthetics by the unauthorized illegally, 64.3% had satisfied and 4.3% had done out of use, while each was 80.1%, 2.7% at dental clinics. The rate of persons with missing teeth was 18.0%. Of the persons with missing teeth, 57.6% did not treat the missing teeth due to economic reason and 89.6% hopped treating the dental prosthetics at dental clinics. In consideration of above finding, we may conclude that oral health community program to prevent oral diseases should be intensified, oral health education to raise oral health knowledge should be performed periodically and the control of unlicensed activities should be enforce at community health center and allows benefits for prosthetics.

As smart devices and OS with communication capabilities based latest NFC (Near Field Communication) have been spreaded, many applications with using existing RFID are being replaced to NFC. Smart NFC technology and existing services and devices can be easily combined convergence and advantage of smart phones, such as authentication and billing, medical care, the creation of a new paradigm of Network Communication are to be expected. By developing H/W, S/W of the Smart NFC Security Authenticator(SNSA), satisfying with wireless communication test results within accepted reference value, analyzing and testing the impact of topology, the signal performance of Daisy Chain Topology was much better than Star Topology's.
