이 연구는 두가지의 목적을 갖는다. 첫 번째는 통행배정결과를 평가하는데 혼동되어 이용되고 있는 방법들을 체계화하여 통합된 철차를 개발하는 것이고, 두 번째는 충북도내 3개 도시(청주, 충주 및 제천시)의 배정결과에 이를 적용시켜 해당 도시별로 신뢰도가 높은 통행배정법을 제안하는 것이다. 분석된 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련문헌들을 검토하여 평가방법들을 통계학적 관점에서 크게 기술통계법과 추리통계법으로 체계화시키고, 이러한 평가방법들의 결과를 순위자료화하여 종합적인 판단을 내릴 수 있는 방법을 정립함으로써 통합된 일련의 평가절차를 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 절차를 이용한 사례연구 결과, 청주시와 충주시에 대해서는 확률배정법, 제천시에 대해서는 분할배정법의 적용성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 평가절차는 해당도시에 적합한 통행배정기법을 선정하는데 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 향후 개발되는 통행배정 알고리즘들의 효과를 기존 배정기법들과 비교하여 설명할 수 있는 분석의 틀을 제공할 수 있다.

Most studies analyse the frequecny polities intuitively based on the assumptin that there is no question in the frequency regulation by the government. But this paper started from the concept of frequency as economic goods. This paper conclude that frequency regulation by the government is needed to redistribute the economic surplus causing excessive demand. There are five methods in the frequency assignment-comparative healing, auction, lottery, Joint consortium and pioneer preference. The five methods are studied form the view of welfare economics and the respective political Implications are proposed in this paper.

웹(WWW)기술은 기존 클라이언트 서버환경의 정보 시스템을 그대로 활용하면서 TCP/IP프로토콜을 이용하여 인터넷기반의 분산시스템 환경을 제공한다. 웹 어플리케이션을 개발할 경우 기존의 어플리케이션 개발방법과 더불어 하이터미디어 형식으로 개발되어 지기 때문에 하이퍼어플리케이션 개발방법론의 적용이 요구되어진다. 그러나 단지 정보획득의 목적으로 사용되던 기존에 제안된 하이퍼미디어 개발방법론들을 웹 어플리케이션 개발에 그대로 적용하기는 미흡하다. 따라서 본문에서는 웹 어플리케이션 개발 과정중 논리적인 업무 프로세싱작업을 지원하면서 주요작업이 되는 하이퍼미디어 사용자 인터페이스 설계단계를 확장 지원하는 정보 구조 모델 방법론과 개발 프로세싱 절차를 제안한다.

The aim of this study was to systematically review the latest clinical trials in music medicine and medical music therapy for pediatric patients. Thirteen databases were searched to obtain randomized controlled/crossover design studies published between the year 2000 and 2012 in English language. Out of 1012 articles retrieved in the initial search, fifteen studies were identified based on an exclusion criteria. Overall, selected articles involved children 1 month to 18 years, sample size of 11 to 150, and total participants of 987. Studies were classified and compared as music medicine or music therapy studies through a systematic synthesis assessing general characteristics, methodological quality, measured outcomes, types of interventions and the study results. Seven music medicine and eight music therapy studies measured seven dependent variables using thirty-six different measurement tools with a large heterogeneity in the selection, type, and method of music interventions. Evaluation of the methodological quality revealed that many studies did not provide a full report of the research method, and did not meet some or most methodological standards, such as randomization, allocation concealment, double or partial blinding, and intention to treat analysis. Although overall research results were positive if not significant, poor methodological quality and heterogeneity in design and intervention strategies raise the question of research bias and trustworthiness issues. The systematic review concluded that music may have a valuable clinical effect in addressing the physical and psychosocial needs of hospitalized children, although more rigorous, homogeneous and replicable studies are greatly needed.

A life cycle cost analysis model for public water supply systems should be different from the ones for other civil and architectural facilities as the operation and the maintenance cost of the water supply systems mainly come from the various mechanical systems and the pipeline systems of the collecting/treating/distributing facilities. This paper presents a cost classification scheme and a life cycle cost analysis model for public water supply systems. A value analysis (VA) procedure that is well suited for practical purposes is also presented. The presented life cycle model and the value analysis procedure were applied to a real world project, and this case study is discussed in the paper. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to the value-oriented design alternative selection, the estimation of the maintenance cost, and the allocation of budget for water supply system construction projects.

90년대 이후 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 방법론으로 객체 지향 방법론이 새로운 패러다임으로 등장한 후 최근에는 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법 등이 소개되어 다양한 분산 컴포넌트 기술이 태동되었다. 분산 컴퓨팅 환경 하에서의 컴포넌트 기술은 정보 시스템 구축 시 구성요소의 모듈화를 용이하게 하고 인터페이스를 통한 컴포넌트 재사용 성을 가능하게 하여 소프트웨어 생산성 향상에 크게 기여하였다. 본 연구에서는 OMG에 의해 제안된 표준 분산모델로서 코바 프레임워크를 기반으로 정보구조 모델링 방법론을 이용하여 컴포넌트를 구성하고 컴포넌트의 추출을 돕기 위한 컴포넌트 저장소 명세서, 분산 어플리케이션 개발 프로세스 절차를 제안 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 호텔에서 방 예약을 받는 시스템에서, 전술적으로 방의 등급을 정해 예약을 받는 방 배정 문제에서, 효과적인 절차를 총 수익에 관련되는 여러 가지 요소들을 고려하여, 총 수익을 최대화하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이익을 최대화하고, 자원들의 효과적인 배분을 위해서 먼저 시장의 차별화가 어떻게 다르게 형성되는가를 분석하고, 이 결과를 전략적인 계층 방 분배 문제를 해결하는 데에 적용하였다. 하룻밤을 지내는 손님을 위한 예약에서는 동적인 모델링(dynamic model)이 사용되었고, 여러 밤을 지내는 손님들을 위해서는 정적인 모델링(static model)을 제시하였다.

The Goon-rearrangement in 1914 caused a significant change in the Goon office buildings' construction in the Japanese colonial period. The aim of this study was to discover the administrative procedure for the construction of them around the Goon-rearrangement and also in the 1910s generally, the Japanese government-general's policy for the construction and the buildings' condition. This study analyzes the official documents for the Goon-rearrangement between the Japanese government-general of Korea and the To, the digital images of the buildings kept in the National Archive of Korea and the newspapers published in 1910s. This paper examines what the effect the construction had under the stance of the Japanese government-general of Korea, which was very passive regarding the construction of new buildings.
