  • This study was aimed to grasp online learning quality satisfaction in Dental Hygiene students. A survey was conducted targeting finally 228 dental hygiene students at a university in Gangwon Province from February 3, 2021 to February 17. As a result of analysis, the online class satisfaction by good instruction component was lower overall than importance. The learning environment satisfaction was lower than its importance. A difference between importance and satisfaction with online learning by detailed good instruction component showed a relatively big difference in systematic class, online learning environment, ability to convey the class contents. The need for online learning content was high in teaching material and VOD. The class operation type satisfaction was high in a non-real time class. Accordingly, a continuous effort is conceivably necessary for improving quality given the teaching-design establishment of online learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the validity of the evaluation by adding the factor of academic achievement to the subject of evaluation, and to improve the reliability of the evaluation by verifying the legitimacy of control of in-class attitude and developing the correction index of satisfaction of teaching. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, it was confirmed that the students' in-class attitude had a significant effect on satisfaction of teaching. The more positive the in-class attitude, the higher the satisfaction of teaching, and vice versa. Secondly, it was confirmed that the students' in-class attitude had a significant effect on academic achievement. The more positive the in-class attitude, the higher the academic achievement, and vice versa. Thirdly, it was confirmed that satisfaction of teaching did not have a significant effect on academic achievement. High satisfaction of teaching does not mean that the quality of the teaching is high, and vice versa. Fourthly, the correction index of satisfaction of teaching was developed to correct the results of satisfaction of teaching that may be distorted due to the students' negative in-class attitude. In conclusion, academic achievement should be added as the subject of evaluation in addition to the satisfaction of teaching to improve the validity of evaluation and the correction index of satisfaction of teaching should be applied to improve the reliability of evaluation.

To achieve the purpose of the study, an online survey was conducted on 278 university students who major in physical education, and the survey questions include the status of remote classes, remote class recognition (preference, and satisfaction level). As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, response sample t-verification, ANOVA, and word-cradle were performed using SPSS 22.0 and R programs, and all significance levels were set at .05. The results from the above research process are as follows. First, in the types of remote classes in the sports category due to COVID-19, video types were used the most in both theoretical and practical classes, and the following was shown as assignment types. The third type was the voice record lecture type for theoretical classes, and the practical class was the video lecture scene. Second, in the remote class preference for the students, both theory and practical classes, video format were the most prefered, followed by video lecture scene and voice lecture type. Third, the analysis of the differences in satisfaction between theoretical and practical classes of the students showed that there was no difference in satisfaction according to the type of class.

In this study, the class procedure of the first class among the classes that were actually conducted during the semester was presented as an example. The researcher specifically surveyed the pre-class questionnaire and conducted the class by grasping the students' English skills and characteristics of the learners through the results. And after taking the course, the questionnaire was surveyed into 30 items and the results were analyzed. Specifically, the results of satisfaction with the composition of the lecture, satisfaction with the lecture video, satisfaction with the face-to-face class, interaction with students, and learning effects were analyzed. This class proposal is a learner-centered model in the form of convergence.
